I ordered 5 shirts on March 24 and received all 5 by April 25. I knew it was going to take awhile to receive my order based on other reviews I read. Each item is shipped separately and they do not arrive on the same day. All five of my shirts are super cute and the correct size. I am very happy with my order and will be a return customer.
I bought 3 swimsuits... i measured and according to there measurements I'm an xl 40 yrs old and my very skinny 13 yr old fits in it... they need to learn how to measure or need to be shut down... not happy
I'm not very happy with my experience thus far. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that an order can possibly take up to 65 days to arrive. From the various reviews I've read, now I'm extra nervous that 1) I may not even receive my order, 2) that the order will be wrong, and 3) the sizes may be off soi I may not be able to even wear the items. So, I will not be ordering from this site again more than likely. Oh well, you live and learn right?!
They are idiots. They shipped my items to Texas. I live in Massachusetts. They will not respond. Complete fault of theirs. I spent almost $100. Wish I could rate it a big fat zero
I ordered one item that never showed up. There was no response to my request to either find my order or return my money.
I ordered $168 worth of clothing, 2 items didn't arrive and the ones that did are laughable at best... they look NOTHING like pictured on the website. The clothing is SO bad, I will be donating all of it which is brutal. What a waste of money. The clothing is in wrong sizes, some too big, some too small, even though they are the same "size" on the tag. Some of the shirts having strings hanging from them, literally falling apart. Some of the shirts are "men's t-shirts", not at all the same fit as a women's shirt. Seriously what a scam. I requested a refund but I doubt I'll receive anything. The order is missing items as well. STAY AWAY.
It's a scam! Do NOT order from this site/co. I ordered several items for a special occasion over a month before I needed them, and spent a lot of money on them. That was the first week of February and I didn't get my items until the end of April and some of them didn't even come in. The clothes are cheaply and badly made. They fall apart super easily, and the sizes are all a mess. I ordered an adult size large dress and it was almost like a tent, but the size adult large shirt and shorts I got were micro mini. It's not a credible site, and they have terrible customer service! Beware!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! THEY CHARGED ME FOR DELIVERY TO EXPECT ORDER WITHIN 4-7 DAYS. IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND ON THE DELIVERY CHARGE THEY REFUSED TO DO IT. BASICALLY THEY CHARGED ME FOR NOTHING! AVOID SHOPPING HERE.
Just got my second order from here. Absolutely loved the romper I got and bathing suits. Also a cute wino saur shirt. Clothing is cheap so cheap and definitely worth it! I will order yet again! Not sure why so many bad reviews. Shipping took a few weeks and always order up in sizes. If you do that your good to go!
This has got be the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. It takes months to receive your order, A large Swimsuit in Women's looks like a Small in Children clothes, The swimsuits and Cover ups are made out of cheap material and some don't even look like what's advertised on the website. I don't see how the people in China don't know what the sizes are supposed to look like in America especially since Damn near every piece of clothing in America comes from there. I guess that's what I get for being cheap. Never again! I will online shop at stores that are shipping in America.
Horrible service. I ordered three sweaters at the end of October, hoping they would be here for Christmas, and they didn't show up. I received 2/3 sweaters in MARCH! SIX MONTHS LATER! And they fitted small and were made with cheap material. The website doesn't provide any contact information, so I wasn't even able to get a refund or ANYTHING. Horrible, go spend your money in an actual store!
It's been over a month and I still haven't received my whole order. Free shipping says it could take 45 to 60 days which is ridiculous.
It took a while to receive all my stuff i ordered. BUT ITS FREE SHIPPING people. Came all in one shipment. Worth just waiting and not freaking out.
Consider yourself reported to ripoff reports and the better business bureau. Eff with the bull? Get the horns! You sure as HELL wont be keeping my money.
I ordered a hoodie from them size adult large. It came a youth medium. Cheapest material and the colors didn't match the picture. Supposed to be green camo leaves but they yellow. They told me to give it to my kid and they would give me a 10% discount in next order. My daughter ordered a shirt that says being a princess is exhausting but it came spelled isexhausting. One word instead of two.
I ordered 6 items on 3/17- still received nothing after 5 emails. They cannot even spell my name right when they even do attempt to write back to me. RUN for the hills... a scam site. I called the bank and stopped the payment. They will reverse the charge. RUN as fast as you can...
I just received my order that was placed two ago and all I can say is this a piece of crap! I'm so weak from LMAO! I had to literally go back to the site to see what I had ordered because nothing looked like the pics! I can't even fit not one thing they sent! And this dress looks like a graduation gown, yeah that's the material they used! ALL I CAN SAY IS, RUN FOR THE HILLS IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING! PURE SCAM! I'm gonna make sure they get a good ole email from me on behalf of everyone...
Boy do I wish I'd read these reviews before I lost money with these guys. A COMPLETE SCAM. I am appalled at the bad service, I ordered 2 mandala beach blankets, they sent me 1 that was wrong, and I've been emailing ever since to try and get the others sent. They are just stuffing me around, saying the one they sent was correct and offering a 30% refund. WTF?! Refund me the whole lot and I will return the incorrect item FFS. Totally pissed. Awful - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
This company is a joke. I placed an order for some swim suits over 2 months ago. Still to date have not received. Tried emailing them only response I get back is they were shipped, check my post office and they will reship them to me. I have requested my money back 3 times now. Nothing. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered 4 shirts on 3/20/17 and i just received one shirt on 4/6/17... the shirt was 3 times to small im pissed to the max!
