I too have been looking at their website. The first thing that popped into mind was "where are the pictures of the actual wigs?" After all, so many of the pics are models who had their hair done by stylists at top salons around the world. Many of the pics are out of the Hair magazines. Sure I would love to have some of the hip, ombre or tip dyed wigs they show. But you have to wonder about a site that shows that many pictures but does not show ONE of the wigs they made to look like the pictures. I emailed them & was told they had a "staff of professional hair cutters & colorists etc that could copy the picture". Well considering the extremely high end cuts and colors they show you'd think they would want to show the wigs they actually made if they are so good.
Just remember that old saying: If it sounds too good to be true...

Fairywigs-the wig was not like the picture. The wig appeared to have been worn. I wanted to return the wig, but was told if I return the wig $30 would be deducted from my refund. I had a problem with this ridiculous logic, the wig was made wrong but you want to charge me. Since I was never going to wear the wig it did come in handy. My garden scarecrow is now wearing the wig. I will never purchase another wig from this website.

I wish I had seen this site prior to my purchase! The wigs look nothing like tbe pics, they use celebrity pics to trick you into purchasing them and the prices are so low. When I received my wig tried to return it, they wanted pics... toldme it lookd nice. My point it looked nothing like the pic told me had to send it back registered on my dime... $154! I don't think so. Ended up wearing one and giving the other one away. Serena and Joy are both full of $#! T

I ordered a wig from Fairywigs online, this would be the first time I have ever ordered anything online, not a good experience. I was first given all the information about the production of my wig, then I could not get online to check any more, I was unable to contact the company using any of their sites. I can not understand how anyone can get ripped off by a company and just write a bad review instead of trying to put this company out of business, I intend to do all in my power to see that no one else is taken by Fairywigs. Anyone associated with fairywigs i feel condones their behavior. I will not spend money with paypal or alibaba etc., that ssociates with them. Took my money from credit card but never delivered my product. Refused to respond to emails. Sfsgddg? You

I had the same problem with this company. Wig looked nothing like the wig I ordered. The wig was a choppy hair cut and poor quality hair. Contacted Customer Service 3 times before someone named Serena responded to my email. Asked me to take pictures of the wig from different angles and email to her. After doing so she told me I couldn't get a refund, and offered me $10.00 off this order and 10% off of a future order. I will not be ordering anything from this place again. BIG SHAM! I didn't know the place I was ordering from was in China. Had I known this I would never had ordered in the first place.

RUN... Yes, dummy me, I did not look up reviews BEFORE I bought! Saw the Ad on Facebook. It is NOTHING as the pic or promises. I have done everything they asked, pics and all info to get my full refund. NOW they are only willing to give me 10% back and keep the wig. OR I have to send it back and they will send a NEW one. BTW, it's $80 to send it back! I do not want a new one or the one they gave me. I sent a a dispute to PayPal. Hoping they are helpful..
