After 17 days my orders (B******* and B*******) are still in the Process Status. When I wrote to the company they said I would have to pay extra shipping costs due to insurance. Never heard of such a thing. They already billed me for shipping on one order and the second qualified for FREE SHIPPING. I will be calling my Credit Card company and hopefully have their charges removed. They also don't wait till they ship the orders before billing your credit card. I placed the orders on May 1 and my card was debited the same day.

I have used Lulu's multiple times and my wife and I are more than pleased. She's impressed by the way the clothes are packed, and how the shoes are boxed like they are very expensive merchandise. All her clothes and shoes have fit perfectly and she says they feel great. I am pleased because she looks great in them.
