SCAM! DON'T ORDER!
Luckily my credit card company credited my account. Maybe if everyone can get them to do that the credit card company will start rejecting this company and not let people buy from here.
Ordered beginning of December, still have not received item. I have attempted to contact numerous times with no reply! Do not order from this company! THEIVES!
I give it a 1 star. I ordered a maternity shirt intentionally to wear on Thanksgiving ( I ordered it on Nov. 13). I paid extra for shipping, which said it would come in 1-8 days. There is no contact phone number to call. I e-mailed them and they wrote back one time and then stopped responding. I still never received my shirt and it is now January 1. I asked for a refund multiple times and never got a response. So, I lost my money and never got the shirt... do not order from them!
I received two hoodies over a month late. It was suppose to be here by Christmas and didn't come until affer. The quality is absolutely terrible! I cant even give them as gifts because they are so awful and I would be embarrassed! They wont communicate, ive tried getting my money back and no response. Wish I would have seen all this reviews! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Wish I would have seen/read all of these terrible reviews prior to purchasing! I ordered holiday attire (Christmas themed pj's, santa leggings, etc.) back on 12/3/16, and to date (1/1/17), I have not received my items. I sent multiple emails to the company asking for a shipping update, etc. as Christmas was approaching and have never received a single response! I cannot believe this company is still in business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Cannot say enough bad things about this purchase. Online purchase Dec 1-was promised shipping in 5-8 days with follow up email detailing shipping information. Promised date came and went with no communication-I emailed requesting cancellation of order because Christmas was soon approaching-Again, received no communication-Several days later, received email stating item had shipped-Again, I emailed requesting cancellation of order, and refund of purchase price-Received automated email that someone would get back to me in 24 hours-Did not happen. Received item ONE WEEK after Christmas & item barely resembles ad photo-If I could go back in time-would definitely NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Wish I would have read the reviews of this company before I ordered. Very upset. Spent a decent amount of $. Feeling ripped off. Wondering what all can be done about this.
No communication with the customer. Once they get your money, that is it. Suppose to email me when package shipped. No email yet. Should have received my order first week in December. Emailed them, no response. Filed report with bank for not receiving order. Received order December 23. Quality of merchandise not what I thought I was ordering, but kept because I figured I would never get correspondence to return for a credit. My first and last order from this company. No email yet notifying me the package had been shipped
Ordered a shirt in the largest size you have. It took forever getting here, then, it fits like it's a child's size! Such bull$#*!! I kno everyone in China are tiny, but some of us in America are slightly larger. Way to upset someone! Unbelievable! Thanks for NOTHING
Not happy with free shipping taking its sweet time and unable to track... I also ordered in November, got an email it shipped 12/8, no rsponse to my email a week ago and do not have Christmas gift for today!
Ordered December 10th as it was a Christmas present... Still no package! Asked for a refund and they said they ok but would deduct money for shipping! Are they kidding me? Never order from this site!
Also still waiting on my holiday dresses. Maybe I can wear them for Christmas 2017! I sent them an email every single day asking for a refund and they finally agreed to give me 1/2 back since one of my dresses had already shipped. That was three weeks ago and still don't have the one dress. You can get a refund - just email them over and over and over and eventually they will get sick of you.
Do not buy from them. I am still. Waiting on my dresses for my Christmas Card good thing I had a back up outfit! Ridiculous
They have wharf seems to be great deals but their shipping process is complete crap. I ordered a sweatshirt and 2 pairs of sock. Three weeks later my sweatshirt shipped. (Still haven't received it) then a week later 1 pair of the socks shipped and the other hasn't. What kind of company ships a single order in 3 separate shipments? Do not waste your money
I ordered a holiday dress three weeks in advance and it has still not arrived. Do not believe any estimated shipping time they tell you. Whenever this dress gets here the holidays will probably be over and i would have bought it for nothing. Also their tracking checker doesn't work. Overall horribly experience and I haven't even gotten the dress yet
I only received one of the items from my order. I was being told to keep being patient and wait for the rest of my items. My order was placed back in October. The one item I did get was the only item for me. Everything else was Christmas presents for my oldest child. The one item I did receive was covered in holes I was told to mail it back and have a tracking number which I did and I took pictures of the item per PayPal request. I sent the item back on the 6th of November on the 12th of November the last updated information shows that it shipped from San Francisco but no other shipping information has updated since then. PayPal sided with fairy season saying that I provided them with an improper tracking number. They basically stole $175 from me.
I ordered a black one piece and a bikini, and a vest. All items were very bad quality!
The black swimsuit was see through! COMPLETELY see through so I had to toss that... and the two piece bathing suit fit so strange, not because the sizing was off but because the fit was WAY OFF. Vest was just bad quality and I havent worn it.
Basically just a huge waste of money!
It's been over 30 days since my items were shipped. I still haven't received them. I've emailed them 4 times and have yet to receive a response. I can't find a customer service number to call. What company doesn't have a contract number. This is ridiculous!
I placed an order on 10/31 and still have not received my order. They sent an email stating it shipped on 11/2 but it is now 12/7 and still no order. They did however take my money. So I paid for a product and never received it. I wish I had red these reviews. I would have never placed an order.
The clothes look really cute on the website and they are cheap so i figured why not order a few things. What a waste of money and time! They took forever to get to me because they came from China. The sleeves on my shirt and super baggy and different lengths-awful cloth quality too. Both tights i ordered are smalls and they are HUGE. One has a bunggie waist that little kids pants have but there's a ton of extra fabric. It literally looks like a huge 90s hair scrunchie around the waist of the pants. The waist comes up SUPER high, like to my boobs! They are a shiney paper thin material. The holiday leggings i got looked like they were a nice wool material-definitely not. Don't waist your time or money! Very disappointed!
