Purchased a $100 dollar jersey November 6,2018. I have continued to call and told it was going to be shipped and the order has been pending. On 12/07/2018 I called since it has been a month with no email or apologies and was told that it was not going to be shipped I then had to ask for a refund and was told it was going to take ten days... No customer service and I have ordered from them for the past three years. No more. Order Number: 21-5088-1092

Hello Cheryl, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that the jersey was not received. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Upon review, the vendor never sent the amount requested to fulfill our orders. It was refunded back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. Refunds are automatically sent back to that method of payment immediately, however it may take your financial institution up to 2 to 7 business days to reflect on your financial statement.
