I am running out of superlatives when writing a review about my experience with Farfetch. Everything about farfetch's service is prompt and precise and not forgetting the high end luxury brands on offer.
Wow fast shipping fast service and ease of use of their website. I was scared at first not knowing if this is a legit website since there are so many fakes ones out there. But I'm glad I found these guys and gals I'll definitely be shopping with them again for all my sold out stuff here in the USA
So angry, I just went to purchase two pairs of shoes for my bridesmaids on Farfetch. 2 days later I get an email saying they want photocopies of my drivers licence/passport and credit card! I'm sorry, but in this day and age, go and get Verified by Visa. Seriously, I have a mind to contact friends I know in the legal industry who work around data protection. Their explanation of what they do with my data (oh I think our finance team destroy it) afterwards is not satisfactory. There is NO way I am sharing my passport details with you, this has got to be a scam. How can you run a legitimate online business without the proper tools to do so, and not warn your customers this is a policy at the time of purchase? Will not be using again.
Excellent selection of merchandise. Excellent graphics on the website make it easy and accurate to determine your size. Great prices with many choices. Customer service is excellent. No glad handling here! Easy returns with fast crediting to your account. Delivery time is exceptional. Packages usually arrive within 3 days from most European boutiques. Selections come gift wrapped, not tossed in a box with tissue paper.
Do not use this company…ordered a shirt which was large….spent the last 3 months trying to exchange it for a medium but met nothing but resistance and excuses despite returning it by recorded delivery within days.
I don't believe they have any after sales service just someone behind a keyboard who just confirms how unhelpful the company is!
Terrible, convoluted returns process. I lost $1,000 because Dhl did not show up and ff was not organized enough to help me reschedule within the five day window. Atrocious lack of professionalism dealing with my issue. I was promised a credit with the boutique that never materialized. I will not shop here again. Try netaporter or yoox for designer clothing.
So I just recently ordered four Purple Brand Tees. One on 5/5/23 and three on 5/15/23. Todays date is 5/19/23 and the 4th of my 4 are already here. My 5/5 purchase came on 5/9. Authentic,Unworn,Neatly packaged. One item came from the Netherlands and another from Italy. Great prices and always has flash sales or discounts for members. An assortment of Purple Brand. Can't speak about other designer purchases …but I'm pretty sure you'll get the same outcome.Merchandise comes from accredited stores. Even sign signature deliveries. Over all GREAT company. My first purchase with Farfetch went wonderfully - it arrived really quickly, even during Black Week, which I thought would affect the speed of delivery. The item was in perfect conditions as well as the environment friendly package. Highly recommend.

Farfetch sent wrong size. When contacted, I was told to return and re-buy. The same item has now been doubled in price. Complete waste of time and effort. No wonder my friends were telling me to avoid this company. I will never buy from Farfetch again.
I ordered $200 leggings twice and they keep sending me the wrong item! I tried to get a resolution but you can't get anyone on the phone. DO NOT shop here - try another luxury site like matchesfashion.com or netaporter.com!

Farfetch have beautiful items from great designers, I bought some shoes on sale that came in perfect condition but when I opened the shoe box, they look nicer than online.
They deliver very fast through DHL and I am very satisfied with their services.

Disgusting service, think very hard about buying any item you have not tried on first as they are full of excuses as to why you cannot exchange or return it.
I'd expect a lot more from a business bearing in mind the amount of money I spent on my wife's anniversary present.

I usually order from net-a-porter.com but the Valentino shoes I wanted were 120 £ cheaper on farfetch site. So I decided to risk it although you can find a few negative reviews about this shop.
Very happy with the service, shoes arrived properly packaged, in 3 days (I ordered from Austria to Dubai), correct size & looking fab.
Would give zero stars if possible. Worst customer service experience of my life. Size was incorrectly given in Italian on their website and they refuse to refund me $50 in shipping costs. Or at least I think they refuse because they just STOPPED responding to my emails and the return is due tomorrow. Had to turn the dispute over to my credit card company. Can't believe these people can stay in business operating like this.
A week ago, I placed an order for a pair of Alexander Wang shoes $475. The item was being advertised as "IN STOCK" and my credit card was charged immediately. Almost a week after, I received an email saying sorry out of stock. Now I am being told it will take another "few days" for the money to be refunded to my credit card. Obviously the company is holding my money for their own use. They sure didn't waste any time charging me, but can't seem to process the refund in the same manner. I won't trust them again. If I don't get a refund soon, I'll report them to Amex as theft. Just look at all the bad reviews!

I have bought a lot of expensive items via Farfetch and always had good experience. That was only until they had to take responsibility though.
In short I bought several identical t-shirts in different colors only a few months ago and one of them has an obvious manufacturing flaw which got a lot worse the first time I used and washed it. After a lot of (stupid and unnescessary) questions which I answered the initial response was I could get 10% off a new shirt. What a joke! Afterwards they closed the case due to them deciding it was wear and tear = no refund or new shirt.
So yes! The customer service and taking responsibility when not making money is indeed VERY FAR FETCHED! Shame on you.
My best advice is to do your shopping else where!
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
