I have ordered from fashionmia 3 different times, 6 dresses total. I recommend ordering up a few sizes. The quality was great. I did have to take them up in the shoulders because it showed a little more chest than my daughter liked. I will order in the future again.

Avoid this scam company

Ordered a white lace top dress 2XL according to the size chart, expecting it to be a little large. It was still way too small, and poorly made. The cheap, flimsy material was so thin that even with two layers of fabric, underwear could be seen clearly through it. I think they count on people not bothering to try to get a refund because it's too much trouble. $27.86 + $3.63 shipping = $31.49 down the toilet. Even if I give it away, the new owner will have to add a layer of a tank/camisole and slip, not the point for a summery garment.

Terrible company

Same thing as everyone else basically... they told me the dress I had purchased was out of stock and then I had options and I chose a full refund to my paypal/creditcard, which they said they completed and it would take 15-20 business days to show. Never came! Thankfully you can dispute through American Express within 90 days of the transaction, and they are gonna refund it for me and contact the business about it themselves. Good luck to them! Dishonest and misleading and fraudulent.

I was promised a full refund and after lots of communication i still dont have that refund.
Mandy the person emailing me, if that is your real name! You are not being honest with me! I dont know how people who are involved in this company sleep at night!

The first time I ordered from here the dresses were on back order for a month before I cancelled. After waiting a while and not receiving my refund I had to go though PayPal and it was quickly refunded. The second time I ordered from here again the order was not getting filled so I wrote them to cancel it and received a message back that they put it in the mail that day. The clothes were what you would expect, I have ordered from many china sites and know they are not super great quality but most are ok as long as they are basic materials and structure. I wanted to return 2 items and again it was difficult to get a response. I imagine they make a lot of money off people who forget about their orders or just by simply $#*!ing people around. Paypal is the only way to go when ordering from China sites if you dare.

I ordered a dress and it was to arrive in 7 to 10 days. It came a week after the due date and after the time I needed the dress. It does not fit and it is impossible to get any reply from customer service. I am still waiting to learn how to return the dress for a refund.

This has been a very disappointing experience.

Very cute clothes, but after 2 months I still do not have my dress. They are extremely difficult to communicate with
And provide no updates. Very frustrated at this point. Would not recommend this company in any shape or form.
They charge your account first, then you might find out your order is discontinued! They do not let you know though.
You have to find out by checking on your order! It is rediculously cumbersome to get response from their customer
Service. You never know the status of your order. I just wish I would never had ordered from them in the first
Place! You would be better off using any other company. They get a big "zero" rating from me! They get an "F" for failure to follow through on there promises. They cannot be trusted at all! -And one other thing---don't count on getting a refund. They will just keep lying and giving you the run around.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I too, have been trying to get a refund for an order that I returned UNOPENED. It took about 2 months for my order to arrive--too late for the event for which I purchased it. I did not realize at the time that it was coming from China! The customer service department assured me, in very poor English, that it would arrive "soon". I told them that I no longer wanted the order and they replied that I should return the package unopened for a full refund. I returned the package (unopened) over a month ago and have heard nothing from them. I"ve written to them several times but the service department has been unresponsive. They now have my order AND my money! I am going to report them to the appropriate authorities and suggest that other scammed customers do the same. It's the only way to put this crooked company out of business!

Hear is an update to getting my refund from Fashion Mia. Right after i left a review here I was contacted by a different person telling me that I would see my refund in 48-72 hours. Meanwhile the girl who I originally communicated with told me it would take a week.

I tried to get clarification and proof that I would really get my refund this time. I was provided with a transaction number for the refund. Then I was told it would take 30 days to see my refund!

I ordered a dress in July that never came and I never got notification letting me know why. I contacted Fashion Mia early September to refund me, I was told that it would take 72 hours to have the funds credited to my wallet and from there I could request that the funds be refunded to my account. I did so and was told that I would get the refund back in 15-20 days. I waited patiently again and still didn't get my refund. I contacted them again and was told that there was an issue with their system and it would take another 15-20 days. I asked if she could ensure that I would be refunded for sure this time around because I was getting impatient. She told me she would make sure it would be done. So yesterday was the day I was suppose to see the refund and I still don't have it.

I was shocked to see so many reviews with the same issue. It burns me up that I just gave away money to a company for NOTHING. I want my money back!

Items come in 4-6 months. 3months AFTER expected. And refunds don't come, you can complain for months and nothing. They'll tell you the same spiel about how it's on it's way and being processed but it's not. Money won't come. They straight up scammed it from you.

Can't get refund

Why can't I get refund? I have been trying since June 28,2017. Dress was the poorest quality and paid shipping charges to receive & return. Send email daily for update but no refund yet. Hard to believe this is not a SCAM!

I ordered and it was taking so long, they offered me $5, i asked to cancel and send me copy of refund, and I been waiting over 72 hours for a response, when I go into their site to cancel my order, my email/login is not accepted, therefore I cant cancel, even though I am logged in! Be aware... I am very very upset. I required my order for vacation...

Don't Bother

Cute dresses, terrible service. Slow filling of orders, delay, delay. The 24 hour phone line gets you to leave a message. "Mandy" must be the only "person" who answers emails. Refunds are supposedly posted to your credit card but don't appear. .

Scammers!

I ordered a dress, but the system charged me twice. I ancelled the second order and then opened a dispute form, wrote a few e-mails, was promised everything will be taken care of (returned money for duplicate order). It's been 2 years and never saw any money back. The dress I ordered was made of the worst material, did not look at all like the one in the pictures. Besides, although I followed their measure specifications, it was so small, I could not pull it down on me and I am the slim type. When I asked whether I could return it, they said I should give it as a gift, as the shipping back to China is my responsibility and might be expensive. I lost $80 altogether for a dress I can't wear and for an order that hasn't been placed. That taught me a lesson - never buy anything on the internet, unless ii is a trusted source.

The worst site ever

I placed my order on September 14 through PayPall.
According to the FashionMia website the delivery time to North America is from 7 to 15 days. At this time, that is a full month and 19 days I am still waiting. The only tracking information they give you on the website Is "processed",
No dates, no delivery time or other specifics whatsoever.
I E-mailed to their customer care twice. My first E-mail was totally disregarded, after the second time they sent me a necklace for $5.95 (out of total of 87.07) and not a single word of information about the rest of the order.
Seems like a joke in a very bad taste.
Avoid Fashionmia as it is not only wasting your time and money but a great frustration as well.

The customer service is dreadful, the quality of clothing awful and the time they take to deliver- an eternity. I am in the process of returning but they told me not to return until they contact me. That was three weeks ago. Awful people. Awful clothing. Awful company. Never again.

Scam

They took £6.00 more than was charged out of my account. I asked about it received a fake response about when dress will come and nothing about the over payment. I couldn't stop the payment quick enough. Its going 3 weeks now and the dress has not been sent. This company appears to be a big SCAM!

I ordered $400 worth of clothing from them and the clothing was poor quality. I returned all but 2 items in February. It is now October and have not received a refund, but instead every time I inquire, I receive a response telling me to keep waiting because the refund process takes time.
