So annoyed! Ordered a personalized jersey on March 29 for an event on April 7. It listed that it 'ships in 3 business days'. So I assumed that it would arrive in 3 business days of the order. No... it is not expected until April 10 on the tracking... yes after the intended event!

Hello Kelly, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that the item will not arrive in time of your event. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. The item that you purchased was a demand made item. On our site we try to explain to the customer that it will take 3 business days to make the item and then it will ship by whichever shipping method was chosen. The item was completed ahead of schedule and was shipped out on 3/31/2018. Because you used the free shipping code, it would've shipped out standard ground 3-7 business days. The package is scheduled to be delivered as projected on 4/10/2018. Once again, I apologize for any frustration this may have caused you. Sincerely, Julian
