I ordered something 3 weeks ago and cannot even get a confirmation # on the order! I emailed them twice, the only response they know is "be patient", it takes 3-5 days to process! So glad I ordered on PayPal. I will begin a refund process in 3-5days!

I received the goods but they were cheap and shoddy and in no way resembled those advertised. I promptly returned the. Was requite send photos which I didn't. Didn't see the point. Saw this as delaying tactics. Four emails before I got an actual address to where the goods should be returned. Been awaiting my refund since mid December. Promises excuses and platitudes abound. Still no cash refund. Have recently been notified on Facebook they will eventually refund me! They are so bold and arrogant about holding back your cash. You are right scamming thieving fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs. I will continue to post on their site warning others. I am determined not to allow this type of fraudulent practice.

1. DO NOT trust PayPal... I called them for three times regarding this matter. However, FashionMia knew how to get away from this well. They sent one of the items and provided the tracking number, so it appeared that I have received ALL my items... Since I opened the claim for "Not receive my items", PayPal wants me to pay in full despite that I explained the seller only shipped one of the items. Apparently they don't care about their customers and read through all the text and evidence (email exchanges, screenshots, etc) before making a decision. Luckily, I just called my bank, and they were willing to dispute the charge as long as I shipped back the item I received and provided the return shipping label.

2. After I posted the negative review, FashionMia has been harassing me through the messages of this website and emails. They asked me to take down my review, so they could give back my partial refund. I will NOT take down my review because every word I said was true. We need to let more people know what FashionMia really is and prevent more people from falling into the scam.

3. I have reported FashionMia to Bureau of Consumer Protection (the one under Federal Trade Commission) for false information and scam, and I encourage more people to do so. Other reviews mentioned that FashionMia didn't give refund after nearly one year, and PayPal did nothing. This shouldn't happen. FashionMia lied about their quality (like other reviews, the one I received does not resemble the pictures online at least), delivery time, cancellation policy, and refunds. They made people think that they are based in the US not in China. This is totally not acceptable. Why did our government let this happen? We need to report this dishonest merchant and take them down.

The website says that the delivery time is 7-15 days. Their email confirmation says that the dispatch time is 3-6 days. Two weeks later, no tracking number nor follow-ups after we placed the order. Sent an email asking for cancellation as the website says it is ok. It took nearly 3 days for their customer representative to respond to our request. She said that due to Chinese New Year, shipping has been delayed (Since then, we found out that the company is actually based in Hong Kong, China). The customer representative also asked whether we wanted to keep the order or cancel it. We wanted to cancel it. A week later, they sent us an email saying that one of our order has been shipped (What?). Now their customer representative said that they could only give a partial refund. Our order was time-sensitive because it was placed for my mom, and she could only stay with us for a month. Now she is back to her country, and we have no ways to give her the package except expensive international shipping (let alone the package is still in transit right now -- the order was placed on Jan 30, and today is March 3...). We don't want the package anymore, yet they want us to pay for it or the return shipping. Totally rip-offs. Don't bother doing business with them.

Fashionmia is a scsam

They are nothing but fraudsters. Thieves, cheats and not fit for business outside China. I had to put up a dispute through my payment method after waiting for three months, before I could get my refund. Their products are rags.

I ordered many items all together. First two products arrived, the size of one product is correct as displayed but the other one is completely different distortion size! - meaning that the quality control does not meet the standard. (Despite the quality of material is almost a disposable fabric.)

As clearly advertised on the website that if the customer are not satisfied with the product then the product can be returned. It is a misleading message, customer have to pay for the return shipping! When complained, the customer service replied as follow;
"We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery and the products in new, unused condition with original packaging. If you want to send the item back, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by customers."

It's ridiculous! The product cost me $23.05 but the returning cost $$27.33 plus taxes.

What's a joke...?!?

Fraudulent Shopping

DON'T DO IT! I order the stripped maxi and a jacket in JANUARY - it is now March 15th. The 'package tracking' says 'processed' but not shipped.? Where is this stuff being shipped from? I've contacted what they call 'customer care' both by email and by phone (which is just an automated voicemail box) 4x's now. No return message and no merch! $64 dollars was deducted from my account... what the heck?!?!

I placed an order on Nov. 29 and within 5 mins of doing so, I cancelled. I quickly got an email from them saying the order was on hold until I confirmed if I actually did want to cancel. I immediately confirmed that I wanted to cancel. THE VERY NEXT DAY the charge was on my credit card. It has take. 23+ email from me from November 29th to get my refund. It was always "Angela" who communicated with me... One lie after another... always a delay for "another month"., and another, etc. If I ever hear the words "Have a Blessed Day" at the end of an email I think I'll scream.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... DO NOT DEAL WITH FASHIONMIA!

Disappointed

I ordered a maxi and got a regular smaller than ordered poor quality version. Got nowhere with fashionmia. Never got my money back though went through paypal... Very disappointed! Dont expect the quality you see on those photos! Oh no! Never again!

This company is a fraud. Its going to be a year in May 2018 that Ive been waiting for a refund for items I returned in May 2017. Each customer rep tells me the same thing - well process your refund immediately. Multiple times a rep named Kitty promeses to get back to me, she lies and never does. I recommend no ones buys from this company. FashionMia lies, doesnt resolve disputes and does not refund money back to its customers according to their policy. They are illegally keeping money. There should be a 0 for overal rating.

Horrible

I ordered 3 dresses from fashion Mia. After calling for many weeks I finally received the dresses. First of all they didn't look like the dresses that were on the site, one had a close resemblance and the other two was really bad especially the black dress, I wrote to fashion Mia and told them that I got the wrong black dress an that it looked nothing like the dress I ordered. They told me to send a picture and I did so and never heard from them again. The other two dresses I am planning to give to someone, they are too small for me and and cheaply sewed but wearable, The black dress is not fit to give away even to goodwill. I don't care to order anything from them again, a waste of money. Go in the store and buy your clothes.

I've ordered 7 times with th8s Chinese company. Always order 2 sizes up when ordering from online foreign companies. I have been ordering 2x and where an xl in U.S. size. Occasionly, though I've gotten items that are either too small and a couple if dresses that were a little too big in the yoke and body which is a major alteration. The main difference other than size is that you have to cut threads and press prior to wearing.

This is the most horrible company what a scam, why this is permitted. I ordered dresses for over $100 and I haven't received anything, I keep sending emails and they said the merchandise was shipped wondering after 3 months where it is. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

As far as Paypal is concerned, they finally reviewed my case and confirmed they would offer a refund for the purchase, but I don't know if FashionMia was involved in their decision at all. I think Paypal just relented, as I was making daily inquiries. Persistence sometimes pays off...

I just initiated a dispute with Paypal due to FashionMia advertising a dress and sending me something I could have sewn in middle school... totally not the same dress. Be careful because I even provided pictures of the two and even though FashionMia admitted to sending a different dress offered a store credit but no full refund. Paypal did nothing to resolve the dispute!

DO NOT order anything from FashionMia, the sizes are totally out of wack, I ordered 3 items, XXL seems to be XXS, not even my 12 year old granddaughter fits on it, the second item I got was of very cheap quality, nothing like the picture and the 3rd was not what I ordered... tried to contact them and Customer Service does not even reply. Had to wait so long for the shipment! Not the 3 items were shipped at the same time. This site is probably good for Chinese customers only. Watch out!
