I am trying to figure out how to get Facebook to look at their page. I sent a message through Messenger directly to Facebook. We'll see if I get a response. I've commented a few times on Fan Authentic's Facebook page and my comments were deleted and I'm blocked from commenting. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and immediately after that filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Not sure what did it, but I got a refund and my order is no longer on their website. Maybe if enough of us complain, we'll shut them down for good? Good luck!
