This was my first order of shoes online on the FARFETCH website. The order arrived exactly one week later with home delivery. The shoes are in excellent condition, the size and models look exactly as shown in the photo of the site. All the delivery information was provided to me by email, no problems occurred. Despite the fact that the products were purchased in different countries, all orders arrived on the same day, two orders were delivered even earlier than the scheduled time. I recommend it)

I ordered a pair of Stella McCartney shoes. When the parcel arrived late, there were no shoes in it but two pairs of jeans. I sent them straight back. Farfetch say they have investigated and see no error in the transport of the parcel which was by DHL. They say they will not give me a refund (€395 plus €10 shipping) and are going to send the jeans - which I never ordered and don't want - back to me. Customer Service are useless - the worst I have come across.

Terrible Customer Service

I have been a longtime customer of Farfetch. I have spent significant money on the site that I have been designated a private client. That said, Farfetch works out only if the transaction works out seamlessly; BUT if there is an issue, such in my case where a $125 item was not delivered by FedEx after over a week, all bets are off. Their customer service representative are pleasant, but essentially useless. When I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, Farfetch froze my ability to place any orders.

To me, this is a clear example of avarice and incompetence. I have sworn not to buy from Farfetch ever.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
September 20, 2020

I recently ordered my friend a gift from this company, and didn't open it because I didn't want to destroy the packaging. My friend opened up the presence and turns out I received the COMPLETE wrong item. Embarrassed me and ruined my birthday present to them. Like a normal person would do I called farfetch to discuss how we can fix this, as the item I received has not even been touched. They said no refund, no exchange and no to fixing the problem because the 2 week window has closed. Never ordering from this place again. Thanks for wasting my money!

$500 Cufflinks broken after one use
January 26, 2022

Don't shop Farfetch unless your willing to risk paying a premium for products that have worse quality than the prizes at chuck e cheese. Spent $500 on a pair of Dolce & Gabbana cufflinks for my wedding. I wore them once and they broke while I was removing them. What a way to end your wedding night. Farfetch was unwilling to offer a refund or replacement. The "partner boutique" claimed the item was "too old": I purchased the item in May and wore it in December. They then claimed that it likely broke due to wear and tear. I wore the item once, and as is the case with cufflinks, only touched them twice: once to put them on and again to take them off. A $500 pair of cufflinks breaking after one use is ridiculous. I have $20-$50 cufflinks that have lasted 10+ years. Spend your money elsewhere.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would

I received my item and after one use, the threading of my pants began coming loose. These were Dolce & Gabbana pants so about $400 - not what I would expect for this price tag! I contact customer service immediately. I didn't even want a refund, just a replacement. They told me they can refund 10% or speak with "partner boutique" for resolution. After 3 weeks of waiting to hear back, they told me they cannot do anything as this is a result of normal wear and tear. I have $20 pants that last me years but somehow they can say 1 use is wear and tear and makes it ok for them to start ripping apart. SHAMEFUL! Also - the material is VERY thin, you can see see through them. A part of me wonders if these are FAKE designer pants. I will never purchase from this company again and anyone that's thinking about it. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Buy from then if you want to be stolen from…
But from them if you want to be stolen from. Bought an expensive skirt off them and returned it. DHL delivered the skirt back to me a few days later. After asking for another returns label and 4 missed collections later I dropped it off at a local collection point. The tracking shows delivered to he destination yet Farfetch refuse to refund. From memory the skirt was well over £200. Taking this up with AMEX now and possibly court to get a refund. Total joke of a company had spent thousands but never using them again.

I had a bad experience with Farfetch customer service
A damaged with my shoes, its expensive one
It supposed to be returned for repair or exchange so i was waiting almost 6 weeks, today i received one the of worst email in my life
That they will pay me 30 usd for fixing it by myself
Please attach the invoice and return form.
Im going to open a case with the consumer rights.

No QC before ship

I received the goods today and found that the shoelace was damaged (See attached photo), it is really ridiculous, this is not my first time to buy goods at Farfetch, and I suppose Farfetch is a good company and have a good quality control with all ship out products, I really don't understand why it happened on me this time. Would you please let me know what will you do with this failure? Are you going to send me back a new shoelaces or give me a big discount for me to buy again at Farfetch? Animal Torturers
March 30, 2020

I just got the most disturbing post on Facebook from PETA! It's a picture of a rabbit in a cage (unrecognizable) being tortured by having its fur yanked out alive so farfetched can make angora clothing with it. This is sick, inhumane and should be illegal. People do not buy from this company. Please!

Absolutely seamless transaction. Ordered and the order was processed and fulfilled almost instantaneously. Delivery to Australia from Europe in days seems miraculous with most businesses experiencing significant delays currently. Great work Farfetch!

Bad quality.

They are selling very cheap quality stuffs. I bought my sister a pulse for $1,450. She wore it only 2 or 3 times and then the polish on the lock came off really bad. She was so upset. My wife has some MK purses cost only $200-$300 but the materials last forever. WON'T order anything again here.

Beautiful green sweater

Very nice soft, green peace of clothing. Satisfied with the quality. Fast delivery. Delivery service messed up at first, but next day i eventually received my package. Overall satisfied. Farfetch should make sure that deliveries are actually delivered by the courier to the addressee, not just unloaded somewhere.

Although this site seems to use FedEx, whose service is terrible, the Farfetch company itself is great regarding communication and order dispatch timeliness. Cool deals and they offer a wide range of payment options at checkout, which makes it super convenient to shop here. I recommend.

I would really like if on one order you dont charge shipping from every item separately. And please do not ship with UPS, they are already second time late with my package. DHL is so much better option since we pay shipping. Otherwise I am very satisfied with Farfetch.

They invite people for the interview, making 5 meeting and tests, presentation... full package... waiting of time. After that no one even replying on your email regarding the results... be more respectful!

It would appear that ordinary customer service does not apply to this company, a Marc Jacobs handbag was purchased, the zip broke after three uses and they will neither replace or refund the bag after 6 months of emails and photos going back and forth. Stay well clear.
