I've communicated with Fashion Mia regarding an exchange. I'm to get, at no cost to me, an item in exchange for a coat that did not fit. I ordered new item April 22nd; In a May 7th response, I was emailed that this order is processing. It is not. I've emailed twice since with no response from them. I'm sure they are hoping I will just let it go by the wayside, but I will not. A very unreliable outfit.
I ordered a coat, size 2XL, with listed measurements being that of 2XL. When I received it, it's marked 2XL, but is a size small. Company then encouraged me to choose another item at no cost (up to the cost of the coat) vs returning due to high cost of return shipping. I ordered the replacement item Jan 2018, and have gotten nothing but run around. They claim it is out of stock, which it is not. I'm sure their hope is that customers give up and just don't bother, that's how they make money. Deceptive practices. I will donate the coat, but I still want the bag I ordered at no cost
They took almost $200. Of mine. I've tried a dozen times to contact them with no success. My money is gone and I have no merchandise to show for it.

8 weeks to deliver 2 dresses to Canada. One was the wrong colour and although they were the size I ordered neither were the measurements they stated. Both two small. $80 wasted. They have offered me $6 off my next order to compensate. I will never order again.

This web site is a fraud. I ordered a dress from them a few months ago. And after waiting for two months for them to ship it, which they never did, i finally requested a refund. After repeatedly asking them to refund my money, they finally gave me store credit, NOT a refund. After repeatedly requesting for them to refund my money to my pay pal, I finally gave up and ordered something else using the store credit. The order went threw and I received an email stating that the order went threw successfully. Then a day latter I received another email from them requesting more money for insurance. I'm not giving them a penny more. So here I am, around 3 months after my initial purchase, no dress, no money, no nothing. I hold no hope that they will fix this. BEWARE!

I ordered a jumper in March 2018. Delivery date was suppose to be within 7 business days, June 2018 still NO JUMPER. After constantly writing to them and emailing them, no response. Wasn't until I filed a dispute with my bank and they reversed the charges did I hear from them that the item was on back order June 2,2018. Stay away from FashionMia. I advise you DO NOT buy anything from them.

Oh yeah... I ordered couple items (4) in early of Feb 2018. One by one separately sent to me within 2 months! I still have the last item, leather jacket, which I plan to wear in spring time but I still haven't receive it after 4 months of ordering. What the h should I do with leather jacket in 100 degree summer? Or may be by luck, I will receive it by Fall 2018?

I ordered a pink jacket from the company in February. They did not follow up with me about the undelivered package until the following April. Then, continued to do circles around refunding my package until the customer service email I had been in contact with was "undeliverable" altogether. Never saw a replacement item or a refund. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT ORDER HERE, WHATEVER YOU DO. THEY ARE THIEVES.

After reading all the negative reviews and comparing them with my experience so far, it seems like I've been scammed. So I guess this is just a storefront with pictures of lovely fashion items but in fact little or no merchandise is really sold. Who are the people writing the positive reviews? I ordered four dresses 6/1/18 and one has shipped but hasn't arrived; the other three dresses are processing with some issue about replenishing their stock (backordered?). I'd like to know if my orders will materialize or if I just threw away just over $100.

Ordered two dresses. One dress is not long and flowy, so I will wear it with leggings, but the other is totally off the mark. The dress is supposed to have bell sleeves and flared skirt. Looks more like a compression top. It does NOT have flared sleeves . I can barely fit the 'dress' over my head and it comes down to my waist.
Tried to get a refund--and what a joke this is. I had to pay $2.00 'insurance' to get a return envelope mailed. I have NOT . I contacted paypal to dispute my order and get a refund on my compression top dress. Will dispute the $2.00 on my credit card as well. Trying to reach anyone by phone is a joke. You can only leave messages. No one is responding to emails. I've been trying for three weeks to resolve my issue.

I was sent the wrong size, refused a reund, and bullied into giving them a good review for half of a refund. They then wanted me to send back the item to their warehouse and pay shipping myself. Do NOT bother with these people. They do not care.

On 31 May FashionMia replied to my review, saying I would have my full refund in 7-15 days. Today is the 11th day and no sign of anything happening... How good will their promise be this time?
Well, well, well. Day 12 and another two replies from FashionMia, in response to my comments here and a follow-up email from me. Their first email apologised again and said they were urging for the refund to be organised. The second email said they had missed the allowed time period for refunds through PayPal and I would have to pursue it direct with Paypal. So, I go onto the PayPal site to lodge a complaint and WHAT DO I FIND?!, my refund from FashionMia had just arrived, in full. Hooray!
I'm sure this success is thanks to posting my complaint on Sitejabber.

I ordered three items in January, paying through PayPal. After about six weeks they advised one dress was no longer available. Another few weeks later the second dress was no longer available. Another month later the third dress actually arrived but was unwearable. I requested a full refund and sent the dress back as instructed. Despite repeated email requests, no refund has yet been made to my PayPal account. The only minor consolation was that I've lost only about $120... unless FashionMia come good one day.
I was luckier than most and finally got my money back, THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN I would not waste my time or money. BEWARE THEY WORK UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES...

I ordered a dress, never received it. When I contacted them, they asked me to pay delivery insurance, which I did, then a week later, I was told it was out of stock. I can't cancel the order or get money back or do anything else anymore. They are scums!

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
