Took a chance and ordered a dress from Fashion Mia instead got two shirts that I did not order but was charged for with a order dated 8 months before I even logged onto the site. Then finally received the dress which was such amazingly poor quality and ugly as well that I tried to return only to be swindled again. Entered the order number and email and only got error messages.

AVOID FASHION MIA! NEVER NEVER NEVER waste your money like I did.

I ordered 5 dresses in July. FashionMia took my money, and then a month later my order began to arrive, first two dresses and then another one; two dresses never arrived. Two did not look like the dresses in the advertised picture, and one was of poor quality; only one dress was good. At the end of August I followed instructions and requested a code from the FashionMia website to return the two dresses and get my money back for the two dresses that never arrived, but I never heard back from the company.

I had order 2 items and it was definitely nothing as what the website shows, it was too small I returned the item back to them. When I called to ask about my refund they stated to me that once they received the item I will get a full refund. I sent this package June 22, 17.on July 18th I called again and they stated that there working on my refund to give them 10-15 business day. I called them again on August 7th and they tell me that the system is down and there are working in fixing the technical issue and how to wait up to September 19-21 to receive my refund.so I check my account and there was no refund. When email them today Sep 27th there reply was that they lost all refund records and they need to resubmit the refund request to there financial department. I was told to give them 10-14 days for a refund. This is a rip off and I will continue emailing till I get my refund or finding a way to report them.it was $49.00 that I wasted in this website. I do not recommend this website to no one. They are good to still your money.my rating will be O but it don't let me rate them to O.

I had order a dress and a few items for an event thinking that if I had paid 31.99 for express shipping that it would arrive in time for the event in two weeks time. After ten business days I had put in a complaint to customer service and they had responded with a generic email stating that it would be sent soon with a tracking number. Then five days later I sent in another complaint about my order and they responded with another email with a tracking number and a link to a shipping site. Needless to say, the tracking number does not work I think I may have been scammed AND I still have not received my order and now it has been 17 since I had ordered.

Just a word of warning... Never, I repeat never, order from FashionMia which continually has ads running on facebook. The following is a customer feedback I sent them.
"I received the item I ordered... which by the way was cancelled by me and you ignored. The material is extremely shoddy & even though I ordered 2 sizes too large, it will not even come close to fitting me. Not sure how you stay in business with this sort of merchandise & casual adherence to your order processing times, also ignoring customer request to cancel an order that was more than 20 days past your longest posted order fulfillment time frame. Once burned, twice shy... you will NEVER SCAM me again."
It isn't worth the return postage to send the piece of crap back.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered anything. My dresses never arrived and it's been nine weeks since I have cancelled my order and I can't get my money back. I am frustrated, how can I report this company so other persons would not fall victims.

Save your money! The dresses don't look anything like the photos and they are poor quality. In addition to being off by at least two/three sizes! Return shipping is on you, regardless of the facts just stated! Oh, and even though they received the items it still takes them nearly a week before issuing a refund! They are happy to take your funds immediately and take forever to ship and even longer to receive. So again, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I purchased a top from Fashion mia on 17 August. Never shipped until PayPal dispute filed after three weeks. Got absolutely different stuff than what was shown in the picture. They look like they are from the USA but are from China. You can get there designs from aliexpress at half the price.
