I ordered a beautiful Burberry scarf for a Christmas gift. The package arrived with an EMPTY Burberry box! Farfetch said they needed to do an investigation. After a month and a half they determined they were NOT responsible! Super confused as who would be responsible if not the retailer. I am now out a lot of money AND the scarf I ordered.
