How do i get my monies returned 168.00 have been fighting for 3 mo. This wig looks like a mop to use on the floor

You won't get your money back. They might offer to make you a new wig after you've returned the old one to them by registered mail at your own expense. The new wig will be worse than the first. That was my experience, no refund, no wearable wig, expensive lesson learned.

Sorry to say you're not likely to get your money back. And YES their wigs do look like MOPS. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I returned the wig, they said they had it, i had a complaint in with Paypal, and now the complaint has been dropped. I won't get my money back, and I don't think you will either. Sorry. I worked on it for 2 months.

The wig I ordered was advertised as being sent that week... reality, weeks later, and nothing like the photo. They actually had the nerve to say they didn't have a wig as shown in the photo. This, after I checked with them thoroughly to make sure I would receive the exact same colour as shown in the photo!? My sympathies to all of us! M how do we put a stop to this Chinese thievery?
