Its Christmas and my order 39897 is not here. Its been 3 weeks with no answers to email or calls. I just want my money back.scamming people at Christmas is a low for anyone. What $#*!s.

Chat Conversation Start 1:17pm Hi, my daughter ordered a product form you and received the wrong product. It took more than a month for her to receive the product an as I stated, it was not wat she ordered. She has been trying to contact Fan Authentics for several weeks with no luck.
