I canceled my order ($50), which was debited from my account immediately. I received a partial refund because FairySeason said all items purchased except one have been shipped. Tried to track this shipment. No luck.
Word to the wise people... this company along with at least 2 more out of China are shady... to say the least. I am reporting to BBB. Unacceptable.
I have just received my lace kimono from fairy season omg it is like net curtain with arm holes no finishing at all these people should not be able to trade its disgusting
I would give them a "0" rating of I could. I ordered 2 months ago and have not received my order. This has to be reported and I will be sure to report it if not received in the next couple weeks. I wish I had seen all these horrible reviews before I ordered the product!
Placed my order on March 3, before reading the reviews. Of course after reading the reviews, I was like, o thats great my order is going to be all monkeyed up. Bought 5 things and received all of them by March 23. ( sent all in separate packages, seems like a waste) Which it did say it would take 8-10 days so the wait wasn't to bad. I ordered a grey sweat$#*! size L and they sent me a green one instead size XL. Hate the color but the size mistake is ok because the xl is more like a L anyway. Everything else seems to be true to size except it is kinda cheap material.
I ordered a shirt and realized I had accidentally hit medium instead of small. So I looked on the website for fairy season and it didn't have a phone # but it did have a place to change the order status. I emailed them within the hour of placing the order to change the size. After 2 weeks I still didn't hear back so I submitted another email. A week later I get an email stating my shirt had been shipped. So I send another email about the size. Then an hour or so later they responded to my first email. They said that they apologized for not emailing sooner but they couldn't change it since they had shipped it. This is a scam. No phone number or place to submit a review on the sight. They don't respond and I read and made sure that they could change the order the way I did so through the site. They went on to state that I was stuck with the order, they don't do refunds, it is Asian size so a medium would be perfect (I'm a tiny chick so I know I needed a small), but they are sorry. I received the shirt yesterday and it fits like a large... not a medium. Not a small... a large!
I order 3 items over month ago and have only got 2. And it's been almost 2 months and I needed it by this weekend for a birthday present.
I ordered from this site a month ago! It took them two weeks to ship. It has been an additional two weeks since they shipped them out and they are still not here. I ordered two of the same item and I received an email saying they may be shipped separately and that I should contact the post office... What!?
Just an FYI... I put an order in to this company Nov. 30,2016... and I just received it TODAY... April 4,2017. They sure took the money from my credit card FAST tho. Another scam company from China and the quality is crap. Lesson learned
Yes, it took almost a month to get my goods, but they are coming from China! I was anticipating clothing that was cheaply made and didn't look like the pics; however, my order arrived today and everything was just as it showed in the picture. I imagined some of the materials wrong, but the print is right on. I'm very happy with my order from this site. I know it all probably depends on what you order, but my six items were exactly what was promised!
Made an order Dec 16 2016. We are Mar 17 2017. Still NOTHING! Take People's money but don't give them their stuff... Someone needs to shut them down
WELL WELL WELL It is April 5th 2017 & I have just received an order from Fairyseason. It is the top I ordered but not the right colour. I wanted grey & teal. I got Pink & polka dots... Still will never order anything from them again. Glad to hear somethings have gone well for others. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.
FairySeason is a complete joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will receive no customer service, whatsoever, and extremely waiting periods for items to be shipped, if shipped at all.

Ordered something. Never received it. Several back and forth boilerplate email responses the same as other reviews. Turned it over to PayPal and got my money back. Worst online "purchase" ever.
I ordered sweaters on December 2016, said it ships in 5 to 10 business days... BS... when I escalated with PayPal they said "takes 35-45 days for delivery... can't track with post office because shipping was free". Today is March 15,2017. I never got my order or a refund... btw they were quick to charge my credit card... payment went through the same day I ordered.
I purchased an item from this company and it took about a week to come in. The quality and print where great. It's not cheap feeling at all. Unfortunately i just ordered the wrong size and emailed them. I received an email right back to solve my issue. I will order from this company again, i feel like they are making improvements to better their company!
This company will take your money and run. First, they blamed me for not receiving my order. They said I never entered a street address. Um... Ok... Then why did you MAIL it like that? I don't believe that anyway as I always triple check when I place an order. After starting this couldn't be true, they said "Oh wait, it was returned to us. If you give us $10 more we will reship. Under no circumstances will you receive a refund." Ok, so now you have my order (it wasn't lost as originally claimed), but you not only are refusing to refund me my money, you are refusing to reship it without getting MORE money! So ridiculous. Not only will I never order from them again, I doubt I will order from any company that ships directly from China!
I didn't receive my order yet and I can't track it! I don't know why and I'm still waiting on them to respond to me!
The low quality of their clothes is laughable. Thin, gross pieces of fabric sewn together horribly. I knew it would be impossible to get a refund, so I chalked it up as a loss. Lesson learned! DO NOT BUY FROM FAIREYSEASON!
I just received 4 out of 7 items that I ordered on March 1st. All the shirts were small but they all fit me differently. I still haven't got a shipping email about two of my items and it is now March 13th. It says shipping takes 3 to 8 days unless I was impatient I would not order from them again. Was kind of happy that my clothes fit since they do not do returns
I just order stuff yesterday, but after reading these, I want to cancel it... is there anyway? Seriously not going to wait months for these clothes.
