I ordered mid Dec, crossing my fingers it would arrive before Christmas, not unreasonable for other companies I order on-line from.
Just after Christmas with status processing I asked to have the order cancelled and was told it was too late, as the order was shipped. Jan 15 with order status dispatched, I again asked for it to be cancelled and was told it was out for delivery and could not be cancelled. Sorrybut 2 weeks in shipping and the order is on a slow boat from where?
When I asked to speak to the owner of the company, was told Really sorry, I can't do that when I asked to speak to a manager was told really sorry we can't meet your unreasonable request
It is Unreasonable to waiting over a month for a shipment.
It is Unreasonable to be told orders can not be cancelled because it was shipped and still weeks and apparently months for some, and still not have it arrive.
It is NOT unreasonable to speak to a manager, or to an owner of a company when you have an issue.
It is NOT unreasonable to request a refunded for extremely bad service, and worst customer service.
Poor quality, worst customer service EVER! Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Lost $150! That doesn't even include the money I spent returning these items that didn't even pass as clothing! They are the worst! And the responses I received every time I complained were laughable. In very broken English I was repeatedly told, "It's not a scam!" Duh... total scam! Tried to complain on BBB but they don't even warrant accreditation! So if you order, find out for yourself that it is nothing but a SCAM, you better love the crap you receive! I agree with previous post... Would score ZERO if I could!
The great buys are made super cheaply, sizes are cut extremely off the USA norm and there are no returns or credits no matter they tell you. In fact when I pressed the issue it was suggested I 'just keep the items because it will cost you more than they are worth to mail them back to us." Gee, thanks.

I placed an order on January 3. After only a few minutes, I had buyers remorse and returned to their website to cancel. I received acknowledgement of receipt, however, a few minutes later I received confirmed from PayPal that my order had been received and would be shipped! Tried to reach PayPal, to no avail. Called my bank, and they said it would take a week to do anything about this 'pending' transaction (BankofAmerica). It is January 10th and I have not received a refund or any communication from FashionMia. So unless you're fully commited on your purchase, DON'T DO IT. Customer Service does not exist. Read the reviews people... I should have read them first.
I am reading all these comments and I am in the same situation, they keep promising a refund in 20 days, 15 days, 30 days, but I know it is never coming. I guess we have no recourse since they are located in Hong Kong? Has anyone gotten money back?

Never buy from FashionMia - quality is very bad and the size M might be size S but not very sure, dress is Ok on top but bottom was very short and it doesn't fit. To return items I have to download pictures (I don't understand why - they send me those items) and when I tried to do that it says - error cannot download. There is no customer service phone # on the website. This company is a fraud.

I returned an item to the address they give me which is on their website in the USA, then they deny receiving it because they are in China and refuse to refund my money, I strongly suggest you stay away from this cheating company. I invite customers to reconsider shopping at Fashion Mia. I haven't received my items after 32 days of my initial order! One item out of stock, well they credit in the wallet which means i should use it to buy again. I requested the money refunded in my original credit card. They said it would take 30-35 days. This means doing business with customers' money. Imagine how many people have the same issues. How can i trust the return/exchange policy when I have issues in even receiving the items in the first place?!

Do not buy from this company. They advertise things that are out of stock. They are in the US so if things are wrong they expect you to extortionate money to return. Everything is shoddy, and much smaller than the size stated. They do not reply to emails. Just a rubbish company all round.
I ordered from Fashion Mia one year ago. The items did not fit so I returned them asking for a refund. Then I waited, and waited. I emailed and was told to be patient because I would be receiving my refund soon. After 3 more months I emailed again and was told the same thing. After 2 more months I emailed again, same response. One year later they still have my $50 and don't seem to have any intentions of giving it back!
I ordered the dress 20 days before the new year to wear it at the celebration party, I received that on January 3! And with odd size, no standard sizing with poor quality, first time shopping from them and will never do it again.

It is a real shame as I love the dress that was sent, but am not happy this time round and they do not respond to messages, and you cannot track the order because it doesn't work. After writing my initial review, I was reached out to by Angie Wang from FashionMia's "VIP Customer Service Team" apologizing for the delay in my refund. Customer Service... what a joke. She said as follows: "I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused, here I have confirmed with financial dept. and had them refund just a while ago, you can check your account within 48-72 hours later." Of course, I did check and follow back up with her went it was of course not in my account.
Her follow-up response was "Since your payment was completed more than 2 months, we cannot directly refund to you from our account. We need to contact Paypal to issue the refund. This may take some more time and we will complete it asap and keep you informed timely." First off, it was over two months ago (now going on ONE YEAR) because they didn't refund me when they received my return. Second, she never responded on timing.
So I gave her a couple weeks and followed up again, which in turn I received an almost identical response: "Have checked your refund. Since your payment was completed more than 2 months, we cannot directly refund to you from our account. We need to contact Paypal to issue the refund. So it may needs more time to refund your account. Please wait patiently, you will receive your refund. Sorry again for this."
I mean, it's just excuse after excuse after excuse. And also, pretty illegal. I waited another month, and followed up again. Radio silence. I followed up again today. Honestly, i get that I am never getting my money back, but what I hope to do is keep this from happening to others. I am also alerting the Better Business Bureau and Paypal. If enough of us who have been ripped off by them do so, I know we can get them barred from selling in the US. FashionMia shouldn't underestimate the power of pissed off consumers.

If I could give this company a ZERO star, I would. I placed an order for a jacket back in January of this year (2017). The jacket delivered in February definitely did not look anything like the picture on the site, was poorly made, and odd fitting. I followed their return policy and sent the jacket back that same month. They received the return and sent a notice that would be refunding my money shortly. It is now a week short of October and I still HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED MY MONEY. I have been in frequent bi-weekly and monthly communication with their "customer service", and every email is answered with "We have made your refund urgent. Would you forgive us about this and give us more days?" EVERY TIME. At this point, they have basically stolen $50 bucks from me and while I will continue to follow up with them, I'm not holding my breath on getting any kind of refund. This is the worst online company I have ever had the displeasure of buying from. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
