I ordered a pair of Stella McCartney shoes. When the parcel arrived late, there were no shoes in it but two pairs of jeans. I sent them straight back. Farfetch say they have investigated and see no error in the transport of the parcel which was by DHL. They say they will not give me a refund (€395 plus €10 shipping) and are going to send the jeans - which I never ordered and don't want - back to me. Customer Service are useless - the worst I have come across.
