This has to be a scam. They were quick to take my money. Make a supposed shipping label from their warehouse and claim a shipping date via Fedex. Reality, they make the label in their warehouse and just like every review before me, nothing! Just like one of the reviews before, now I look like the A****** at a family member's birthday. The one time I forget to check customer reviews before ordering online, go figure.

Very misleading
December 12, 2018

I ordered a hoodie on Dec. 5th for my friends bday on Dec. 17th. The website "claimed" it'll be here on Dec. 12th... Today is Dec. 12th... it didn't show up... I called them and they said it'll be here on Dec. 21st. Now im going to be that *sshole who shows up with no gift. I read the reviews before ordering, but I still gave it a shot. I take partial blame, don't be like me, listen to the reviews. DONT ORER HERE!

It is just important to read the response back as it is to read the reviews. Upon review of your order, the item selected is a special event item which will not be shipped out until 12/12/2018. However, it shipped out on 12/11/2018. Depending on the shipping method it will arrive by that date. Method of shipment chosen was ground 3-7 business days which will have the package delivered by 12/20/2018. On our site highlighted in green it will advise that this item will shipped by if not before on the item page and several times during check out. Ordered an in-stock item, they charged my credit card and sent confirmation email with order number. I kept checking status of order number, which reflected pending. Week later I happened to look at my credit card statement and saw FansEdge refunded my account the day after I placed the order. They NEVER told me they canceled the order. Called customer service (since order status still reflects "pending" on their site) and she confirmed my order was canceled - apparently they ran out of the item after charging my credit card. So - if you want to know if they canceled your order, you apparently have to check your credit card statement. I guess on the plus side, they did issue an immediate refund, which is why I have them 2 stars instead of 1.

Poor Quality
December 8, 2018

I ordered a black Pittsburgh Steelers hoodie and the logo was way off centered and the black was super faded. They charged me $14.99 for express delivery that was guaranteed in 2 days, but delivered in 3 days. They charged me another $5.99 for return. This was a complete waste of my $21, do not order from this site!

Very dissapointed
December 8, 2018

Purchased a $100 dollar jersey November 6,2018. I have continued to call and told it was going to be shipped and the order has been pending. On 12/07/2018 I called since it has been a month with no email or apologies and was told that it was not going to be shipped I then had to ask for a refund and was told it was going to take ten days... I placed an order for a Xmas gift on black Friday to my college dorm, assuming it would have plenty of time to arrive before I leave for break (I assumed wrong.) They took a whole week to get the order out, and now it wont be delivered until after I leave! I called and asked if they could resend the order to my house and allow me to return my original order when I got back since they took so long, but they said I would have to pay for shipping both ways and the new order (which is now 2x as much without the black Friday discount.) They failed by taking so long to get the order out and I thought they would be able to fix it on the customer service side, but I was wrong. Buyers beware!

Waste my time and money!
December 7, 2018

I placed an order on 13 November, well before Christmas to avoid any delays. It is now 8 December and I still have not received my parcel! I called customer service on four separate occasions and they offered two options: refund or replacement. The phone line went dead and whoever I spoke to processed a refund excluding the international delivery fee and tax, which I didn't agree to because I wanted replacement items! When I phoned back to explain what happened, they said they can't stop the refund and I will have to repurchase the items at a higher price, as well as pay another international delivery fee AND tax! I am so pissed off as the customer service was total crap like they didn't care and placed the blame elsewhere! To say I am highly disappointed is an absolute understatement! I WILL NOT be recommending anyone to buy from Fansedge!

I have refunded you package the original shipping fee back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. Please allow two to seven business days to reflect on your financial statement. Upon review of the tracking information on this package, it appears that they left from two separate house. As one package was located on the west coast and was easily accessible to the port in which the carrier shipping hub was located. So it didn't take as long for the first package to arrive. However, the second package shipped from our Florida warehouse and the closes transit hub for the carrier is located in New York. At this time the postal service has just recently updated their tracking information on 12/1/2018. There is still a possibility that you will still receive your package. Since you have already been refunded as a lost package, I only ask if you were to receive the package you could contact us to be recharged for the items that were refunded. I ordered some jerseys 10 days ahead and paid for Express shipping to arrive early. They made a shipping label and sent an email it was shipped but never actually sent the package. Called FedEx to confirm no package was received but they had the tenacity to say the package was shipped. I waited a week thinking it was a scan error or something cause of busy holidays.
Bought the Jerseys for my anniversary with my wife but that was ruined.

What's the point in paying for Express shipment and not even send the package out.

Called and canceled my order which it seems they knew it was a normal thing. Got my refund. Hopefully it hits my account soon so I can find a last min present for my wife.

I ordered a custom shirt on sat/nov 24th. I needed it by the following Saturday. I was told it would take up to 4 days to ship and that if I paid to have it overnighted, I could get it in time. On Thursday night I saw the order was still pending. The supervisor (kelly) told me there was nothing they could do since it was a custom order they cannot cancel it nor can I return it. They said it's their policy. I inquired that I had an email from 11/24 that specifically states that it would be shipped within 4 business days. Kelly again said there was nothing she could do. This shirt was going to be worn on a one time basis so it's basiclly useless. Avoid this website at all cost. They do NOT honor what they promise

Ordered a polyester blend long sleeve shirt for my sister and s pair of socks on the 13th. My order tracking only showed the socks every time not the shirt. Then when I recieved the shirt 10 days later it was 100% cotton which is the cheaper version. Which means it will probably shrink and be too small after she washes it 1 time. And I still haven't received the socks after 13 days. Don't use these guys I think they just ship everything from China. And make it seem like there stuff is in stock in the U.S. why else would it take so long to receive.

I ordered a polyester shirt and this is the cheaper version I got.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I order a jersey Nov. 5. I called today, Nov 20 and they haven't shipped my order yet. She had an attitude and only offered to shipped today with a waiting period of another 10 business days. I just asked for a refund instead and she placed me on hold for more than 15 min. I called again for a supervisor, should be getting my refund 2-7bussiness days! I was planning to buy my kids attire from this company, but never again will I do business with them. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Didn't get what I ordered

I ordered a Boston Red Sox Nike Hoodie that is advertised as 100% polyester and what came was 81% cotton and 19% polyester! I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known they don't ship what you order. And now as I look at returns they don't refund the original shipping. Seems like a knock off company? Be aware!

I made a mistake trying to order a Saints Drew Brees Record Setting football for my grandson. Called them shortly after placing the order and they said it may be too late to cancel. They did not seem to be very co-operative at all about the cancellation. I placed the order late on a Sunday night and they are trying to tell me it is too late because the order had already been processed. Yea Right. This is the first and last thing I will ever try to order from Fansedge

I bought a shirt which was supposedly sized for a XXL, however when I received the shirt my daughter, who wears a medium, couldn't fit into it. And although they guarantee your purchase and want you 100% satisfied, they deduct $5.50 for the return postage. Send quality products and you won't have items returned... the photo shows their shirt on top of a normal XXL shirt

Giving this company one star is giving them too much credit. This is the worst company I've ever experienced! First off, there was a $15 difference in my invoice total and what was drafted from my account - of course in their favor! When I tried to discuss the issue it was completely ignored via email. The site would respond but not even broach the subject of my issues with the financial aspect and only wanted to discuss if I had received my package. When I said I had not received the package (it had been over 2 weeks since purchase but I knew it was coming from China) they kept asking me to track it. No crap, you don't think I haven't tried that!? There is NO tracking information. Who knows if I'll even receive the package at this point.

STAY AWAY

I placed an order for an item that was in stock and got an email stating order would be shipped. Then received an email stating item would be shipped at a different date. Then called the customer service number to be told that the item is in the warehouse and they are just not processing as quick. I was told they would be in touch with me. Well 4 days later nothing yet. I guess I just don't understand how a company can take your money immediately and then hold your item. I called now and found out that apparently the item is not in stock and that it will be shipped as soon as possible. I cancelled my order. I will go elsewhere to find my product. Told too many different stories. STAY AWAY

They will than give us a shipped date in which they are expected to have the order fulfilled and ship to our warehouse. Unfortunately, all of the sizes were short and had to be put on back order for the remaining amounts. The ship date is than revised by when the next back will be received. That also wasn't the full batch that was need. A ticket was open to contact the vendor regarding if/or when to expect the full amount. Before they were able to get a response back, you requested to cancel the order. I truly apologize for that. Customer is dissatisfied

I ordered a t shirt 2 weeks ago. I was told that it would be shipped out no later than 10-1. That date went by and it wasn't shipped out. Then I was told it would be shipped out 10-9. That date went by and no order shipped. Now I don't even know if I'll ever receive this item. I wouldn't recommend anyone order from this company.
