We have tried this site in 2016 and we received all items after about 5-6 weeks.
Dress sizes were often smaller but sometimes larger than expected. The sites size guide does not reflect what you end up getting, luck only.
Our first of 3 x orders was placed on 29/4/2018 ordered 13 items, 7 items are in Dispatched Status after a long wait, still not received them, the other 6 items are stuck on Processing Status for 1.5 months now. As others have said they do not respond to tickets raised even inquiries. I have raised 2 tickets with no reply so far. We will never use this site again and our advice to you if you like the nice dresses and shirts they show you. Just stay well away and use Ebay or other reputable sites instead.

My wife ordered two dresses that we supposedly shipped on May 23rd. The tracking number would not connect to any website. Another email was sent on 6/1 staring that she had not received any products. They said a representative would get back to her within 36 hours. Five days later still no response. We cancelled the credit card change with our bank. This company fails on all levels and deserves to go out of business. The canned response to all complaints is pathetic. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A LOT OF PROBLEMS! UPPER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

I have tired getting in contact with customer service to see whats going on and I get no respond. I went on their website to the customer service to where it allows you to track your purchases, well it turns out that according to them my tracking number revels that I haven't paid for my order but my back account shows otherwise. So this store basically tells me that, because they are SO busy, it will take a while to process the refund. LMAO. I opened a dispute with Pay Pal to finally get my money back and... VOILA! Just like that, they have FROZEN the funds in the "wallet" that they were supposed to refund... Ha. So they can go in the wallet and freeze the funds in less than 24 hours. But it takes well over a month to go in to that wallet and push REFUND. BS!
PS- Oh yeah, they STILL haven't finished processing and shipped the rest of the other order. Only got 4 more days before I open another Pay Pal claim.

I've made quite a few purchases from this site. I had issues a few years back and had hoped they were resolved. As of late, this does not appear to be the case. I made an order that said it qualified for free shipping. When Pay Pal was done with the conversion, SURPRISE! Delivery fee. After a wait and the order was STILL not processed and all the items were also on sale for much cheaper, I cancelled the order and reordered the items and a few extra pieces. I explicitely stated I wanted a refund, not a credit to the account "Wallet". Again, SURPRISE! They credited the wallet. After well over a month, they say they are doing their best and I should have my refund within another 25 days. Really. They can accept a payment in a matter of minutes, but I have to wait at least two months to get my money back. Bull S@#%! I'll be going through Pay Pal if I don't have a response by Wednesday. Oh, and the other order. They have shipped two of the items and the rest are still processing. "Wo sorry, we're really busy" bull s!@# as to why it has taken so long. One month and still waiting... and I still haven't received the two items that were sent two weeks ago. I will NEVER order from this site again and strongly recommend that no one else does. If anyone has any other reputable review sites, I would love to get the links to spread the word about this badly run site.

After receiving nice things from Modily and being pleased I tried Fashionmia. After months of waiting and an extra charge not one of the items were the right measurement or material. A cotton blend mid thigh dress was a spandex shirt. XL had 34 bust instead of 38 as advertised. Orange & brown shirt became orange & grey. Nothing looked like the advertisement. Needless to say you have lost a customer.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way I have been treated by this company and have lost money. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. The clothing is shoddily made and trying to get a refund or replacement they totally ignore you.

They ignore all communication, the first of four items was received within two weeks with no explanation as to where the other items were.
They did not reply to emails, requesting an update on the delivery, sent via there own contact system or sent direct.
A week after I tried to cancel the rest of the order two more items arrived, no explanation, we are still short one item eight week after the initial order was placed.
Fashonmia are obviously crooks, be advised and do not use this company.
I think my next action is to send an email to the Chinese government as fashonmia are letting there country down and are not a true representation of Chinese businesses.
Interesting to note within hours of posting this review I got an email from fashonmia informing us the last item was on it's way, no mention of a refund previously requested.
Lesson learned if you want to communicate with fashonmia post a review.

I reported them to my bank and they are handling it, end of story!

This company does NOT CARE! They obviously do not read their e-mails, and just sends random generic computer stored answers to their VICTIMS~ I have never spoken to a real person~
They should be reported so they cannot continue to SCAM people out of their money!
My first order was in November, 2017 and it took until March, 2018 to receive my last order. The customer service team member named Angela took me so long to get the answer and she never replied directly to your question. They lost my order, they lost my PayPal payment information. I had to resend her back my order for so many times. The online status was unclear. Seemed like they didn't know their own business. It's horrible. The worse online business I have ever to deal with.

I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
