I received the goods today and found that the shoelace was damaged (See attached photo), it is really ridiculous, this is not my first time to buy goods at Farfetch, and I suppose Farfetch is a good company and have a good quality control with all ship out products, I really don't understand why it happened on me this time. Would you please let me know what will you do with this failure? Are you going to send me back a new shoelaces or give me a big discount for me to buy again at Farfetch?
