DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It is a total scam. Customer service is a sham. The wigs are hideous and definitely not real hair. I have been in dispute with them for over a month about my $509.98. I would not give them a single star. The good reviews are absolute fakes.

I am a hair stylist, I bought two wigs for my sister, these are the cheapest looking wigs, and like others have stated, look nothing like the picture, and the quality is Halloween wigs. Like you would buy for trick or treat, trust me its a trick! These wigs should cost no more then twenty dollars, they are garbage, save your money. And I did everything they said to get a refund. They said no, it was the right color therefore your stuck with it.

I ordered the Jennifer Garner Short Wavy Lace Front Human Hair Wigs. I was very apprehensive since I did not read the reviews until after i completed the order. I received my wig on yesterday and was a little concerned after I opened the box. I expected to see the wig styed as ordered. However I am a hair stylist and saw right away that I had to style the wig myself. The style is there you just have to create it. I am extremely happy with my product. If you don't know how to do it take it to a wig stylist. Geat product!

Like most of these reviews, my experience with this company was a disaster. The wig I finally received was awful. Did not resemble what ordered at all plus there was a huge indentation at crown. Sent pics to no avail. Customer service is non existent & shameful. Y stylist confirmed it was worst she'd ever seen & I can't possible wear it (or even give it away). It went in the trash, just like my $. This company is rip off & scam.

What would it feel like, your head is bald, you spend hours deciding on a wig, you finally find one, very excited. Its for your bday. It comes in jan.! There is no explanation. It is a disasterous company. Its a fraud. Bull$#*! company. For the 1 that had good luck, order again. Plus. Mine was to be a full wig, pretty color, what i received was like part of a animal fur. It was a partial wig. I payed well over 300 for human hair. Joke scam. Run like hell.

Horrible, horrible company, save your money and don't buy from them! I ordered a wig, what I received didn't resemble the style or colour even closely. They made a mistake but I had to pay for return shipping of 81.00! They were supposed to make me a new wig but didn't even start on it till I followed up with them, then they took a month to produce it, they stated they wanted to make a wig I would be happy with, good god, when it arrived there was not enough hair in the wig to cover the seams on the cap! It's a joke and again not the right colour or style! I give up and will consider this a very, very expensive lesson, I can't afford to pay another 81.00 to return it again. Fairywigs is a rip off and they are simply out to rob customers! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I too have been looking at their website. The first thing that popped into mind was "where are the pictures of the actual wigs?" After all, so many of the pics are models who had their hair done by stylists at top salons around the world. Many of the pics are out of the Hair magazines. Sure I would love to have some of the hip, ombre or tip dyed wigs they show. But you have to wonder about a site that shows that many pictures but does not show ONE of the wigs they made to look like the pictures. I emailed them & was told they had a "staff of professional hair cutters & colorists etc that could copy the picture". Well considering the extremely high end cuts and colors they show you'd think they would want to show the wigs they actually made if they are so good.
Just remember that old saying: If it sounds too good to be true...

I too ordered a wig from this "so called" company from China, trying to save a few bucks, but like the others, was ripped off! The wig that ordered was so different to what I received that I contacted them, got an email from someone named Serena, sent pictures and everything, she offers me 5% discount on my next order! The nerve of that woman, like I would ever order from them again! STAY AWAY, I LOST MONEY TRYING TO SAVE MONEY!

I am actually expecting an order from this compagny, unfortunatly i read the reviews too late and as i recall i had a very negative previous experience with these people a couple of years ago since i never received my order but i did get the money back. I did e-mail them yesterday but i dint get any answer.my order was 171$. I mentinned in my e-mail that after reading the reviews that i was expecting my order to be totallyconform to the picture, including the texture, the size and the color.if my order is not coform i intend to persue it to the fullest with paypal and inform the international buisness bureau about their bad buisness, I THINK THAT EVEVERYBODY SHOULD DO THE SAME!

I wish I had seen this site prior to my purchase! The wigs look nothing like tbe pics, they use celebrity pics to trick you into purchasing them and the prices are so low. When I received my wig tried to return it, they wanted pics... toldme it lookd nice. My point it looked nothing like the pic told me had to send it back registered on my dime... $154! I don't think so. Ended up wearing one and giving the other one away. Serena and Joy are both full of $#! T
