I never write negative reviews but I also rarely run into blatant false advertising. I ordered 3 day shipping for $12.99 and my order has been in the hands of Fedex for 4 business days moving back and forth between states. The outlook for my package is now the day after Christmas (9-10 business days after order). My order was obviously shipped with ground service as carriers are required to call out any delays as they are liable for their service levels. Unfortunately I can't contact anyone to try and get it straightened out because customer service is only a chat session which happens to be closed on Tuesday.
I'm holding out hope these guys can straighten this out and show they care about their customers but at this point i'm not overly confident..

On review of your tracking information it does appear that the system is showing an expected delivery of 12/26. However, this is subject to change. It is still possible that the item will arrive on time - it was last scanned in Alabama just this morning - so it is making it's way!
