Its a SCAM. I paid for four items but only received one which was very poor quality and tiny. They owe me over £60. When I challenged through PAYPAL they were able to prove delivery of the one item i received so case was dropped. Disgusting rip off!
They never deliver! I had ordered a few dresses in February and till date those have not been delivered. Its frustrating. Please stay away from this site. Its a scam.
I ordered a dress Feb 6th supposed to be shipped in 3-7 days. FEb 26th I asked why I had not received the item or at least notice that it had been dispatched. Excuse of Chinese New Year and would be processed March 6-10th. It is now March 30th and nothing has happened, They now say it is a very popular item and will take another 10-14 days to process
What you see in the pictures won't be sent to you. You will pay a lot, and will receive garbage instead.
Why don't we get attorneys to look into this fraudulent company for they are huge scammers. I ordered a coat in December and getting the same response when I asked for a refund to patiently wait. It was the Chinese New Year or always something. They are all full of crap and arrogant bastards to boot. They have NO intention to refund any of us. Has anyone received their refund? Why are they still on the web taking everybodys money when they probably do not even exist?. I will be further looking into them and hope to sue their asses off!

I ordered two items that were received in poor quality and damaged. I sent back and they confirmed their receipt of them but never refunded my money! They continue to lie and give excuses. They are theives!

What this site does is take photos of designer dresses and then give you a shoddy sweat shop copy.
Then when this rag arrives, they give you the option of sending it back via registered post to China or saying they will give a partial refund.
Don't be sucked in to buying from them.
Trust me, the item you see online is NOTHING like you will receive.

Ive ordered from this company back and since the items took over 2 months to ship Ive tried to cancel my order and they did not give me the option to do so. Once Ive received the orders, I returned all the items and they still till this day have not given me back my refund. Avoid this company since they will try to make you order more and not want to give you your money back.
The clothes were terrible quality, nothing like the photos. They offered a discount coupon - which meant I would have to spend even more money with them, which of course I turned down. They promised to send my refund if I returned the clothes - that was several months ago. They no longer reply to any of my emails or web submissions.
Not only are the products nothing like what they describe, they are the worst online store I have ever dealt with, little customer service, excuses galore as to why your items have not been shipped, then try and get a refund, ha ha what a joke, but thank goodness for PayPal protection after many weeks I got my money returned on missing items, but it took a lot of emailing to get it never again for me

Ordered a dress February 2, it is now the end of March. Requested my money back, got a BS response to be patient. They weren't patient when they took my money. I have emailed them numerous times and its the same response be patient. I got scammed and i hope others take heed! Don't buy from them!
Am disgusted by this company. I cancelled two orders after reading about their terrible customer service and business practices (https://www.bbb.org//reviews-and-compl). The order cancellation was on the 11th and I still haven't received a refund. I haven't received any response to the emails or phone message I've made this week, or the message I sent from this page. And no one answers their phone during business hours.
Cheap material, when arrived all motif was stuck together. Cheap nylon material no quality. Customer service contacted they are not interested.
Beware as if you are not happy with your purchase and want to return you cant due to extortionate postage fees.

They take out the money from my card on 1 February, they promised to refund it several times on urgent basis. However, I still don't have anything in my account and they don't reply to me. It is a rip off!
My original order was returned 9/2017 & I'm STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! Multiple emails go absolutely NOWHERE & nothing ever gets done.
Unless you have $ to just throw around-if you do, by all means, go ahead & order from FashionMia but, if you're like me & actually need to work for your $, find what you like on their website & then order it on Amazon!

Ive been waiting since September for my refund-its now March. Each time I reach out to Customer Service, I get the same BS run around (aka 5-10 days to get the refund or we tried to refund you but your PayPal account is closed-untrue).
They have their merchandise back-I dont understand how refunding my money is such an issue! Just dont do it!
Please do not buy anything from this firm they are a rip off. I ordered two dresses only one came. The material is dreadful so thin one wash and it would fall apart. The sizing is all wrong. I am a size 14 in GB I read they were sized small so ordered an XXL. I cannot even get it over my head. I want my money back, I shall return this dress and want to cancel the one which has not arrived. They do not communicate when you write to them. They are a rip off.
On February 4 I ordered 2 dresses and 2 dress shirts for an event happening Mid-April. Fashion Mia split my order into 3 shipments, and shipped only one item on February 23. This is 3 times longer than the 3-5 business days they claim. Once this first item shipped, I could no longer cancel the order. This is an unfair business practice. The 2nd item was shipped on March 8. It has not arrived. The other 2 items are still "processing". A full 44 days later. Even if they shipped today, they would not arrive here in time, so I have no use for them. Regarding the only item that has arrived (today is March 19), it is of poor quality and does not fit me.
