First of all, you are dealing with an international company. They say they are open 7 days a week 24 hrs. But when i called i got their voice mail indicating they hours are 8-5 GMT. Not sure where I'm calling, nor do they give an address to return their product or get an RMA.
Second, their sizes are for tiny oriental people. I am a petite size person and ordered a large which was tooo small.
Poor service: I ordered about 5-6 items from them on 4/1, only received 1 product 4 wks later and still have not received the rest of my order. They have nice products once you receive them! NEVER AGAIN

I ordered from FashionMia, knowing I might be taking the risk that the clothes might be fakes from China as the Company is based close to China. But I don't regret a single bit. I thought as first it was too good to be true, but that was not the case. The prices are very good but I ordered during the sales making it even cheaper, the quality of the dresses are really good. The delivery was pretty fast, and the customer service was a pleasure to talk to. I have already recommended this website to my best friends. Will 100% shop again.

I was really happy with my order, it went really smooth! The amount of choice on the website is really amazing and the clothing is really high quality. When I ordered my clothes, I thought that the delivery time would be very long, but it actually came really quickly. The products I received were exactly as shown on the website and really comfortable. My experience with Fashion Mia was perfect and I will order from them again for sure! I would definitely recommend this website to anyone wanting to get high quality and impeccable modern women clothing at a really affordable price.

Placed my order four weeks ago and have not received it yet and the money has been taken out of my account website will not allow Me track my order

I ordered two items on 3/7/18 and received one two months later. When I emailed them about the other item I was ignored. So I placed a review on another sit which they promptly responded to, only to say the item is out of stock. I asked for refund, like five or six times. Finally they tell me it will take another 20 days to process. It is now 5/30/18 and I do not have my refund or the item. The one item I received looks nothing like the picture. Stay away. They sell crap and just want your money.

My ordered was back in January 2018 but only partial ordered was delivered in March... I have to cancelled the partial ordered because it took forever. However, I keep emails them asked for my refunded but they said it processing... and until now MAy7,2018 I still haven't got any refunded bacj yet... I wouldn't recommend anybody doing business with this company at all... NOT TRUSTED ONE! What I lost is only couple hundreds dollars but I will OnLine every day ReMINDing people BE ALERT of FASHION MIA SCAM to AVOID people LOSING MORE MONEY... I will definitely do this until I get my Refunded. If don't get any refunded back, at least I can STOP MORE PEOPLE this FRAUD!

FashionMia has great prices and you would think because it is mass produced somewhere out of China is the reasoning behind their products, but... I would say their merchandise is about 60% misleading in quality since the fabric does not match the photos on their website and what you receive is usually a cheap knock-off version of what you expect. I've only had one item that did not show up and was grateful they gave me a credit. Their clearance website will say "9 items left" on a garment but when you open to order it will say "sorry out of stock". I would only order this stuff if you dont mind a much cheaper quality item arriving that will not wear or look what was presented on their site. The type of stuff that will probably start fading or tearing after a handful of machine washes. I've received a few items so poorly made, I just threw them in the Salvation Army bag to donate. You get what you pay for and I'm being nice with the 3 stars.

I have never received my order or answer from the customer service. Now it is more than 12 days without any news or trucking number for my order. Be careful!

I stumbled upon Fashionmia when I was searching for a present for my wife. Didnt really have anything in mind but I just wanted trendy clothing to surprise my wife with. When I stumbled on Fashionmia's site, there was a massive May Day discount which lured me to spend sometime on the site. I eventually decided to give this shop a try; I ordered two plus size Midi Maxi dresses. It took a week before I received the two dresses and I was pleased with the quality of the dresses. They were the same quality as the ones I had seen on the site. I was very impressed with the quality of the dresses and I am going to shop again at Fashionmia whenever I want to purchase something for my wife.

I bought a dress from this company not knowing it comes from China. It took almost 4 weeks and when it came it was the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever seen. It was ridiculously short ( not at all what it looked like in the picture)
No problem, I thought I just return it. My emails were not answered and neither were my phone calls. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM!
My credit card immediately returned the charges, as I have never had to do that before.
Save your money and headaches, they are a fraud!

I ordered 3 items, I received 2 items. I was requesting about refund, instead I got wallet which I was requesting withdraw. I am waiting 47 days working and nothing. I am very disappointed in the service of this company.

Ordered two dresses. One delivered, too small. Second never came. First returned. Chasing refund. Finally received the following.

It is my responsibility to approve any refund from a customer and see to it that it is done properly. I apologies for the delays which we encountered with your refund, the problem is from our Bank ICBC China (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China) that placed a suspension on our business account. At first we thought it was system error our online shopping cart is connected to our online bank through a support from bank app.
Which enable the processing of order paid through Paypal and Credit Cards from our customers around the world.

My account officer reported that my business account is under suspension and under review. The reason for the suspension is that my business account has over $56,000,000.00 (Fifty Six Million US Dollars), the recent industrial and commercial laws in China has applied more tax on all online shopping sites giving a high quotation of tax, this is only for business owners with statement of account balance up to $56,000,000.00 annually.

Please, I urge you to be a little patient while I resolve this situation with my bank account. I communicated with my business lawyer and I found out that I need $41,000 USD which is the total amount endorsed on the tax quotation. My current personal savings is around $ 27,000 usd, my ex wife Alia has promised to lend me $9,000 which is part of the money I sent to her for house up keep. As I speak to you now I am hoping to find $5000 usd to file for tax clearance and get my business account back online.

I do not mind if you can offer me any assistance, I hopefully wish to take care of this little business comings before the end of first week of May. The guarantee I can give you my friend is that, I will be the one to transfer it back to you including your refund within the shortest time, I will pay back with interest if you have business oriented mind to show my appreciation and thank you for your kind support to my business.
I am afraid that this situation could disturb my workers and my total business activity this is more reason I open up to you. Please, do not do anything that could bring more challenges to my business. If you can support me solve this problem soonest I will inform my lawyer to prepare it in a documented form to acknowledge and for me to honor it pledge to pay back and sign.
