These people are nothing short of fraudsters. Take orders and payment. Address packages incorrectly (or don't send them at all) then try to extort more money out of you to "re-send" your parcel. And all you get is the run around from their inappropriately named "customer service department". STAY AWAY - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Buyer beware! I have nothing positive to say about them and their products. Orders ship from China... 4-8 weeks delivery time. All three pieces I ordered shipped separately. The sizing WAY off. The DRESS I ordered that was supposed to be 32.68 inches long, per their sizing chart, was only 28 inches long. It looks like a toddler's dress.
One t-shirt too big while the other is too small... but both XLs. Customer service offered mt at 10% discount on my next order! There will be no next order. Extremely poor quality. Extremely poor customer service.

This so called 'business' will offer you 3-6 weeks delivery for an item that might slightly resemble the one you paid good money for, or it might just not arrive at all, if it doesn't, consider yourselves the lucky ones! Those that were misfortunate enough to receive their goods are stuck with cheap tat that falls apart and doesn't fit, oh, and by the way, NO RETURNS POLICY. There exceptional lack of any customer service might get you a poorly worded response suggesting you "give the item to a friend". Avoid Fairy Season!

Please do not waste your time or money buying from these people. What they advertise is not what you get. The website says the items are made/shipped from the USA, but they are not---they come from China and come in several shipments and IF you get it, it takes about 6 weeks. The sizing is WAY off and so is the quality. They block you if you message them, they get rather snarky if you email them and they only want to credit you back about 5% IF they do that. I paid with Paypal and it is taking forever to get a credit back even that way. RIPOFF

I ordered 3 swim suits from this site. The first item that I received is a neon orange, not the true orange as pictured. It is very poorly constructed with the inner lining seams hanging out on the top and is visible when on. The rounded edges flop over and do not lay flush to the skin. The bottoms are completely see-through. I ordered two other suits in addition to this one. One suit had a tear in the front with loose strings hanging all over both pieces, and the other suit I ordered was supposed to have a mint green top and I was sent a sky blue top. I have been in communication with the customer service department, and they have not been helpful at all. I provided pictures of all three garments that are completely unacceptable. I was offered 10% off on future orders, which there will not be any, after this horrible experience. The most they have agreed to compensate is 20% back. I cannot with integrity recommend this company to anyone. Basically I wasted $30. They advertise on their website quality garments with an emphasis on excellent customer experience. The garments are unwearable, not true to size, and the customer service has been exceedingly frustrating and disrespectful. I waited over a month for my items. Wish.com has better quality items for the price and I have never had any issue with being refunded when I have a picture to prove the defects in the garments. I would recommend you look there.

I ordered from fairyseason in May had no idea that the company was in China the website say USA. Anyway after 3 1/2 weeks my stuff finally arrived. Unfortunately 1 item was missing I have been emailing back and forth with them and every time they ask for the same thing a packing slip ( there was no packing slip in side my bag). At this point they have said they will not send my missing item or refund my money until I send a picture of the packing slip they NEVER sent me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also the items I did receive are poor in quality one ripped in the wash before I could even wear it. Very disappointed with this company and the way they handled things.

I've ordered from Fairyseason in the past and it was ok, but this time I ordered 2 shirts and I only got one of them. You can't find a phone number for them, so I sent an email to their customer service via their website two different times and I never got a response, my money back, or the shirt I ordered. Will not order from them again and you shouldn't either! Prices are great, but that doesn't matter if you don't get what you order.

I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I decided to purchase three shirts from this website. I purchased three shirts, decently priced, free shipping, and came a lot faster than I had expected. I was pretty impressed so far. Upon opening my clothing, the one shirt I bought was suppose to be an "off the shoulder" shirt with a tank top underneath. The "off the shoulder" opening for the shirt was about the same size as the tank top opening, which means I couldn't even get one shoulder out of it. It was no where near an "off the shoulder" shirt. The second shirt, it was a tank top that tied into a bow on one side of the neck, but once it was tied, it gaped at the chest, and it looked terrible. The cloth was obviously cut horribly wrong, and I likely won't be able to wear it because of how it sits, as it exposes half of my bra. The third shirt, I was actually fine with. It looked like the picture for the most part. After sending a message to customer service, hoping for some sort of refund for my shirts, as I was extremely disappointed, and probably won't even wear them, I became even more disappointed. They asked for pictures of what I was talking about, and they told me that "they looked exactly like the pictures on the website." Not even close. I explained how the picture showed them to fit, and how they actually fit. They told me they wouldn't do a return, because it's not worth it to them. So when I asked for a refund, they offered me 10% of what I paid. I was actually so surprised that they offered me only 10%, that I asked for at least 50% of what I paid, considered that I'll not be able to wear two of the three shirts I purchased. They responded back saying 15% was the most they would refund me. After emailing back and forth for a week and a half, I got a $4 refund, and will NEVER shop there again. I was disappointed with the clothing, the sizes (I'm an XL and had to order 2XL-4XL for the clothing to fit), the customer service, and overall, everything. Not worth it, a waste of time, and a waste of money.
