I ordered a jacket that on line that claimed to be fleece-lined in the description. When I received the item, it was not fleece-lined at all. No fleece anywhere on the jacket. Calling customer service, I was told I was most likely sent a faulty product and that I would be sent a new one at a discounted rate. Woke up the day it was supposed to arrive and I see that I had been refunded that order, with no email (in spam or regular inbox) notifying me this had happened. Called customer service again about this and nothing. Kept telling me why it was cancelled (no fleece) with no explanation as to why they did not tell me or why that item claimed to be fleece-lined previously.
They now changed the product description online. So glad I could be their guinea pig for an item that that they should know what it is. Terrible online site, terrible customer service, and terrible at standing behind what their products are described as online. $#*!ing awful. Stay away and don't trust what is in the product description.
My husband bought me a beautiful pair of the UofL Cowboy Boots for Christmas. They cost $200.+ dollars. Sadly they do not fit. Fans Edge said they will not refund or exchange them because he purchased them 33 days before Christmas and if they don't fit I should give them to a charity.

Placed an order that was guaranteed by Christmas or free. Received 2 of 3 items. Contacted Fans Edge on 23rd was told item would be arriving after Christmas. I asked how that promo worked and was told could not be dealt with til after Christmas. Called today and was told item was not guaranteed by Christmas and now will be here January 3. Guess the guarantee was for next years Christmas. Wont ever order again from this company

I ordered a jersey on 12/09/17 for a Christmas present. I emailed company twice to get a tracking number and when I finally received the tracking number through usps.com, it showed my order is in China! Still have not received a follow up to show where it has been sent to me. This was a XMAS gift.

I paid $16.00 for 2-day shipping so I would get my sweatshirt on 12/23. Im being told I SHOULD get it tomorrow, 12/27. A lot of good that does! The recipient flew back home yesterday! I called today to request my shipping be refunded. I hope theyll at least do that. I wont be ordering from this company anymore!

I ordered X2 caps back in late November this year and still haven't received them. The link to the tracking number comes up as invalid also. Over a month and no word apart from a confirmation email stating the items were shipped a month ago.

I processed my order on 12/17/17 and selected items that were promised to be delivered no later than 12/23/17. Today is the 23rd and I just spent 40 minutes on their automated phone system and finally talked to a live person to learn that part of the order will not be delivered on time. The lady basically had no excuse, she offered "free returns". I asked for a manager and was disconnected. I called back several times and went through the ridiculous automated system and then was disconnected three more times. Not reliable. They are good at taking your money instantly and poor on delivery. I WOULD NOT PATRONIZE unless you want to be severely disappointed and misled. This is a shell company that outsources and relies on others followed by miserable customer service.

Ordered a custom tee shirt and when I got it BOTH front and back printing were WAY off center. This is completely unacceptable. It would be embarrassing to wear let alone its a thin shirt and defined rely not worth the money. Customer service is poor to say the least!

I ordered two items on Dec. 12 and received an immediate email stating both would arrive by 12/23. Received an email the next day stating both had been shipped. One arrived a few days later. Called about the second and was told it would be here Dec. 26, after Christmas. And of course, it's a Christmas gift.
Talked with two different "customer service" reps who told me I selected to have items shipped after Christmas. Clearly didn't. Email clearly stated they'd be here Dec. 23.
Was then told I could return it at no cost or get 15% off an order. No thanks. Will take more than saving a couple bucks to come back.
Don't tell me it will be here by 12/23 then change your mind. Don't tell me it shipped Dec. 13 if the Fedex tracking states Dec. 18. Don't tell me I selected the wrong shipping method one week after your email tells me otherwise.

Placed order on Tues Dec12. Then read these reviews and was concerned. Received package today Dec 19, well within 6-9 days promised. Excellent quality (bought underarmour womans crew neck sweatshirt. Astros World Series Champs). Higher quality than Steelers swearshirt bought Direct from team store! Only criticism is that emails stating product has shipped misleading. Suggest you go to FedEx site to track and better understand shipping logistics in USPS partnership. Maybe I was just lucky. But this is company responsible for MLB.com official store! This is the second year in a row we've ordered something from FansEdge, only to have it not get here when promised. Whether it's that they shipped it late or it just takes way too long, it's always a problem. I will never buy from them again and neither should you. Oh yes, last year, the names came off of the jerseys we had personalized after two washes (no dryer). Add piss poor quality to the list!

I never write negative reviews but I also rarely run into blatant false advertising. I ordered 3 day shipping for $12.99 and my order has been in the hands of Fedex for 4 business days moving back and forth between states. The outlook for my package is now the day after Christmas (9-10 business days after order). My order was obviously shipped with ground service as carriers are required to call out any delays as they are liable for their service levels. Unfortunately I can't contact anyone to try and get it straightened out because customer service is only a chat session which happens to be closed on Tuesday.
I'm holding out hope these guys can straighten this out and show they care about their customers but at this point i'm not overly confident..

Ordered 2 things for Christmas that both said order now guaranteed by Dec 23rd. Well, thats a load of crap. The shipping tracking number says guaranteed by Dec 27th. Well thats not going to work for Christmas! I contacted customer service (which is only available through live chat) to ask what they could do and they passed the blame and said fedex has dropped the ball. Thats a lie. I order stuff all of the time and if the label is created correctly I get the items when they are promised. They told me I can return the items once I receive them, and that they will issue a refund once they go through the warehouse... so Im guessing Ill never see my money again but if I do itll be a long time... so frustrating. I was excited to give these things as a gift. I guess I learned my lesson.

Liars. 3 items said, "Ready to Ship" but been close to 2 weeks and 2 things still havent shipped. Only 1 item I ordered did I get on time. It was a XL jersey that I could not even get my arms through. All XL's fit me baggy which is what I like but even though this was supposed to be "form fitting", it was "ill fitting". So now I am down 1 Christmas gift for my daughter and if the other 2 dont get here by the 20th of December, I will be down 3 gifts.

Absolutely avoid this scam. I placed order month before Xmas. Their website said ships within 3 days. 14 days later mine order still wasn't shipped. When I contacted them they said they will ship on January 1! Went to their website - they were still selling their merchandise with "ships within 3 days label!

We ordered a hockey jersey for our son. Website said it would ship in 2 days and that all merchandise is returnable. First off, it shipped over a week later and then took a full week to get here. Secondly, The return policy starts off with everything is returnable within a year. You must scroll 3/4 down the page to find out that if it is customized with anything it is unreturnable. The jersey is nice, but not designed to play hockey in. There is not enough room in the arms for a hockey player. We ordered a youth large/xl. We have compared it to another jersey my son has that is youth medium and it is smaller than the youth medium. This jersey is too small for my son, and since we put one of the best players on the Golden Knights name on it, we can't return it? I'm sure they could resell this jersey. I will never shop from here again.
