Not only did my order take forever to arrive, but they kept giving me excuses on receiving my refund when I returned my items. I have been waiting for several months, 6 months to be exact, for my money even after they received their items and notified me on their website that I had been refunded. They promised me my refund months ago and have given me specific dates that I should receive my refund, but I am still waiting. Such a horrible company!

I ordered clothes in March - I have never received them. I sent a cancellation and still no refund. "Kitty" has been e-mailing me about the order. First it cost me $103 but she sent an e-mail stating she would put 28.80 euros in my 'wallet'? What the hell is that! I wrote I want my money REFUNDED in American currency and what I paid. She wrote back asking if I still wanted my clothes since the order is in! DO NOT give them your money - you will not receive the merchandize nor will you EVER see your money again!

I ordered two dresses from Fashion Mia on March 31. I never heard from them so I tried to contact them through phone calls and email. Then I just cancelled my order using their online form. Well, that didn't go over very well either. So I started bad reviews--over and over again. After the bad reviews, I started receiving emails from various employees saying all kinds of things. The first email said I had to give them my social security number, my driver's license number, and credit card number. I did not fall for that scam. I wrote back and blasted them for the request. Then I received an email making excuses about their bill system was having issues. Just another excuse. I threatened to file a law suite, well that got them going. However, all of their assurances of giving me a refund were just lies. So I am out my payment for the merchandise. I feel so stupid for being scammed. I now only order online merchandise from places that I know are legitimate.

I spent some time reading reviews before I wrote this review. I could not believe that some people said they had a good experience. I don't think the positive reviews were written by "real" customers, instead they were probably written by the people who have set up this bogus online company. Somebody needs to charge them for fraud and theft. I am planning on researching some more to see what can be done to companies who prey on dumb $#*! people like me who trusted this company.

I wasted money on 3 dresses. When I didn't receive my first dress over a month I asked to cancel other 2 as other 2 were not processed yet. No one even reply to my request. They arrived at different times. The last one came 48 days. All three are bad quality and can't be worn. When I sent the picture of the dresses and reason to return. I didn't receive any reply till 10 days and then they are saying as dresses can't reach their warehouse with 30 days of return policy, they can give me $10 coupon. What kind of policy is that? I wasted my money.

I ordered a dress from them four months ago, and paid for express shipping. Two weeks later - no dress. I tried to cancel my order but it became a whole ordeal to receive my money back. And till date I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DRESS FASHIONMIA! This is going on four months since I ordered the dress - the event I was going to wear it to is long past, and all I want now is my money back!

Ordered 3 dresses. 1 arrived 1 month later, the others never arrived. The one dress is horrible, bad quality, bad fitting. Which online shop requires photos as a proof that the dress doesn't fit? This one does. Which online shop customer representative is praying that the email she sends will find me well and blessed? This one does. What kind of professional attitude is that? I am neither well nor blessed ordering from this company. Which online shop is requesting photo ID and bank account information in order to refund money? This one. Which online company says that all account information are deleted so they can't refund money. This one! I will look into legal steps if they don't refund my money via pay pal. Still waiting for it. But not much longer!

I ordered a dress, size XS, in February. It arrived in mid-April and was a Medium. I contacted the customer service email address and they apologized for sending me the wrong COLOR and asked me to just keep it anyway. I replied that it was not the wrong COLOR it was the wrong SIZE and told them to either ship me the correct size or give me a refund. They refused a refund unless I sent them ALL of my credit card information AND a scanned copy of my DRIVER'S LICENSE! I'll pass on the refund - it's not worth getting the $30 back. I will NEVER order from this company again and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Do yourself a massive favor and steer clear of this company!
