They assured me that I'd have my item within the 2-3 business days, as I paid extra for expedited shipping; I did not receive it within that time frame. Upon request, they did not refund me my shipping either. Additionally, once I finally received the item, it was too small; I was not aware that they did not do exchanges. Therefore, returning the item was $5.50 from my refund amount, in addition to the shipping I'd be charged to be sent the correct size.

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE! They are trying to charge me $28 for ordering a shirt and returning it. They gave me back less than 1/4 of what the item costed. SUCH a joke!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my Fiance's birthday, after two weeks I found out that it was returned to the shipper. I reached out to customer service and I got the classic robot response of "We can't do anything. Once the order is returned to the warehouse and reprocessed, we will give you a refund and you can reorder." Needless to say, her present did not arrive on time and I will not be wasting my time or money here again.

I order a jersey and a pair of flip flops. Their website states it ships within one day. THATS a LIE! Check my order status on their automated system it said my items havent been shipped. Call their customer service line, and the rep wasnt helpful at all. They have no idea when would my order be placed.

After placing an order and not getting a shipping confirmation I called to check the status. I was told the order was delayed for some reason and would ship the next day, but I was upgraded to the fastest shipping option and was assured my order would arrive before Father's Day. The rep was very nice and pleasant to speak with. I wish all customer service was that pleasant.

Ordered a Baylor Alumni t-shirt. Received an "Athletics A's" shirt in a package with a label stuck on it that read "Baylor Alumni t-shirt". Obviously mislabeled.
Tried 4 times to get a return shipping label using the "Oh So Easy To Return" online process. FINALLY got a human on the phone who emailed a label. Returned merchandise, which had never even been completely unfolded, in original packaging, per instructions. They refunded HALF what I paid. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT?
I'll NEVER do business with FansEdge again! And I can only hope that Baylor University will stop selling shirts through FE.

Charity from FansEdge replied to my comment asking for more details so she could help me. After sending a reply I heard nothing back from her. Today I finally received my package and not only was the item WAY too big, it was (IMO) very poor quality... not worth the price. I should have read customer reviews before I placed an order with this company. Item was not shipped within the promised time frame and when I reached out to customer service (twice) there wasnt any customer service to be found. Do yourself a favor and get your gear from another company with a lot of satisfied customers. You know I will be passing along this info to my team fan page on Facebook as well as word of mouth.
I ordered a custom shirt from this company, allowing extra days for shipping beyond what the site projected.
The shirt was a gift and I did not receive until 15days after projected ship date. When I contacted their customer service, they were no help. The shirt did not ship till 5 days after projected ship date and the shipping method they used added 10 days for arrival

I bought a t-shirt from them because they were offering free shipping. I paid via PayPal and they immediately charged me $9.00 shipping. I contacted them and they said they would refund my $9.00. I then received an email from them giving me a $9.00 gift certificate. I contacted them again and they said they would refund me, but were very vague about the time and what form it would take.
This is an awful company, please don't do business with them. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I ordered 3 Jake Lamb jerseys through this site in early April 2018. I never received my order, and noticed that my bank account has already been charged! I reordered thinking I had made the mistake, but then I STILL HAVEN'T received anything. I called this evening to get an answer, but get a foreign person. Now I believe I've been scammed completely! I ordered a baseball jersey. I disliked it and it did not fit right. I wanted to send it back to get a refund, however no return shipping label was included in the package. I was told that I would either have to print one (I told them I dont have access to a printer) or wait 7 to 10 business days to have one sent to me in the mail. Not only that but 3 to 5 days to send it back and another 7 to 10 days for them to process the return, that is ludicrous. I was also told if I sent the item back without an official return label I would more than likely not get my money back. Please stay away from them you are only screwing yourself.

So annoyed! Ordered a personalized jersey on March 29 for an event on April 7. It listed that it 'ships in 3 business days'. So I assumed that it would arrive in 3 business days of the order. No... it is not expected until April 10 on the tracking... yes after the intended event!
