Just saw this guy on the late news channel 2! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! He was in the "hall of shame" for scamming people! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS BACK NO EMAILS RETURNED - COMPLETELY DISSATIFIED
My story is the same as everyones. Just glad I didn't spend too much!
! ATTENTION! (Please read)! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM FAN AUTHENTICS!
Do not order anything from Fan Authentics on Facebook or anywhere else online by Fan Authentics. BIG SCAM! There are 50+ complaints lodged against them on-line and on Facebook for the following:
1. Taking money for the order and not shipping items.
2. Taking money and sending the wrong items.
3. Saying there is "Quick and Easy Returns" by doing "return to sender" with original packaging. If you don't have the original packaging with shipping label, there is no return address to send the item to. Plus, people sending their items back "return to sender" (if the post even takes a "return to sender" after the package has been open and resealed) will lose their money AND their merchandise. Fan Authentics "About Authentics" says they have a 30-day Return Policy, but their "FAQ" page says 60-day Return Policy.
4. Poor customer service. They claim the following: "We're team players, so we pride ourselves on the best customer service experience possible." They say they are available by phone or email 24/7/365, but when you call there is only the option of pressing 0 to speak with a rep followed by leaving a message. You don't actually get to talk to anyone and no one calls you back. When you email, no one emails back. Other unsatisfied customers have reported them to the news and Better Business Bureau.
These are just a couple complaints of many.
If you have already purchased something from this company, first, i encourage you to Google "Fan Authentics" and read the complaints and read the complaints on Facebook by searching Fan Authentics. Then I encourage you to contact you bank, credit card, or PayPal IMMEDIATELY to file a charge dispute, giving the bank all the info related to your order, including how many times you've called and/or emailed with no response. Have your bank, credit card, or PayPal representative Google the same search I encouraged you to look at and they will see this is a SCAMMING company.
For those of you who have ordered from Fan Authentics and have had no issues, received your merchandise, and were happy with their experience with this company... you are lucky!

Before buying items on Facebook or anywhere online, vet the company first. Check them out. And definitely make sure their contact info (especially for returns) is legitimate and correct.
