DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I placed several orders from this site and it was hit or miss. Out of the 5 items I ordered I could use about 1 of them because the quality of the other items were so poor I could not wear them. Prices are very low, but sizes do not match and quality is so poor you will not be able to wear the item. The last item I ordered was a dress that was so small it would barely fit a 5 year old. The company was extremely difficult to credit the amount or send me a replacement. BUYER BEWARE.

Do not order from fairy season. Their sizing chart doesn't match the actual size of merchandise you receive. Poor quality and does not come as how it's advertised. I ordered 5 bathing suits and none fit and were poor quality. Ordered all in large and referenced sizing chart... nothing fit to chart. Their large would fit someone who is small (size 2-4) not a US size 8-10 as larges usually run. I tried getting a refund letting them know i would pay for shipping and they said the best They could do is offer a 15% rebate on my next purchase with them. They are totally delusional... why would i ever order from them again given they won't give me a refund of any sort. Veer away from purchasing anything from this company. Their stuff looks great on their website but definitely false advertising. You'll be disappointed like the other thousands of customers.

Lets talk about how I ordered a bathing suit at the beginning of March because I wanted to wear it for 4th of July... it is now August 2, and still no bathing suit... I have contacted customer support and find it disgusting that they would tell me that the only way I could get a refund is with $4 taken off for shipping fee when something was never shipped... this is not the 1st time i have ordered something from them and it never showed up.

I wish I could give them no stars. Look, Im not a moron; I didnt expect super high quality items based on the low prices. I ordered three pairs of shoes. To this day, I still havent received one of the pairs. Of the two pairs I did receive, one smelled so bad to had to throw them in the trash immediately. The second pair look so cheap and are so poorly made I will NEVER put them on my feet. After four months of not receiving the third pair, I emailed Fairyseason, told them I never received the item, gave them the item and shipping numbers, and asked for my money to be refunded. They refused to refund my money. After quite a bit of back and forth, they tell me they will refund my money... with the cost of shipping deducted! I point out the irony; that they are deducting the cost of shipping for an item they never shipped. Ive not received a refund; they continue to refuse to give me a refund on an item I never received because they never shipped it. Please, be aware of what kind of company you are dealing with before you made any decisions regarding purchase. Again, the quality of the items is beyond poor. The shoes I bought arent worth mere pennies.

Wishing to return my items (as the sizing was COMPLETELY out!) after a week and approximately 15 emails, I was told I cant have a refund. Despite what their website says about customer service, they care about nothing after they have your money. Disgusted.
They insisted I send photos of tops. They didnt fit! They said how they wanted to resolve this. I asked 10 times for an address to return my items to and they said I would have to pay shipping. I agreed. No address supplied, again and again and again!
I have NEVER come across a company like this before.

Ordered and after a month was pretty fed up dress wasn't here started asking them where it was, they sent me a stock answer saying soon it will be dispatched. I wait 10 more long days, get nothing! So I ask again, where is it? They did not bother to answer... so I open a pay-pal dispute up they send them the same answer word for word I had, I took tit further, I get the money back but no product! And at no point until you complain are you aware that you are dealing with product coming from China.

Please do NOT buy from these people! I ordered 3 items, it took over a month to get two of the items and still havent received the third. The first item was nothing like the picture and very low quality, the second item was an XL instead of an XS like I had ordered. I sent them an email letting them know they sent me the wrong size and they were very rude and told me that I was wrong and they sent the right size. I then sent them a picture of my original confirmation order which showed I ordered an XS and I havent heard back from them since. This company is a total scam!

I ordered 2 shirts, they took my payment, I received a shipping confirmation that they would be delivered after 1 week. After 3 weeks I received nothing. I contacted the seller and they told me the shirts were both sold out and I would need to pick something different. I told them that sounded suspicious and I wanted my money back. They told me again to pick something different and I told them to refund me or Id contact the BBB & my credit card company. They finally refunded my money after arguing with them for a week. Do not order from this place!
