I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding in two weeks time. They have taken the money from my account and are now saying they need a copy of my passport or other ID before they can process the order. I reminded them I'm buying a pair of shoes not asking them for credit! As I'm in the process of moving house and my things have already gone with the removers, I have no scanner or fax machine so can't supply them with a copy of anything. So they have cancelled the order and say the money will take two days to return to my account. And I have no wedding shoes. Appalling and possibly dodgy company.
Absolute joke of a service, didnt get my order or a refund. $#*!ing pissed please save your money. No apology, no nothing. Customer service said the same bull$#*! over and over again. No help whats so ever. Place needs to be shut down. I will never ever shop here again and on all my social media accounts i will be telling people the same thing

I ordered a pair of boots from farfetch.com last Friday. I received them the following Thursday, that's less than a week and they were shipped from Italy. The price was $127.00 less than amazon. They were well packed. I couldn't ask for any better service. I have no idea what these bad reviews are about.

I bought a product that did not fit me in size. I made a return of the goods, the return procedure is very simple and convenient, in the next few days I immediately received a refund. Everything is very convenient.
I've used many marketplace over the years but to me Farfetch is the worst of all of them sometimes I even ask myself if these people go pick up the items on bicycle from Europe to America... my last order that I was charged 25 dollars to get delivered took about a month
God I hate farfetch.

I made lots of order through Farfetch. But once Farfetch (their partner) forgot to include invoice for customs. My order was in customs for more than 2 weeks, I sent e-mails to Farfetch, they answered me only once - to wait, nothing else. After they just left me. No box no money.
I contacted with customs by myself, sent them invoice and the problem was solved.
So, customer service in Farfetch even didn't try to help me. Even if this was their mistake.
So, if you have no problems with order it will be ok. If you need Farfetch to help you - I'm not sure they will do it. Probably not
I bought 3 items, 2 were a set. They didn't have 2 of the 3 pieces, including only one that was part of the set, but quickly shipped my order out almost immediately after letting me know that I wouldn't be receiving 60% of what I ordered, leaving me no opportunity to contact them to cancel. This also meant that I received 1/2 of a set with no hope of getting the other half, and had to pay a non-refundable $30 to have this order that I should have been given the option of cancelling delivered to me. When I wrote to them expressing my disappointment, I received a "we value your feedback" email and nothing more. Lastly, now, as I have received the order, I'm told that it was a final sale item and can't be returned. This wasn't indicated anywhere. There goes $140 that I could have just burned and had the same result.
I ordered a beautiful Burberry scarf for a Christmas gift. The package arrived with an EMPTY Burberry box! Farfetch said they needed to do an investigation. After a month and a half they determined they were NOT responsible! Super confused as who would be responsible if not the retailer. I am now out a lot of money AND the scarf I ordered.

I have been waiting years to purchase a light beige/gold colored down ski jacket. When I saw this one with a hood (on sale) from Herno I grabbed it.
Glad I did. Especially since it was the last one in my size.
I can't even believe how quickly I received it from overseas (Italy).

First experience with Farfetch: They cancelled my order after 48hours and after the email confirmation that soon my item will be packaged and shipped. Apparently the shoes I purchased were out of stock and their partner didn't update the website. However, they withdraw my money from my bank account within few seconds and cancelled the order after 48 hours. They processed the full refund that should be back in my account in 10 business days + 10£ for my next order (LOL). When I ordered the shoes, they withdraw the money immediately, but when they do the refund, it takes longer... 0 customer experience. I will never shop again at Farfetch. Net-a-porter and Mytheresa are better and more customer orientated!

I ordered 2 valentino belts from farfetch for $315 and $450 each. The belt for $315 was on sale in its size, and I decided to purchase it knowing I can get the size fixed to my waist in the store. However, I didn't get a chance to fix it for a few weeks.Took it out today realized the belt has scratches, and the plating on the belt has come off? Definitely is not the real product and I am beyond shocked that farfetch has no control over the crap they sell. Utterly disappointed and disheartened, have no words.
I ordered a case for Iphone 11, and received a case for Iphone 11 pro... in the box for the case for Iphone XR... I had a screenshot from application and email with order confirmation, which showed that I didn't mix up anything, that it indeed should have been Iphone 11. But accidentaly, in application now it's written like it was Iphone Pro in order since the beginning, and during the call support acted like they did everything right, and there is no mistake!
I have written a detailed complaint to the tech support, with the proofs of mistake, and got a response like "you didn't check it when receiving, which means we can't take it back and return you money". It is incredibly outrageous. Honestly, it looks like a scam
And, as icing on the cake, the price, shown in application, was ~56$, but they charged us ~74$
I ordered a coat as a gift for my son, who was visiting from NYC over Xmas. I ordered on 12/11 and they took my Paypal payment. It is 12/31 and I still have no coat for my kid. All customer service could do was say "It's in customs in Cincinatti". I see, however, that the order languished on the company side until I called on 12/23, and then they claimed it was shipped. They did nothing with the order even though they took my money. Their compensation for late (still no) delivery is a $75 promo code, which I don't want. Why would I want to buy anything else from them? A terrible store. AVOID.

The item arrived within a couple of days and was shipped from the other side of the globe. I've come to expect at least a 2 week delay when ordering from Europe, and my item not only arrived quickly but was packaged very nicely and had been handled with the greatest of care
I don't know why my order was cancelled, I called farfetched and they said this is their security checking and i need to provide ID and picture of my bank card for verification, also I checked with my credit card company, they don't even have such a request.
So disappoint with their service!

I don't usually write reviews, but this is worth it. Before I bought my snickers I read a lot of good and bad reviews, so I was daunting if I should buy them or not, but I took the changes. My product arrived in a week, it came from UK to Mexico. The product was in perfect conditions and the price was amazing.
After reading all the negative reviews here i was terrified to order from farfetch.com, especially since they don't give a telephone number incase something was to go wrong. However, it was the only place I could find the product that I was looking for in the color and size that I wanted, so took a chance. I'm so glad I gave this site a chance because I had absoluetly no problems at all! There was no surprise in price or fees (it seems they have fixed the duty issue that previous reviewers complained about). The delivery was insanely fast in my opinion (I was afraid of this too because I read some terrible things about DHL online also). I placed my order on the afternoon of 1/17 and received delivery on the evening of 1/20 (I'm in the U.S.). The product was exactly what i wanted/expected. I could not be more pleased!
Credit card is charged long before item is even shipped and they will lie to you and claim the item has shipped when it hasn't. Very very slow to receive the goods. Another aggravating practice is to mark up items that the boutique they got it from had on sale. They won't price match either.

Unfortunately the customer service is awful. For a week now im still waiting for someone to answer me regarding the problems that I had to receive my order. I sent my email 3 times from last Saturday and still nobodys spend few minutes to write me back. This is unacceptable for a well known online shopping site.

I have made a few orders from Farfetch and the process is relatively painless. However, there is one issue I would like to bring up due to this last experience from Burberry. The security tag was already snipped off when I received the goods and the tag said that Burberry would only entertain returns if the tag remained on the goods. I have previously received goods which had such tags taken off too. Thankfully, I have not had to return any items. But I can imagine it would be a major hassle /problem if I had to make a return in such an instance.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
