The FashionMia online clothing store has refused to refund any of my money for all products I returned. The products they sent me were nothing like what they advertised and were of extremely poor quality.
Since my purchase, I have noticed that the online reviews of the organization seem to all be some variant of The FashionMia online clothing store is completely a scam and should be shut down! Based upon my experience, I am forced to agree.
The items I received were of extremely poor quality. The pictures were not at all representative of the items they shipped. Additionally, the sizes were not standard sizes, they were too small to be wearable.
I returned the items immediately and requested a refund. FashionMia received my returned parcel on January 27,2018. Several months passed and they still have not refunded me the money. They constantly stall when I contact them.
I do not believe that FashionMia is a legitimate business. It behaves like a fraudulent company. No one should order anything from this website to avoid a financial loss. This business indeed needs to be shut down to prevent further victims.
I went on the site in March 2018. I saw something I really, really, really liked. It was for my son's wedding. As the mother of the groom and with 400 guests expected, the mother is the groom should dress really well. This dress I thought would be perfect and so did everyone else that I showed it to thought the same. I waited for the last minute which was my fault but when I saw this dress on FashionMia, I thought this is the dress.So I ordered it. I should be good, I have 6 weeks. I filled everything on line saying ship it to Canada. Soon I get a email something to the effect that they processes something and my dress is on its way. I thought Canada and they were shipping it to the United States. Well that's not good. I checked the emails again a few weeks later. The address is still not good. I changed again. About a week later I get an email saying I'm not getting the dress. This is 3 weeks before the wedding. They wants my personal info and a picture ID to reimburse me and directed me to a link to fill in the information. When I clicked in it it said the this site is no longer available. Regardless, I called the credit company they said they would check into the matter and take off that amount. No problem. As I told the credit card company I would have preferred to have the dress because I really liked it. Anyways the package from FashionMia came a week after the wedding and I said it came and I was happy. When I opened up the package and took the dress out, I said to myself. What is this. This is a bad version of a what looks like a $500.00 dress and came out looking that is worth $23.00. Looks badly made and cheap. I'm glad that I had to by another dress 3 weeks before because I would have looked like a fool. Don't believe what you see on their site is what you'll get. I should have gone over the reviews and If someone told me this I would have never gone on that site or ordered anything from them.

Worst quality and no refunds. Ordered two items Jan. 2018 and received one item a month later. Second item was not sent. Asked for refund. They supposedly credited a wallet in my acct. Which I never created or had. They told me not to return the item. And sent some crap supposedly crediting my wallet, in pounds not dollars. I contacted them again... no response.

After 17 days my orders (B******* and B*******) are still in the Process Status. When I wrote to the company they said I would have to pay extra shipping costs due to insurance. Never heard of such a thing. They already billed me for shipping on one order and the second qualified for FREE SHIPPING. I will be calling my Credit Card company and hopefully have their charges removed. They also don't wait till they ship the orders before billing your credit card. I placed the orders on May 1 and my card was debited the same day.

I have written several comments about this horrible company and their lack of customer service regarding returns. Their quality is the worst. Their customer service is the worst. However, when you post on sitejabber they immediately reply with 'we are so sorry'. They finally agreed to give my money back BUT there were all kinds of things to do. They make it impossible. And, there are far too many posts about them still not sending money. I decided to donate my three dresses to a non-profit. At least I know someone can use them. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from this Chinese company. They are not legitimate, they will take your money and then send clothes that do not fit and are made poorly.

This site is a scam. Most of the items that are ordered are out of stock and those that came are not wearable due to the error in size, the wrong item(received 2 of the same) and made out of art & craft material. Requests for refund ended up in a Wallet and not into PAYPAL. They have an inconvenient refund policy (after a certain number of hours)from Wallet to PAYPAL that NEVER worked. Basically, they just rob buyer money. Definitely cheating!

I ordered two dresses from FashionMia, one elegant to attend my niece's wedding out of state and another just to wear around the house. I ordered on 4/12/18 and according to them, they would be delivered two weeks later. Almost a month went by and no deliver. Called FashionMia, left two or three messages for someone to call me back and nothing. I finally Emailed them explaining my situation about my niece's wedding out of state and nothing. Finally, the week prior to the wedding, they send me a message that the order has been shipped out. I had called Pay Pal and they had agreed that if the dress was not received at least one day prior to me flying to Georgia, I would not accept the order. I finally get the order and guess what... only one dress was shipped out. Guess what? They did not send me the dress for the wedding, they sent me the other one that was more like to be around the house. Cheap material, buttons on the front were sewn slanted (/) just like you see inside that parentheses. A big opening on one side, when they never showed that in their ad. Long story short... the dress for the wedding never arrived and since this garment was received one day before flying. I had to use precious time that was reserved to spend with my niece and family, to go shopping for a dress to wear. I could not find anything because the wedding took place in a very rural town in Georgia. I had to wear a very plain dress that had packed for the rehearsal and wear a very old skirt and blouse that had already worn a hundred times for other occasions. I was miserable, it was my first time going to that side of Georgia and assumed that could find a decent dress at a mall there. Sorry, no mall at that town. SHAME ON YOU FASHION MIA! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL USE YOUR WEBSITE! I PREFER TO BUY FROM THE THRIFT STORE BEFORE TRUSTING YOUR BUSINESS! IF I COULD CURSE... I GLADLY WOULD!

Found this company online while looking for plus size lingerie and all four items I ordered looked like the pics online and the sizes were right on. Usually you order lingerie and have interest in their plus size dresses! I was very pleased with everything I received.

I am still waiting for refund for order #B******* which I cancelled due to the length of time it was taking for delivery. It was cancelled on March 8th because I needed the dresses ordered for my vacation and they would not arrive ontime. The automated response received says that. "our customer representatives will reply you within 36 hours.". Obviously this does not happen. I have ordered from this company before and they have beautiful items, they just need to improve customer service and start valuing their customers, without whom they would not be in business. I have a difficult to fit figure (rather apple shaped) and very few summer tops and dresses look good on me, but I get compliments on all of these items every time I wear them! I bought 5 tops, so I guess I deserve what I got. Three arrived after one month; all way too small even though I ordered them in a larger size that I normally wear. I emailed the company and told them to keep the other two and issue a credit. When I did that two tops had not shipped. They ignored my request and now they have shipped the other two. They say they respond to an email in 36 hours, but all I ever got after sending them two emails was a form email saying they would respond. They never did. Don't order from this company.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
