I placed an order back in October. When weeks had passed without receiving my order, I contacted customer service, was told there was an issue with delivery, and was asked to verify my address. Since then, I have contacted them about a dozen times and each time get asked to verify my address, but nothing happens. I neither receive my order nor my money gets refunded. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this website.

The website is not up to date so many of the items are not actually available... when this happens they pretty much do what they want... I asked for a refund several times as they hadn't shipped any of the items and they just kept playing dumb. In the end they decided to replace one of the items that was not available with something else of their own choice and that I have never asked for... very bad customer service.

First: too late! Second: to short and it is good to clean the floor with! Third: dirty! I spent one hour to find a way to send it back and after that, after I applauded a picture etc, etc, no result, just "take it back up and blablabla! I go to throw it away right now, I spent $37 like a stupid, but never again! The problem is until everybody learns the lesson, they make money! Don't buy!

Do Not Buy: Beware

I bought 3 dresses on Nov. 3,2017. Two weeks later got an email, they needed my mailing address, which of course I had provided with the order. Gave them the address. 2 weeks later, I get the dresses: they look like a horror show. Write this company. They replied that shipping for return was on customer and that it can be expensive, and they have to get the return within 30 days. I go to the post office, it is close to 30 dollars to return the package to CHINA. This is for basic shipping which is uninsured and non-guaranteed. My resolve is to give the order to goodwill. Hopefully you do not find yourself on that same plight with me. BUYER BE WARE

Took Money from Me

This company took money from me (I paid £30+ for a dress), but they denied that I had ordered it, even though I had a transaction number. Do not do business with this company, I do not know where they are, but they speak very poor English. If their clothes are as bad as their customer service (which the other reviews seem to be saying), then maybe I'm glad I didn't receive the dress!

Poor customer service

I bought three dresses it took about three weeks. Dresses flimsy small fitting very short would fit a skinney teenager only. Worst thing is I cannot reyurn them every avenue I try on site has a problem either enter verification code and when you do it keeps asking you to do it again. I tried about 20 times. I sent an email and it stated it was a phishing site. I have hard no reply. I will never be caught by this again. I wish I have seen this site first.

I've ordered from Fashionmia a few times this year, really, with no problems. They arrived on time, fit good, felt good on. Until a few months ago. Not sure what happened, but the sizes started to "change". I always order a Large and have no issues with fit. I placed an order for three dresses at the same time. One arrives, and it's way too small. I contact them, upload photos (which is VERY weird to me as no one here in the States would do this) and then, they have the nerve to tell me and this is a direct email quote "Sorry to hear that it is small. As though you still like it but small. I sincerely suggest you pay us only 14USD including shipping fee. We will send you another bigger size. You can keep the one you have got and save returning shipping cost. How do you think so?"

What? Me pay them an additional 14USD for them to send me another dress and I have to keep the dress that doesn't fit? Um, no. I asked for a refund... seems they don't do refunds... they issue "store credit". Great. I order another dress as a replacement as they "gave me" credit... I get an email from PayPal that Fashionmia is asking for additional money be sent to them for shipping! Um, no again. Let's see, I'm still waiting on a Christmas dress I ordered in November and it still shows "waiting to be shipped". I never did get the dress I re-ordered with the "store credit".

So bottom line... if you can't return an item legitimately (without uploaded photos for goodness sake!) and you can't reach someone to discuss the missing items AND if you can't trust that the item will arrive on time (same season would be a good sign) then AVOID FASHIONMIA by all means. Clothes are very cute, but NOT worth all the hassle of returns/haggling for your refund.

Sadly, I can't give this site 0 stars. I ordered a lovely dress. The email said it would ship in 3 - 7 days. After 8 days, when there was no shipping notification email, I wrote to customer service inquiring when the order would be sent. They informed me that the dress was out of stock. THEN WHY THE HELL DID YOUR WEBSITE LET ME ORDER IT? I asked for my money to be refunded. Today I got another email, all very cheery and wishing me blessings (I guess athiests aren't welcome.) This email informed me that they would transfer my balance to my "E-wallet." Then, after 72 hours (3 days) I can request a refund from my E-wallet to my actual card. This is an important part of the scam. You can order something else from the money in the E-wallet if you don't have the patience to way at least 72 hours, thereby allowing them to reset the scam of not sending you the item that they don't have. I'm betting that, when I ask for my refund in 72 hours, they tell me it's going to take on the order of weeks to refund my money. Note that the clock on this will start two weeks after their site let me order an item THAT DOESN'T EXIST! I predict that it's going to require PayPal and / or my credit card company to resolve this mess.

I have returned multiple items and have been waiting for my refund since October. The latest excuse is an IT issue but the truth is they are holding onto the money.
They continue to offer store credit but the sizing so inaccurate (reason for returns) that I dont want anything they have for sale. Can I also state the quality of the product is also incredibly poor. I was so disappointed

I don't recommend anyone in Canada buy from this site. The quality of the products are very low and sized extremely small. Product ships ePackage from China for very little but to return it will cost you up to $60CAD. The shipping goes sea freight and takes forever with no real tracking. You will never get your money back, just a credit in their wallet. Customer service just placates does not really know what is going on. I finally got a refund via PayPal it was that screwed up.

Do not order from this company. The clothing is worse than awful, wrinkled, incredibly small. I returned my items and have been arguing with them for 3 months to get my money refunded. They play nice and string you along like it's going to happen, but it never does.
Terrible mistake that I will never make again and I hope nobody else will either.
I have never written a review until now. People need to be warned about this company!

I have never experienced receiving lower quality products, sloppier deliveries and ridiculous terms of return. I don't understand how they are allowed to operate in the US.

Since my initial review in August where I said I was trying to return the clothes - after I left that review, I got a message through this site from fashionmia that they had sent me a message - but either fashionmia lied or the message did not get to me (I am inclined to believe it is the former). After trying to call and email to no avail, I got fed up and eventually sent back the package. The shipping back cost me $26. But after a few weeks of waiting, still no refund. I contacted my credit card company, who told me because the merchant used PayPal (even though I did not use PayPal, it routed through PayPal because fashionmia uses PayPal), the credit card company could not help. So I contacted PayPal, which kept asking me for my PayPal account. I told PayPal I did not have one and did not use it to pay for the clothes; the merchant did. Had to talk to PayPal on the phone 2 or 3 times, kept being asked the same questions - tracking number for returns, etc. Then PayPal also emailed me three times asking for the same things- tracking number for returns. The third time I was really fed up and was beginning to think it was colluding with fashionmia. In paypals third email, it threatened to close the dispute if I did not give them the tracking number (yet again). But I guess third time is a charm - after I responded to that third email and told them I had given them the same info multiple times, after a few days, PayPal refunded me the money provisionally. It was not until another week or two later that PayPal refunded the money (I. E., no longer provionally). By the time this happened, it was already mid October - recall I ordered beginning of August. Also do not forget I had to pay $26 for returns. (My order was about $161.) And all this time it had cost me and the anguish it had caused me. During this whole time, fashionmia never responded to anything. If you are up for all of this, then go ahead and order from fashionmia.

In my opinion, one of the most important things about shopping online is the ease or difficulty of returns. Especially with clothes, since you never know whether they fit or loook good until you have tried them on. Some make it really easy - the package comes with a return label, and all you have to do is to affix the label to the box. Others make you do the work - you have to go to their website, print a label. Still others make you call customer service - well, we all know how "fun" it is to call 800 numbers. But fashion is makes all of the difficult returns loook easy: I ordered six pieces of clothing, received them Monday 8/7, and tried to return them the same day, and yet after two days of navigating its system, I have not been successful. One thing is that it makes you take and upload photos of the clothes you want to return, which is a first in my experience. But guess what - it will not allow you to upload them, and therefore you cannot complete the return request. I am still trying, but fashionmia is on my blacklist of never ordering from it again. Actually, I usually try to avoid ordering from sites that ship from outside the US, but I did not know it ships from Singapore until after the order. I am amazed at how many five stars this website gets, but I know foreign websites sometimes do the practice of paying you for good reviews (I have been asked to do that by websites). So, shop at fashionmia at your own peril.

I bought them 4 items online. It was stated online that the delivery would take 7 working days. I waited 3 weeks and nothing was delivered. I contacted them. They said that two of the items were out of stock. So I requested a reimbursement. I keep waiting for the other items for 6 weeks and no delivery. After 6 weeks I received neither the reimbursement for the items out of stock nor for the item which was shipped. They keep telling me that I have to go and ask in the local post office for the item. I did that once without success! They are the worst! Never again! If you care about your money and time fashionmia is the first from the last!
