Despite their cute items for sale and great prices, DO NOT order from this company. I ordered well before Christmas (3 weeks?) & I am still receiving items in individual packages; nothing has packaging slips, everything is written in chinese, and 1 shirt received is stained & too small. I would love to return all items despite the quality seeming nice; the situation is infuriating and I don't want to give xmas gifts 1/25. There's no phone number. I've sent multiple emails with replies irrelevant to my messages. One of their e-mails noted item numbers (without telling me what items, just numbers) which were no longer available but already paid for, explaining no refund available (?). Like I said, it's infuriating. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau. It is my own fault perhaps, bc I didn't realize the company is over seas in China. A lot of money wasted, expensive lesson. Look elsewhere for good deals.
Do not order from this site. You would not believe what they have put me through. First I ordered a bathing suit, next thing it arrives but it's not the size I ordered. I emailed fairy season and their response to it was that they didn't have the size I ordered and paid for in stock so they just went ahead and sent me a bigger size. Emails went back and forth for days. They would say can't you just give the item to a friend or family member. Finally I got fed up and started writing bad reviews. Then I received a message from them asking me to remove my bad reviews and they would refund the item. Well I did and days went by and still no refund. I emailed again and asked where my refund is. They replied with asking me if I took down bad review and now if I did they would refund 50 percent I'm done with this company never again will I order from them and I strongly suggest you don't either. This company is a joke

I purchased a tank top from them in August and my card was immediately charged, not just a hold put on it like a lot of companies do until the item is delivered. I waited 60 days, as per their instructions, and emailed them when my item had not arrived. The tracking was not available to me. After a few days they emailed back saying it appeared my package had been lost, and now the item was out of stock, and I could choose another item that was the same price. No offer of a choice to refund. So I chose another top and immediately emailed back with the info. Another several days and they emailed saying that my original item had been reshipped but that the tank top ran small so my size had been bumped up. Umm, what? Didn't ask, just sent it. When I received the top it was huge. It did not run small, but in fact big. I emailed back saying this and that I wanted to return it and I expected a full refund, as I had waited now 3 months to receive the wrong size. They would not accept a return or issue a refund and asked if I could keep it for a friend. What? They knowingly sent me a size I did not order and lied about the product being small and then won't take it back, and by this time it has been 3 months since I ordered it. The emails were ridiculous and each time there were days in between replies. I called my bank and explained it to them and they issued me a refund, so I emailed FairySeason and told them my bank had given me a refund so I got my money back and now they're not getting their shirt back and receiving a one star review. They emailed back saying if I insisted on returning then the return shipping would be on me. LOL. They kept emailing after I kept telling them to leave me alone, I got my money back so I was done with them. So unprofessional, so crazy, I will never again deal with them.

Sooo I left a bad review for them because long story short- I ordered my gift on thanksgiving for Christmas with a promise of 5-7 Days. Okay, no problem right? Wrong. Got the gift Dec 31st. During the whole process no communication except, "wait patiently." And when I did finally get it it was the wrong color...
Then they have contacted me now... 5 times trying different avenues to get me to change my review... "you got your item change your review" "well give you your shipping cost back AFTER you change your review" or "we will give you 10% off your next order once your review goes to 5 stars". Items from China, wrong sizes and no returns. Items take a great deal of time to come from China. And I received an extra large that is about the size of a medium.

Ordered 3 items for Christmas on Dec 10 and paid for expedited shipping to make sure it arrived by Christmas. 2 items came just before the holiday and the last item arrived after New Years. I was promised it would ship in its entirety within 5-8 bus days and it did not. Asked them to cancel the entire order before any of it shipped because there was no confirmation of when it was shipping. They ignored it. Package never arrived even though their tracking service said it did. I contacted them to complain and they said I needed to go talk to my post office. The USPS doesn't even have a record of the tracking number Fairy seasons provided me. As someone who works for a costumer service company, this is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered one pair of fort nite socks November 28th, obviously a Christmas present. It hadn't arrived by Christmas so I messaged the company. They were "in transit" for over two weeks by this time. The status had not changed. They asked me to "give it some days." I asked for a refund after Christmas since I couldn't give them as a gift anymore. They said once again to "please give it some days." So yesterday, January 6th I ask for a refund again. I still do not have the f****** item. I placed an order on Dec 6 2018 and paid $10.00 for expedited shipping so I could receive the Xmas Gift by Dec 24 at the latest. It took them 11 days just to process the order before shipping it out of China. Today is Jan 5th 2019 and I still do not have it. Their website was inaccurate and they do not support their customers. I paid additional $ for 3-5 day shipping for an expedited time frame for a gift and it took nearly 3.5 weeks to receive my purchases.
I attempted to cancel my order within minutes of placing it when I determined this was an international seller and I feared their site was not accurate. They told me I was unable to cancel and that I would be happy once I received my purchases.
When I requested to be reimbursed for my extra shipping cost because I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping and it took 3x that long the customer service rep advised me to give it more days.

So this is a follow up from previous review. On 1/2/2019 I finally got "part" of my order placed on 12/9/2018. FairySeason advises that my purchases are coming from different warehouses in CHINA. Wondering if I'll even see the rest of my order. The Socks that they are so heavily advertising are not what they appear to be and are poor quality... Most important to know that they are also labeled VETEMENTS? Which is not shown in the online pictures. I have included a photo for you to see. In Addition, none of the clothing is true to size XL is a medium to small.

I ordered a sweatshirt and was given a long sleeve t shirt that is very small. Thankfully it's the correct colors. I ordered a medium and it fits more like a small would. After seeing many negative reviews, I wish I had stayed away. I sent an email to customer service, have not heard yet, but feel as if informing the better business bureau is in the works for me. Ordered 2 cute Christmas related items December 1st... so cute!
Site stated "ships in 5 days."
11 days later got one of 3 emails (others on later dates), saying my items just shipped.
December 18th I receive one incorrect (and hideously ugly) item.
Emailed countless times, (always took them at least 48 hours to respond), would not even answer questions regarding missing item. Actually told me they wanted photo of incorrect item. I took photo and sent it, 2 days later they offered 30% off. Still no comment on missing item.
Finally AFTER Christmas they tell me to go to the post office with a supposed tracking number. I enter it into the USPS site, it is an invalid number!

I would give no stars if that were an option. This merch is coming from China. I ordered 4 pair of funny socks. 1 made it within the stated delivery window but the others never made it out of China in almost two months. I have experienced the same issues as all these other reviews. I placed an order on 10/14 and despite never receiving the product, they REFUSE to acknowledge my requests for a refund. Their response after at least 5 attempts at contacting them for a refund is to "wait some days" and the product will be delivered. Yet over 2 months later, still no product still no refund. Answer: I guess in a sense you could say that. I received everything I ordered, but the quality is HORRIBLE. Nothing like what I believed I was ordering. And the shipping time was absolutely unacceptable being well over a month. I ordered in September and didn't receive until October.
Answer: If you ordered through PayPal, you can open a dispute. I waited 2 months for my orders from this horrible company. Once my PayPal dispute was in progress, they had 5 days to respond (which they didn't), and I got my money back on the 6th day.
