Very dissatisfied

I placed an order for a lanyard which said will ship out the next day. Wrong! It took over a week. When I finally received it guess what? The wrong lanyard. I called and they advised will get with the warehouse and have the correct one shipped. A few days later I got an email they no longer had the item and I was issued a credit for the next time I ordered. I went back on their website and the lanyard I wanted said only one left so I quickly ordered it. GUESS WHAT? I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THEY DO NOT HAVE IT ANY LONGER AND I HAVE A CREDIT. I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WILL NEED EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!

I am sitting here in my living room with the hat in my lap! An entire day earlier. Kudos to you Fansedge!

I ordered a hat for my boyfriend's birthday on Monday 3/19. They were offering a deal where they guaranteed I will receive it by Friday. Something told me to check because I didn't receive a order confirmation. Sure enough I check this evening and the status says refunded. I call and the girl is like she can't help me. She is gonna submit a ticket and I will get a call from them within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. That's not gonna help me! Irritated. Then tell me it is gonna be awhile for my refund to post. Not shopping here again. I wanna see how they weasel out of their it is free policy..

I ordered 3 items on a Sunday that I needed by Friday. I paid extra for 3 day shipping to make sure it would be there in time even though they were running a free shipping promotion. The items will not arrive until Saturday because they don't start counting the extra shipping costs you paid until THREE BUSINESS DAYS after the order was placed. Make sure you read the fine print. 3 days shipping means 6 days and so on. Their customer service was no help and just said "we don't make the shipping rules."

UPDATE: Even though the customer service said there was nothing they could do, I did receive an email that they refunded my shipping costs. Still doesn't change the fact that I'm not receiving my items by the time I needed them.

We ordered a St Patrick's Day item on 2 Feb 18, the order was processed the same day and we received an email the next day stating it was shipped. Shipping time 2-5 week's. Here we are the 12th of March, and when we finally get a representative to answer the phone she said the delivery date is 20 March. What good is a green hat for St Patrick's Day 3 days after the fact? NEVER AGAIN.

Shipping speed misleading

Be very careful! They way they quote shipping speed is misleading. They put that an item is in stock and will ship in 3 days. If you pay an additional $19 for 2-day shipping that means that it will ship in 5 days. Complete ripoff - clearly several have this issue according to reviews.

When I placed a superbowl order item it said it would ship NO LATER than Feb 23rd, I contacted customer service and now they say its going to ship March 2nd. I PLACED THE ORDER FEB 6,2018.

I was sent the wrong item, then I had to pay for shipping on the return. They will not give me money back, though the wrong item was returned to them more than 40 days ago. They refuse to communicate. It appears this place is a total scam.

Ordered for me any my husband as soon as we knew about Super Bowl. My husbands arrived. Mine did not... until after the game. It smells like vinegar so bad I could never wear it. Very, very disappointed. Beware... you get what you pay for. This is not it!

It sounds as if you may have purchased a demand made item. These are made at the time of purchase. The actual smell is a chemical used to apply the print to the item to adhere it to the product. I was told from the warehouse, that after one wash the smell should go away. For further assistance, I will need to have a way to locate the order in question. I bought three items off their site which had great prices for the apparel I was looking for and a decal. I placed my order on 12/8 and received a prompt email with my total and all items displaying ready to ship in red. On 12/12 I received an email saying that one of my shirt orders couldnt be filled and I would get my money returned to my card, disappointed, but I can understand this may happen from time to time. Oh, and getting tons of promotional emails everyday multiple times a day. I get my package on 12/16 only 4 hours away from there home driving and it was missing one of my Lightning shirts and in its place a University of Georgia sticker with my decal. I couldnt find a phone number or email for customer service, so I had to use the live chat which I personally dislike, but whatever. I could feel that the guy Johnathan I was chatting with couldnt give a damn about my issue and he was just there to punch the clock. He said that he would put my shirt order back through, but didnt look like it was in stock. I never received an email about my missing shirt or that they refunded my money. I live chat back on 1/8 about whats up with my order and was told that they gave my money back for the shirt, but my real beef is that I was charged $4.99 for shipping that was never refunded for a 1 gram decal theat would require a postcard stamp. The lady who I was chatting with again basically let me know that I spent $9 for a decal that was a throw in. This is the worst company I have used online and recommend that you stay away.

Horrid Customer Service

Ordered three items on line, 3 Jan 2017. One shipped immediately and I got it in 3 days! The other two items were to ship in 3 business days...they did not ship until the 5th business day. Now I get notified of shipment. They shipped via FedEx on 10 Jan, with expected delivery of 18 Jan...from Jacksonville, FL to Lynn Haven, FL...a 5 hour drive! So it is taking 15 days for delivery from Jacksonville. These two items were not backordered either, not did they say they were not in stock. Never again.

Upon further review, two of the three items were demand made items. The one item was something readily available to ship the next day. However, the other two were something that had to be made and has a 3 business days turnaround time. After the items are manufactured, they are shipped by whichever shipping method that was chosen. Standard shipping can take anywhere between three to seven business days to ship via FedEx Smartpost. FedEx delivers the packages to USPS and they finalize the delivery. Ordered on 11/27/17. I asked for expedited delivery. Was told they could not rush it but I would have it in 10-15 days. It is January 12 and I still do not have it. I have received emails saying it was shipped on 12/09/17, shipped on 12/19/17, shipped on 01/06/18 yet the tracking system and their website shows there is no order. I keep getting emails saying to be patient. This was a Christmas present... maybe they thought Christmas 2018! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered something in November and ever since have been getting between 1 and 3 emails per day from them. The unsubscribe link does not work. It puts you to a web page which is so peculiar that it is impossible to determine if you have been unsubscribed or not. The button at the bottom has no label on it and it is impossible to know whether the button is a resubscribe or unsubscribe button. I have tried the page in all of the three different ways I can image it is supposed to work and none of them did.

Today, I called them and got started yelling at their autoattendant until it connected me to a live human being since "customer service" doesn't work. That person couldn't understand what I was asking for. I left them with my information. We'll see where this goes.

I am reporting them as a scam, ordered the beginning of December and nothing and they take more money than what they say. Was told we would receive the order in 8 days after we finally talked to someone, not here it's past. I highly recommend not ordering from this company they will steel your money.

Beware: Buyers keepers

I bought a sweatshirt as a gift that was too big. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one. The company does not do exchanges. I paid about $55 for it on sale; in the meantime, it jumped to $75. They would NOT honor the original price I paid. Now I have to pay to return the one that's too large and pay an additional $20 if I want the correct size. It's an unfriendly policy, if you ask me, in 2018 when online shoppers have endless choices with flexible exchanges. I emailed the company and am hoping for a good outcome. I'll update here if I get one. Incidentally, the hoody is pretty, but thin, which, luckily, the person I bought it for likes. It's not your traditional thick "sweatshirt" jersey material, though. More like a T-shirt.

I ordered 2 shirts like 2 weeks in advance, for an sporting event. It took them 3 days just to ship it, then after that I didn't get my shirts till after the event was over! To make things worse only 1 of my items came in the mail. I had to call them to find my other item! Customer service was pleasant however I wish I got more info on how long it would take to get my items, I would have shopped somewhere else.

Beware no exchanges!

This is the 2 item that I ordered that was either too large or too small. This time I really like my sweatshirt and called to see if I could just exchange for a large hoping I wouldnt get charged for returned shipping. No, they only do returns which means I have to pay to return and then pay again if I wanted a larger item sent to me. My son also bought a shirt in this order which is also too small. So I can return the entire purchase of $123 lose the 15% coupon I had and be charged for shipping. Yeah that seems fair. I will return the entire order you can deduct my $5.50 and Ill then bring my business somewhere else where customer satisfaction is a priority.

I was Happy

Placed order on Dec18. Then read these reviews and was concerned. Received package Dec 28. Was not expecting to get it until after Christmas and did. I was very happy. Excellent quality (bought a Houston Astros 2017 World Series Cap). Would order from them again. Only criticism is that I received an email with my shipping details and then the next day I received an email stating product has been delayed. Still got it the next 5 working days later.

Ordered Dec 12, Stated at time of order delivery would be Dec 23. Actual delivery date Dec 29 - AFTER making clear complaint of non-delivery. It was a small order but the only gift for a certain member of the family. Yes, the member was an adult and managed no hurt feelings that their order had not arrived by Christmas - but this gift giver learned a clear lesson - there are a lot of online companies to order from and this is one to not use - EVER! Checked on 23rd when order didn't arrive - tracking number with FedEx now provided "new" arrival date of Dec 28. If I'd known in advance, on Dec 12, that package would not have arrived on Dec 23, I would have ordered from someone else. Dec 28 came and went, STILL no package. This time got on phone with FansEdge - they claimed "Christmas rush makes things get unexpectedly delayed." This was the FIRST Christmas present I ordered this year. It was the LAST to be received (all others were ordered from companies besides FansEdge), and the ONLY one that arrived after Christmas. In fact, it arrived after the delayed arrive-by date, and disturbing was that my Credit Card was charged immediately on purchase. In other words, they make no delays at all in TAKING my money, but can't be bothered to get the package delivered. I really believed it was a scam and was getting ready to report them as such, but alas, today it came in regular mail. And, to no surprise, the fabric is not as was described - so it's going to go back. I wonder if I'll get any money back? Kind of doubt it. Mostly I want to warn people to stay away from these guys. I wish someone had done that for me.
