If the option of minus infinity would have been there, I would have rated these money eaters that. This company fashionmia, whose ads keep popping up on Facebook, are complete Fraudsters.
They have not returned my money (more than $200) for more than 6 months now. I filed a dispute case on their website (case#: *******). That was also of no use. I will be writing to Facebook and the consumer rights department. I'm going to start a proper campaign to blacklist the company. You all can join me. I have all the proofs with me. I don't see any reason why these cheaters should get away with their doing. I will be posting all the proofs the coming weekend, and getting the campaign started.

These people are criminal they need to be arrested I wonder why PayPal have these people using there website they scam people out of there money fashion mia online store is just a scam

I would give them zero stars. The most horrific experience ordering online. Main issue: they won; t refund you back no matter what, they would even lie saying they did but they won; t send any money back.
Advice: block the money transfer even later based on the scamming
File a report with: www.econsumer.gov this will help the investigations against scam companies

I ordered a dress on the 4th of September, it's the 17th of October now and my dress is not even on the way yet. I tried to cancel it many times, when instead of the 3-5 days, it took them nearly 3 weeks to process my order, but they wouldn't let me, saying my dress is already shipped out. (Normally my dress was promised to arrive on the 29th (which is already later than what the website promises: 3-5 days processing+5-12 days shipping= max 17 days). Now 44 days later, my dress is not here, and the tracking number says "Item not found" (so basically it's not even shipped) and yet they still won't pay my well deserved refund.

Just like all other reviews. I ordered 3 items. It took long time for them to ship. I only got one but very poor quality. The other 2 items were canceled. They agreed to refund. But all kinds of excuse same as other reviews, system was down something like that. It took me 2 months to deal with their customer service for the refund. No result. I had to contact Paypal. I got my refund from Paypal for the 2 items. I even did not try to return the poor item I received. Because if I return, I will pay the shipping and I am not going to get my refund for sure, I will lose more. They are making dirty money like this. It seems no regulation can stop them. It is too bad. But as customers, I hope our reviews and experience can warn potential users. Do not be fooled by their beautiful website and cheap price. You will lose money.

I placed a $100 order wanting to take advantage of the free shipping for orders over $79. Then I received an email from FashionMia the next day stating they wouldn't honor their coupon. It seemed suspicious so I came on line and read all these reviews! Ugh! I immediately cancelled the order and I have now spent three days trying to contact SOMEONE to issue the refund. FashionMia will not answer my emails or return my phone calls. In fact, I just received a PayPal request to pay an international shipping charge for one of the dresses that I ordered! Keep in mind I cancelled the order and that "supposedly" it was free shipping. I'm going through PayPal, the BBB, and my credit card company to dispute the charges. Whatever you do, do not order from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...! DRESSES ARRIVED SEVERAL WEEKS LATER AND ALL GARMENTS WERE AT LEAST TWO SIZES TOO SMALL. I RETURNED THE DRESSES & ASKED FOR A REFUND (I paid full postage for returns of over £20.00) -THE AMOUNT OF EXCUSES FROM FASHIONMIA FOR MY REFUND WERE ABSOLUTELY UNBEARABLE. I EVENTUALLY THREATENED TO EXPOSE THEIR SHODDY BUSINESS... I REFUSE TO RATE THEM - TOTAL SHAM... MOST DISSAPPOINTING FASHIONMIA... MOST DISAPPOINTING!

We ordered the dresses worth 200$ for our summer vacation in July and cancelled immediately the next day since we wouldn't receive them in time. Since then we haven't received the refund. Telling the same explanation every time. That their financial system went down. How come their financial system works while accepting payments... Don't even dare to order it from here. It's better u give it to some Charity..

The worat online clothing line i have ever dealt i ordered a dress in July and I'm still waiting, i emailed them about it and they made up a lie that it was sent to the wrong address and that I would need to pay an extra $10.00 for them to send it back. I refused to pay and asked for my money to be refunded back so they agreed to pay for shipping which was two weeks ago, its been 3 months since my purchase. This company is a scam and should be closed down.

I ORDERED MANY THINGS AND THEN CONTACTED THEM TO RETURN ALL OF THE ITEMS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FIT. I SENT THE ITEMS BACK CERTIFIED MAIL AND HAVE CONFIRMATION OF MY RETURNS BEING SIGNED FOR BY THEIR COMPANY. I STILL KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND SO I FILLED A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL AND THEY TOLD THEM THAT THEY WOULD RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND STILL HAVENT DONE SO ALMOST A YEAR LATER! THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL! IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE OUT MONEY FOR SURE!
