Okay, so there was an error on my original order and I was disappointed thinking I wouldn't have the gift I'd ordered for my boyfriends birthday. BUT, I called in and Donna went above and beyond to make it right! After all, mistakes happen! This company went above and beyond to make it right and I now have my replacement product in hand and it's PERFECT!

I was very happy with my purchase and the delivery. Actually got it sooner than the shipment notice said. I ordered an OU Sherpa quarter zip pullover and it got to me in less than 7 days. Quality is good. Ordered a Medium which was too big... so I just ordered a small and will return the medium. They have what appears to be a simple return system online. Will let you know how that works out. I was very happy and got it on sale!

I ordered one tshirt from this website. I got a confirmation email immediately, then the next day, I got an email telling me I never submitted the order (despite the credit card charge). The following day I received an email telling me the shirt had shipped. Two weeks later, I contacted their customer service team. I was told the shirt didn't ship until the following Monday, despite having an email saying otherwise. She told me I should expect it the next day as the FedEx tracking was saying it would be delivered then. When I looked at the same tracking, all the website said was Estimating Delivery. I didn't receive my order, and I contacted the customer service group again. This time apparently the order had been deemed "lost" several days prior, and no one from this company was planning to say anything. The customer service rep the second time offered me "expedited shipping" that would then take an additional 2 weeks. I would never recommend this company as their logistics are absolutely appalling.

Hello Morgan, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry about the shirt not arriving. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Upon review of your order, the item would've took up to 3 business days to make from the time of the order. Order was placed on 9/12/2018 and was completed by 9/14/2018. Earlier than expected. Because FedEx doesn't pick up the packages until the end of the business day on the weekend, it didn't start until the next following business day. The shipping method chosen was FedEx Smartpost in which FedEx delivers the package to the local post office for the final delivery. The ship time is usually 3 to 7 business days. Unfortunately, tracking is still indicating that the package is pending. If the package was not received by 9/25/2018, the package would be considered deemed as lost. Our system has no way of keeping track of packages that are delivered or still pending with the carrier. However, if the package has not been delivered, our Fan Advocates has the option to replace the order or refund the customer. The warehouse attempted to reship the package but the item was no longer in stock and was refunded back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to reflect on your financial statement. If you need to reach out to me, I can be contacted at customerfirst@fansedge.com. If I could give 0 stars I would, paid extra for shipping on a customized jersey and was told by very rude customer service representative on day it was supposed to arrive that it hasn't even shipped out yet. Rude representative told me I "should have" seen on the website it doesn't ship out for 3 days, with expedited shipping and the 3 days before it ships it still "should have" arrived by the guaranteed day. So frustrated. I "should have" researched the company better is what I "should have" done. If this was not a gift I would have cancelled the order.

Our site try to inform our customer that it will take up to 3 business days to make and then it will ship by whichever shipping method that was chosen. I was supposed to have shipped on 9/27/2018 but didn't go out until 9/28/2018. Because of the delay of the shipping, the shipping charge was refunded back to the method of payment. My horrible personalized t shirt has my name printed vertically with all letters facing to the right. I didn't believe that the picture on the website was really how it would look. Where have you ever seen a name on any sports jersey or t shirt printed vertically? It's stupid. People have to bend their neck to read it. The number I chose is tiny as is the team name. Lastly the material is cheap and will lose any shape with the first wash. This shirt is
Ridiculous and, since I can't return it, headed for duty as an expensive car wash rag. Never again!

Ordered a jersey to be sent to my son for his birthday at his college. School had to refuse package as the name was spelled incorrectly and the students box number was left off the address I gave them for shipping.
When called customer service I was told it was not there fault and that they had no way to call Fed Ex and correct the address. Customer service very rude and kept telling me to reorder another one. When tried to express how could I be sure it wouldn't happen again was told not their fault. Leonard supervisor was useless and rude. Do not buy from them!

Upon review, the address you submitted was incorrect. Because it was paid through PayPal our company send the package to whichever address is entered on your PayPal account. Please make sure that your shipping address is corrected on your PayPal account. Unfortunately, due to our contract with FedEx the address is unable to changed unless they contact us to verify the address. At that time an email address is provided to them to verify or request an update to the address. Once they've decide to return the package to sender, the package has to be received in our warehouse to be refunded back to the customer and item placed back into inventory. I placed an order and waited for two weeks for it to ship. The order tracking on the website said "pending" the entire time. I called their helpline and they told me that their system cancelled my order as soon as it was placed but no email was generated and the order tracking was wrong. What a waste of time. Now I wont have my shirts in time for the NFL game I will be attending.

If you look at the 440 bad reviews you have a problem. When I spoke to your customer service representative they had multiple opportunities to make me feel better about my purchase. Instead they made me feel it was my fault for not reading the small print - seriously? $4.99 shipping refund (or an actual delivery date) you would avoided a terrible review. For what it's worth.

I ordered an item on the morning of 7/16 - it stated the delivery time (paid not free) was 3-7 business days. I am now being told I will have the item on 7/30 - two weeks later. Call customer service and I get - "this is a manufacturer direct item - you need to read the small print sir". I kid you not "the small print" states the tracking time doesn't begin until the item is actually shipped. Seriously? How are they shipping the item that it takes the exact 7 days or their 3-7days? I don't believe it's possible for a reputable shipper to take that long. I also believe they make up the actual shipping date to match with their policy. Believe the reviews of this website - don't save the $2 - order through someone else who cares and delivers on time!

First of all, they will start out and say customer service is our number one priority. That is copy and paste it in every comment. This is the worst company I've ever seen. I have never even written a review for company. And do not tell me that my sweatshirt was supposed to be here in two weeks. I ordered it on July 26 and you said it would be here in three days I paid the extra shipping. I'm never ordering from your company again do not order from this company it is shady and horrible!

Received an email today asking if I had forgotten something. It was telling me that I had not finished my transaction and that i need to do so to complete my purchase.

I am not sure if this is how others end up paying more than they need to?

I checked my bank and Fansedge had already run the transaction, which is pending. When I called the 2 numbers listed, both were messages from the accounts carrier saying the party could not be reached.

I just tried it again (one hour later), and I actually got through to a service that recognized my number and said that my order was pending, and that I would receive tracking information once it is shipped.

So the jury is out. Not sure why i received an email asking for payment, when the transaction had already been processed.

Hopefully, it will go well from here. The items I ordered were manufacturer direct items. When I searched the site, i did not find any information as to how that differs from some other type order. I imagine that they have an account with the supplier and they hope that goods are in stock when they get ordered, rather than taking possession of the goods at their location. I will follow up with another post when I have more information.
This is my first transaction with this site.

I ordered a ND jersey, as it was $35 cheaper than anywhere else. After reading all of the horrible reviews, I took the risk, knowing that I don't need it until September. And so I could wait a while to receive the item.
However, I ordered the item on July 3rd, picked the free shipping (due to promo), and it shipped on July 5th, and I received the tracking information. And on July 13th, I received my jersey!
It is perfect.
Not sure if other reviews are because the emails go to their junk folder or not (mine when to the promo folder in gmail.
But, the company was great, no issues.

Terrible

Ordered the Majestic brand youth jersey. What came was not Majestic(nowhere on the jersey did it have a majestic label) My son specifically asked for a Majestic jersey for his birthday. Well jersey arrived yesterday(10days to get). Spoke to customer service who said yes it should say Majestic. They overnighted new jersey. Came today, and it is the same jersey. Called customer service and they pretty much just want me to return both and will contact me in the future to figure out what's going on. Problem... today is my sons birthday and we head to a game at Fenway this Friday. Pretty disappointed that he will not have a jersey to wear and I have to wait weeks to receive refund.
