Ordered a hat on Dec 2nd. It has been over a month and the hat hasn't shipped. They give instructions via email on how to cancel the order, but the screens they direct you to don't exist. They say their chat is available 24x7 but apparently, they are away at this moment. Had problems with them in the past, but I got duped this time because they have multiple websites to make it look as if it's a different company. Completely dishonest and crappy customer service.
So, here's what happens if you give these guys a bad review.
They refuse to accept or even acknowledge a return request.
I have an unopened package that arrived late that I had tried to cancel. They said it had been shipped when I tried to cancel. This was a lie. I left them a bad review as a result of their lie.
Now, the won't even acknowledge my request to return.
Do not do business with this company.
A friend bought some items. She returned them all, as they were junk. Very, very poor quality at very inflated prices. Fortunately, she didn't leave a bad review before returning the junk.
Long story short, I ordered 2 items and 1 of them was a customized tumbler for a soldier serving overseas and the local post office lost my package and didn't seem to care at all (still haven't received it by the way). The amazing representatives at Fanatics kept in touch with me to stay updated on the situation and even mailed me out a replacement and I greatly appreciated that. It wasn't their screw up but they rectified the situation anyway.

Purchased a long sleeve college shirt after my team won their bowl game. The picture looked great, price was ok but I was willing to take a chance. I had a good deal with free shipping. The shirt came fairly quickly. The quality was awful. It was thin/cheap material, screen print was not high quality as depicted, and barely big enough. I had ordered a size larger than normal just in case. One wash and it would have been too tight. I conbtaced to get a refund and they did respond. Refund was processed quickly but they charged $10 for a return fee. I would not order again and would avoid at all cost.

I ordered my nick foles superbowl jersey right after the eagles won. That was 2/4/18, now its 2/28/18. I still haven't got any "ordered shipped" email. Only a confirmation right after i purchased the jersey. It says " it will be delivered no later than 2/28, well thats a lie and im never buying from them again.

I ordered two Chicago Bulls shirts, with names of players put on them. One is fine, so far, but the other Ibhave worn three times and the images ironed on the front are already pealing off. I called and spoke to someone, who said I should only hand wash this item. Meanwhile, the tag says to machine wash cold and tumble dry low heat. She told me that they could do nothing for me, since "you did not wash the shirt properly". Also, while waiting for the delivery, I had a shirt sent to me that I did not order and would not order. I was told to ship it back at my expense. I've had it with fanatics and they just lost a customer for life. Item number I ordered was *******, Chicago Bulls T-Shirt.

Immediately upon seeing the confirmation page of my purchase (ID #5-*******8319) I tried contacting Fanatics customer service in order to change the address. However, despite multiple efforts to reach out to them about the error - I received no response. Instead, I received an automated email stating my order had shipped - to the wrong address! When I finally was able to get in touch with the customer care people, they told me there was nothing they could do!?! This is totally unacceptable! I tried to notify them, and all they've told me is sorry - I just wont be able to receive my order. Still trying to figure out how to get my items...

First purchase from Fanatics. Colosseum Harbor Quarter-Zip Hoodie And I normally wear an XL but bought a 2XL to ensure it was roomy. But,,,, it's tight! And the team decoration is a shiny iron on vs embroidered as it looked like in the ad. But if I return I lose the original shipping fee, their silly handling fee plus another me $9.99 for a return label. I think I'll just donate it to a clothing charity store instead. I'll Never order here again.

Plain and simple. Horrible service. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Returning an item is a major hassel plus $9.99 for return shipping is ridiculous. I bought items through Walmart, (I've never had any problems with them) but for FANATICS we can't return with Walmart. So frustrating when you want to return an item but the shipping is ridiculous!
I placed an order and money was taken from my account. When I try to track my order it tells me that order number doesnt exist. I tried their live chart which is a robot you can not get around. There is no customer service number listed on their site. So now I'm out $55 dollars and my husbands birthday present. I dont even know how to contact them for a refund.

I recently ordered three MLB shirts from Fanatics.com. The material is thin and cheap. The necks of the tee shirts are so weak that they pull out of shape immediately. Very poor product. Will NEVER order again. It's a RIPOFF!

Ordered a long sleeve shirt, was delivered with red ink all over the white collar. Sales associate was supposed to have ordered another, while starting a return for damaged shirt and did not so days later I had to, had to pay for expedited shipping. Received second shirt, damaged with brown all over sleeve and in the threading at the wrist (threading looked as it was pulled out). Called and wanted to speak with a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting. Left my number and was assured I would get a call back. Did not. I was refunded my money however I need to call yet again to get another return label.
I made a purchase on November 26,2023, a withdraw from my account was made and I haven't received my purchase. I contacted them and they're saying they can't find the purchase. I gave them an Order # and still nothing. I've been push from 1 person to another and nothing. The statement they gave is we can't assist you. Shipping was ok, arrived within a decent time frame, but quality of the clothes are not worth the price. Not even sure if it is really a genuine nike brand sweatshirt or just a hoodie with an ironed on logo.

Ordered $250 worth of WSU Shockers gear for gifts for Christmas. One item was damaged and another was the wrong size. Returning those two items has been a deeply frustrating experience. It's been 5 weeks and I still haven't received one refund, the other refund was for less than the original amount payed. I have called the company multiple times with little or no results. I would buy my gear elsewhere if I were you. I will definitely not be a repeat customer and I have already warned everybody I know not to buy from here.

I continue to receive the corporate response from the fanatics representative. Basically it is Fed ex fault. Somehow she gave some phantom info that Fed ex was delivering my package on the 19th. I wonder where this comes from since I have called Fed ex. They state "a label has been created and we will update you when your package begins to travel". This is one full week after they stated it shipped. Perhaps the real problem Sarah B is, like the company you represent, you're dishonest!

On Saturday, 23 June, I ordered a German National Team Jersey and figured I would pay for 2 day shipping in the amount of 19.00. I didn't listen to countless amount of other reviews that stated that they never received their item(s) in that time span. I just received an email stating the estimated delivery date is Thursday 28 June. How is this 2 day shipping? I have never been dissatisfied with Fanatics until now. I have never had crappy customer service calls and never had an issue with returns. How is it that I pay 19.00 to get this nearly four days after shipment. I checked and it states that Fed Ex still hasn't received the item. At this point it doesn't matter. I will not get it by Tuesday night (2 day shipping). I deal with other businesses and when using the 2 day shipment method I GET IT IN TWO DAYS. I will never waste my hard earned money on shipping with Fanatics again.

I ordered an MLB Jersey for my son for Christmas, needless to say I will be scrambling to find another gift now! I ordered this item on November 25th, with the ship date being December 1st. After two emails, I got no reply... When I contacted them via phone, they could not give me an explanation as to why it had not shipped. Horrible, horrible service!
