I put in an order with them. They took the money out of my account immediately. For weeks they said the order was 'processing.' Then it disappeared completely from their order records. I wrote to them complaining... they didn't reply. Since then I have written a dozen times, but any notion that they have a customer service department is a fallacy. I have concluded from reading other reviews of this company that even if they fulfill their orders, the quality of the goods they sell is poor; and that large numbers of their orders go missing, as mine as done, which they don't care about at all. Use them if you will, but don't bleat if they don't deliver. You have been warned.
I ordered 3 dresses from them. Never again! And I warn my friends no to order from them too. The dresses were shaped wrong. The waists were very high and the sleeves were so narrow that I couldn't get my arms through them and I have thin arms! They were totally defective. I asked for my money back and they wanted to see pictures. So I took pictures and sent them pictures. Still they refused to send my money back. I even took pictures side by side a normal dress so you could see the malformation of their dresses. Nothing worked and they just kept talking in circles until I gave up. They never would give me my money back. Stay away from this company, I have never seen anything like it! I had to throw the dresses in the trash because they wouldn't fit anyone of any size. Horrible company.
So far this has been a very disappointing experience. April 12 I placed an order with 3 items. I did not receive a confirmation from Fashionmia that the order was placed, however my paypal confirmed payment. So I emailed Fashionmia and after several days I received a reply that stated my order was still being processed. Today April 17 I received another email from a different dept. stating that part of my purchase is out of stock and I must find something to replace it of the same value, $43.45... almost impossible to do nor do I want to be forced to buy something that I dont want.
I tried the resolution deptment which is a waste of time because it is utterly impossible to set up an email so I can contact them.
I just want the entire order canceled... Im not happy... this organization is very unorganized and unprofessional... it will be months before this mess is sorted out.
Sleazy clothes, sleazier business practices. Waited a long time, poor quality fabrics, //////crooked seams, threads everywhere. Returned 4 of 5 dresses, in December. That is when the real misery started. They make you photograph each garment. I did that, and the packaging, and the addressed envelope. After a few months they acknowledged receipt and promised me my refund. It is now April. Still waiting. At some month after they promised my refund, I lost the USPS receipt. So when I finally filed a PayPal dispute, I could no longer produce it. I sent Paypal the emails from them saying they had received the returns and promising me the refund. And the pictures of the items and the package. They would not accept anything but the mail receipt. I have searched. Still hope it will probably turn up eventually. But I email them monthly and they always acknowledge the refund is pending and I will get it eventually. So now I will cover the internet with warnings DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FASHIONMIA. In November of 2017 I ordered 3 dresses altogether over £100. None of them fit. I returned them it cost me £15... no refund. I was then asked to send proof of me sending which I did in early December... still no refund... I was told my refund would come about 20th of March... still no refund more e. Mails from me... then I get an e mail from China saying to send proof of my id as in my passport. Since when do you have to send copies of your passport. I am still hopeful I get my refund it's a lot of money... terrible company... please keep away... this is appalling customer service.
I had seen bad reviews here but decided to risk ordering a dress as the style was exactly what I wanted. BAD move. Dress ordered on 18 Feb '18 - it's now 12 April and no sign of it. I've contacted them via the website a couple of times. No response. Got an email once saying they would reply in 36 hours - that was 2 or 3 weeks ago.
My own fault if I've lost my money. Don't risk yours. Does anyone ever get their order - or their money back? I haven't tried yet as still hoping dress my come before the big day when I wanted to wear it.

I placed an order 18 March 2018. Each item was available in size & color. I thought great! FashionMia got my money immediately, but still no items nearly a month later on 11 April 2018. I have called several times, and sent emails to customer service, and received NO Responses. Their tracking doesn't work either. I had ordered items in plenty of time for Easter -- very disappointed to say the least.
I purchased three items. So far after at over 6 weeks I have only received one of the three items and I am sorely disappointed. The picture on the web shows it being lined with a grey fleece. The actual product has no interior lining. It's just the reverse side of the fabric which looks terrible! Additionally, there are so many conditions on the returns that I doubt I will get my money back. I'm advising anyone I know not to purchase from this site!
If I could give a minus star I would. I have been trying for over 4 months to get a refund from this company. They always give excuses ie. System down, new year etc. I work in finance and if I worked in this manner would have been sacked months ago!
The latest email I received is requesting a clear view of my scanned passport or drivers licence to be able to process my refund! This company is completely bogus, do not touch them under any circumstances.

I ordered 2 jackets. It took two and a half months for them to arrive. I ordered a size large although I wear size 8, but other reviewers warned me that they run small. The first jacket was so small that a girl of 8 years would fit in it. I donated it. The second was of such poor quality (and much too small) that I couldn't donate it, even poor people wouldn't wear such a horrible thing! The things that they'd show on Facebook have no resemblance with what they actually send. Do not order from them!
FashionMia is a SCAM store. I made an order on 24 Jan 2018 but never received any delivery. I cancelled order on 19 Feb. Their bloody CS repeatedly bull$#*!ting and said need 2 weeks time for processing refund. Today, I still not get my money back after 72 days!
Awful! I usually wear a medium and ordered a large dress from them. It came (shipping takes a long time) and was too small and looked a lot cheaper than the picture online. I returned the dress in January and it is now April and I still do not have a refund, although they keep saying they are processing it. You can never talk to a person, just email. They give you the run around.

This is a really cute and comfy top that arrived within about a week of ordering. I ordered a large and normally wear a medium-large in tops. I am large chested (40 c) and this fits comfortable and conceals my tummy well. Some reviewers commented on a "smell" to the shirt, I thought it smelled vaguely like plastic but washed it before I wore it and there was no lingering smell. Would definitely recommend this cute and comfortable shirt and will most likely get it in a few more colors.
This site is a scam and fraud. I placed an order in March but heard nothing for more than 10 days. After sending them an email to enquire, I was informed that the order took much longer to process. I asked how long it would take, I then received an email demanding my passport and driving licence details for a refund. I immediately realise the site is a scam. Who has provided the platform for the scam to be able to charge from public?

Ordered a dress Feb 25 and as of April 3 have not heard anything and have called three times. No one to talk to, answering machine and no one calls back.
I bought 4 dresses on March 25th (Fashionmia site claims it was the 26th) and they still have not been processed even though I paid for a rush order. Their site claims processing time of 3 t0 5 days. I also wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing. I am concerned that they will be knockoffs like many of the reviewers are complaining about. Their website also states that they have customer service (by phone) 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Not true. I called and the outgoing message said to call back during business hours. Terrible company!

Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
