I ordered from the end of march and 2-3 weeks past and order was never updated. Called and a lady answered and apologized. They said they would send me a shirt along with my pants for the inconvenience. Well I got the shirt in the mail but no pants. Called and she said they were shipping out that Friday and nothing. I called again as 3 weeks have past and they don't answer anymore. Emailed and called again and again. I finally called my credit card company and they got my money back from them. I was so disspointed in this company. They are probably a scam and a piece of junk of doing that. WORST COMPANY EVER

CROOKS/FRAUDS

I ordered an item in april... It is now almost september and I not received it. I have called, emailed, and called again... NOTHING! I would not order from this company. I am going to habe to end up disputing the payment through my bank to get my money back.

Very frustrating to be taken like this. I placed an order on Aug 20th and they were certainly able to take my money immediately but there is no way to contact them. You just get an answering machine and no return call. The online status of my shirt still says not processed. I called Fanatics.com by accident and they told me that this is indeed a fraudulent website and they would assist in reporting it for me.

Horrible Company

I made an order and never received order. I called and emailed with no response. Don't order from this company. I am reporting them. I give them a 0 rating I finally received my order. It took over two months but I got it. Really slow but at least I got it. There customer service isn't good. They should improve on that.

Fraudulent Site

Placed order - never received material. Company will not answer phone and not respond to emails... Funds were taken from my account the very next day after purchase was made. The bank statement shows "FAN AUTHENTICS *******238 MI". This is a cell number that is no longer in service. Cancelled my credit card and filing a dispute with my bank for a fraudulent charge.

Major Scam

I ordered a pair of leggings on April 3,2016 it is now July19,2016 and I still have not received them. My total was 34.90. When you call it goes to voicemail. They do not answer emails.

DO NOT ORDER FOR THEM. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Scam
July 12, 2016

I purchased a pair of leggings in beginning of March in which they took the money out of my PayPal immediately. I had to contact them 5 weeks later as to where my leggings were and they informed me that they are on "back order" and would send me another item for the inconvenience. I accepted the offer and received that item within a week. Still checking on my leggings, i then noticed that conveniently my order # was now changed from leggings to the item they sent me. And now the customer service number goes straight to a voicemail and doesn't even say what company it is when it answers. Too many people out there ripping other people off. Shameful. BTW its now July and haven't received any answers to my emails nor voicemails. Too bad i HAVE to give a star rating. They don't deserve that.

This is a fraudulent company! - I placed two orders a weeks apart almost two months ago. And I yet to receive anything from them. They do not answer the phone, return calls or read the emails sent to them! If this happened to you, you can file a complaint against them by going to this website www.usa.com

I placed and paid for my order on 4/29/16, today is 6/19/16 and I still haven't received my purchase. I also called and left several voice mails and emails that have not been returned. I think we should all file a lawsuit against this "so called" company! So whatever you do, DO NOT make the mistake I did... run in the other direction when you come across FanAuthentics.

Do not buy anything from this company. You will not receive it but they will definitely take your money as well as not return 5 phone messages and multiple emails regarding your order. I have posted this message on their Facebook page and Instagram. Everyone needs to do that! Don't let more people get duped!

This site is a total scam! I ordered from here because I saw them post a deal on Facebook around the time of the Stanley cup playoffs. Of course they took the money out of my account right away and I never heard one thing about my order after that. The "customer service" number just goes to a fake voicemail where it says that your call will be returned which is a complete lie! I have left 3 voicemails, emailed the customer service email twice and posted on their Facebook page and still nothing! Do not order from this site!

Haven't received order that was placed April 28,2016. Money was taken from my account. I've tried calling and get a voicemail everytime. Leave a message and no one calls back. I've e-mailed multiple times and have received no response. Attached is a picture of what I ordered from the company. I think this company is a scam and is just taking money from people.

I purchased the Blackhawk leggings from them on March 26th, they took money out of my account within 48 hours of transaction and it is now June the 6th and I still have not received my order. When I hit "track my order" it says that my order is still in process. Don't Buy from this company unless you like donating $ to people who will not contact you when you email customer support and not ship your purchased order!
