Fashionmia charges the orders full amount and obtains payment as soon as the order is confirmed (order date), even though NO shipment occurs and knowing that:
1) Merchandise IS NOT IN STOCK.
2) Merchandise is FRAUDULENTLY depicted and described:
(I order an item in size 3XL guided by measurements published on your online size chart and the 3XL item was SMALLER than the size L (large) of another item ordered, which also did not match measurements on your size chart)
3) Customer will receive merchandise that WILL NOT satisfy their expectations, but he/she has no means of recovering the expense because the cost of return shipping is most likely greater than the order amount.
4) Fashionmia offers as compensation insignificant amount vouchers (store credit), knowing that what customer in their right mind would want to order ANYTHING AGAIN from Fashionmia having had this absolutely DESPICABLE experience.
I have started the dispute process with my bank today because Fashionmia WILL NOT get away with this in MY case.

Bought dresses worth about $82 and paid for express delivery. 3 weeks later, I get an email from them saying there were going to be delays as some items were not in stock. I asked for a cancellation and a refund since the dates I needed the dresses for had passed, they accepted and promised a refund within a ridiculous 15-25 working days. It's been over 60 days now with uncountable emails to them but I still haven't received my refund for items which they could not deliver.
To make matters worse, different individuals from the organization keep sending me fraudulent emails asking that I pay order insurance before getting my refund. The customer service lady asks me to ignore the emails as they are fraudulent; but the emails still keep coming from authentic Fashionmia addresses.

On June 7 I placed an order for 2 shirts and 1 dress, still this is the time that I dont get my order, I emailed them and called them and they dont give any answer all they have is a recorded voice mail which they never answer, today I received an email saying my order was shipped but they are only shipping out 2 out of 3 items I ordered and it doesnt even tell me when I will get my order, this is a terrible company I wont ever order from that company ever again.

I ordered several bathing suits, a jacket and some earrings on March 28,2018. Although they said it shipped on May 10, as of today, I have received only one set of earrings, and 2 emails indicating that items are out of stock. I have emailed them repeatedly, and tried in vain to access their website for contact by resetting a password, which I am unable to do. I always get a message "Site can't be reached." I am now going to contact my credit card company to go after them. They are horrific!

I ordered 5 items in March and here it is June and still no response from FashionMia. What a scam! Very disappointed in their work ethic. I have ordered from several other online stores and NEVER experienced this total lack of regard. 1 phone call and several e-mails later and still no response. I really wanted those items for an upcoming trip which has since come and gone! Now I just want my money back but after reading these other reviews I'm not holding my breath. Now after getting their response they're asking me to send them, "photos with a tapeline showing the measurement differences". Yes, those are their exact words! How in the world am I going to get a picture of the dress showing tapeline measurement difference when there's no extra material! I can't even fit into the dress! Now I'm wondering if they have robots answering my email or what!? Oh, by the way, the fourth dress finally came in and again very small. I'm afraid to even try to email them on this dress. Well this is an update on the four dresses I ordered. Three have come in and two dresses fit me reasonably well. Material was not quite what I expected but will do. The third dress which was very beautiful fit me super tight. I'm attempting to return for an exchange and using their return instructions/via email. They should respond in 36 hours. I'm hoping they quickly respond on how to return the dress that doesn't fit and quickly get the one that I do want. We'll see how it goes. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for the fourth dress. Hoping to receive it soon.
I am glad that my review on sitejabber.com reached Fashionmia and they replied asking me to send my order/transaction number as if they heard about it for the first time. Only yesterday I wrote a few e-mail, tried to contact the customer service and, after I entered the order number it said order number not correct although it was. Not sure if my message got through or the other e-mail were received, they can say anything they want, it looks like they are lawless, no by-laws, nothing to protect the consumer. In some forms I tried to they say that the order number starts with a B and they can take it from there, right after 7. If this message gets to Fashionmia, please refund my money ASAP. My order never materialized, I cancelled it only a few hours after I placed it and you should've never, ever charge the customer's account until the goods are shipped!

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH FASHIONMIA ON APRIL 21,2018 AND, ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER, AFTER READING A FEW OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND. 7 WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY!. THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND JUST LIKE TO SO MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS. Cancelled my order, they accepted my cancellation, agreed to a refund, great right, wrong... for 4 weeks I tried to get my refund to no avail, their excuses, my paypal account is frozen, its not, they have to put it in their wallet first on their website, wrong, they tell me I did not pay delivery insurance, What?, they order never got out for delivery, so far they have used every excuse in the books to NOT give me my refund. Today they tell me I cant get my refund because a paypal resolution case is open I need to close that first, wrong, I will not do that... please do not ever buy anything from them, they are crooks, cheating customers out of their moneys and keep it. Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
