I reviewed the response from the company regarding this website. I asked for a refund. I do not want credit on the account from the website wallet account. I do not want to purchase from a website that I do not trust. I was promised I could get a refund few business day after the money went into the wallet. I MADE IT VERY CLEAR I WANT MY REFUND. I waited thirty days for a dress. I looked at their size chart and the dress did not fit and the fabric is cheap. I asked for refund back. Dress returned and and refund promised in ten business day It will be one month on July 3 and no refund. I was just told to pay for insurance. I asked why I would buy insurance when they have the dress already. No response yet. No refund after two months. Another dress did not fit either, but I did not want to go through the trouble to try to get a refine. Dress returned May 3. I have received responses but no results I paid postage to return product Though the size chart was incorrect they expect me to pay for the return and now an insurance
Placed an order on june 12 still have not received. This company does NOT have a customer service (which website says 24/7). When I try to inquire about my order, all I receive is an email telling me to buy order insurance! After leaving negative reviews on two other sites, they finally tell me that one of my items was out of stock... If that really is the case thrn I should have received an email telling me that in the beginning when my order status said processed (which according to them means ready to be dispatched). I believe fashionmia has no intentions on resolving this issue.

Long ago, in March or April, I made an order online. On April 13th, I received an e-mail, telling that my order has been shipped. But it took very long to arrive, and when it came, I was out of town for a long period of time.
When I finally received and tried the dress, I noticed that it's the wrong size, too tight for me. Simply, the size chart is not exact.
Also, the dress does not resemble the picture. The fabric is of very low quality, and the buttons are not the same as in the picture. Nor does the dresshave pockets, as shown in the picture.
I already waiting for my order since the beginning of June. Wrote 3 letters didn't get the reply. Order nr. B*******. On the website is written that payment received, order processing. Whats happening, when I will get my order?!
Placed my order more than 10 days ago and didn't receive any email with shipping confirmation or tracking number. I tried to contact them and yet no reply. So I filed dispute with PayPal and then they send me email saying I have to pay $2.45 for order insurance. This whole site is a scan. Beaware

Tried to dispute with PayPal, they declined the dispute and sided with these scammers because FashionMia apparently provided a shipping conformation?! Which is a lie, so they lie to PayPal as well, and PayPal won't do anything. I have been reading now all these reviews and BBB reviews and I do not understand how this site is still functioning and still advertised on legit websites. It has to be shut down and investigated. They have to be taken to court with class action law suit for scamming so many people out of their money with the help of legit websites such as Facebook and PayPal. Shame on those business as well for representing and siding with those scammers!

Liars! Order places 6 since Dec 2017. Emails stating it is coming, tracking number, then it is out of stock, then it is not available, then it is coming then it is no longer available, then it is coming in 7 days. I received 2 items and it was not even exact as what was shown in the picture. The item which was out of stock they send me an e-mail to say that I will receive a re fund, up to now as of 29 of June 2018, did not receive it as yet. Thats what I get for purchasing something from a junk unreliable and dishonest dealer. Calling my credit card said they took the money and cant help

My order for several items was placed on May 31 st. Although I have written twice, I get no response. When I enter my order number to track it, it shiws processed, which the site explains means it is ready to ship. It has been in that state fir way too long.
They will get enough bad reviews and change their name and do it again. I wish I had read these reviews sooner. If they were kegitimate at all, they would respond to emails and give some real information.
Time to see about the authorities. Athey can be sht down if it is a fraud,
I have ordered from some Chinese retailers and receved my merchandise within 3 weeks. Returns are never good.

Its been a month An order was placed and still in process. I tried contacting them for many times however they dont answer the phone and it takes forever to get an email by a staff. Ordered a dress & jacket on May 26,2018. Took too long to received so I cancelled the order. They promised a refund in my wallet. Still waiting after 5-10 business days. They said I have to pay insurance ($2.14). Why cant the insurance be deducted from the refund?
After almost a year there is still no refund. The company lies about everything. Don't fall for the 'wallet' or any other promises of a refund. The clothes are bad and so is everything else about this company. They will take your money and rip you off at every step. Their positive feedback is clearly a lie just like everything about the company. Tell your friends. A shame that you can't rate them as even less than 0.

If I could leave Zero Stars, I would. It's been 8 weeks since they took my money. They refuse to return my money. The refund request is now with PayPal. I will get my $$ back, but what a scam & complete waste of time. They ignore emails for weeks & finally respond with bs like 'please accept a coupon' -? I had ordered a dress from fashionmia and it came out to be awesome. The fabric quality is excellent. It provides you a soothing feel and gives a premium look too. The fit and finish of the dress is good too. The best part about this deal of mine is that the price at which I got it. I just loved the dress.

On the internet those dresses looked so pretty. Though after waiting for more than a month, paying costs for customs I received my order. The quality of the fabric is very poor, just as the sizing. So I decided I wanted to return my order. After 3 attempts on the website, I still didn't get a message from them. Then I directly emailed their customer support. After a couple of days I finally got a reaction. The costs for returning were probably very high, so they offer me a coupon (to spend with fashionMia). Not something I'm waiting for after this debacle. It turns out that the 30 days for returning are gone (due to the several attempts and slow reply time from their customer support) and I'm stuck with 3 dresses which I don't want.
Just don't order anything from them! It looks nice and cheap, but it isn't.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
