I was about to place an order when I found a better price on Amazon. I went back and deleted my name, address and card information. So the order was never placed. I ended up receiving the order anyway. I was told to just return it, no problem. But they charged me shipping charges on the return. A thing going on with this company on an order I never placed and being charged for shipping. I should've stuck with Amazon. Amazons customer service is outstanding.
Received a phone that did not even charge. Called customer service and was told to fill out the return form that they sent to me, and mail it back at my expense in original box. No return label provided. When I called back, I was informed that the refund did not require a return, but I was already out $12.90 for return. I will not be a repeat customer.
They can't even keep their lies straight. Their rudeness and incompetence is amazing. After 10 days, I called to check on my order. First, they said my order was delivered, then it wasn't... next, as I'm looking at a UPS tracking number, they tell me it's on FedEx. Then they tell me I CAN'T cancel my order or my payment. In the words of the great Gomer Pyle... Surprise, surprise, surprise! Thank God for PayPal.!
I received the wrong merchandise and when I returned they not only charged me for their mistake but to this day have not returned my $170.00 over 2 pay periods on my card merchandise was returned next day with their paper work! Don't order from this company!
If I could give them less then 1 star I would. I purchased some filters and had to return them because they didn't fit. They refunded me less then 50% of my purchase price under the excuse of restocking fees. I will NEVER deal with them again.
I placed an order for a phone on August 12th. It was supposed to be in stock and the site indicated that I should receive it in less than a week. It is now September 5th and, after one ignored email and two phone calls, I still do not have a phone. This company simply lies about products being in stock and provides fictitious ship dates.
"I ordered a 3 pack of Samsung water filters... prior to placing my order I called FO direct and spoke with a customer service rep, Andy. I asked if the filters were OE Samsung, and was assured the were and they came directly from Samsung (a lie)
The filters were some inferior knock off. I paid 71.85 and was refunded 45.07, I guess a restocking fee. The filters were returned in the exact same packaging as received by me. So, no restocking fee should have been charged. So, please beware of this company."
Would give a -5 if I had that option. If you have an order to place, there is someone there fast, but if you need customer service, plan to be on hold Forever. The guy who placed my order told me they had the exact item I needed in stock. When received, it was not. Told to return, but since it was not my fault, all they refunded was a partial amt. I even paid over $5 to have it shipped back with notification of delivery to assure I would get my refund.
I would never use this sight again.
I bought a phone from this site, and paid for expedited shipping based upon their assurance that I would received the phone in no more than 5 business days. Once i bought the phone and checked tracking, FedEx showed it was going to take a full 2 weeks to deliver the phone! I called the company and the best they would offer was to refund $3. Really?
I ordered this last month spent 200.00 and was told I would receive this by May 5th,, today is may 18th still getting the run around so I did a claim at my bank for not receiving this item and factory outlet told me everything is on back order just wait they said till the end of the month and I asked for my money back and he said just wait a little longer. BS dont buy anything from them it's a rip OFF,,
I hope people do what I failed to do before placing an order with these people. That is look for reviews. After I place an order I was called and emailed by them wanting a Photo / Scanned copy of my credit card. No way would I give anyone a copy of my credit card and I told then so in a reply to their email asking for the copy. I received nothing back from them so called stating I was cancelling the order. Of course, the inquisition began with, we dont understand all were asking for is a copy of your credit card. This continued until I informed them that our conversation was being recorded; which, changed the conversation to one of, yes sir your order is being cancelled and a conformation email is being sent.
I ordered my queen mattress 8/2/2020. Mattress came in fine but I still have not received my free premium package. I have been waiting for a month and they tell me it s on national back order. I was told to be patient after waiting a month. Get the premium package first I suggest.
Againi ordered a gps after waiting 4 days for it i got a call they could not verify my paypal card
After speaking with them twice they placed order now i have to wait another whole week! Not happy wont use them again
I found what I was looking for at a competitive price, got a great deal on multiple pack of the same item. Very easy to maneuver the web page, no problems at all. Great job and will be back for any future orders
We ordered phones and the delivery address input on the order was changed. Product delivered somewhere else. Been trying to get this corrected most of this week with notes that the delivery address is changed from the original order. Just received another email of a delivery with new tracking number - going to the wrong address again. Response to the email on the wrong address being put on delivery tag second time, they respond with please allow two days for shipper response from the wrongly delivered first order. Their Customer Service seems to have no clue what they are doing and don't understand why they change the delivery address from the order without contacting the customer. Don't recommend this store for anything. Very bad process and little to no customer service.
Bought a lifetime maps update for GPS, and lost the "key" which had been originally mailed to me. When I called to ask to recover the info, (and had my order number and everything), they said they had no way to do this and could not help me at all. I only used the updates twice, and feel really decieved. The customer service person did not speak clear English, either.
After a long call where I explained in detail I was not a fisherman but wanted gps and mapping I was recommended to buy the striker plus 5cv. It took me a bit to get it installed and take it out on the water to discover it has no mapping and no ability to load mapping. Complete useless piece of equipment for my needs. Customer service disconnected me then when I tried the CS chat option I was told sorry out of return window. Not even an option to turn it back and upgrade to something that does what I was sold on.
I will NEVER purchase from Garmin again and will be sure to tell anyone at any appropriate chance of this horrendous experience.

I ordered a trolling motor that turned out to be the wrong size. Returned the item and was told that I would receive a full refund if the item was in the original packaging and not opened (which was the case). I have contacted them now for weeks via calls and emails. Some of the calls, I was put on hold for over an hour with no answer. Poor customer service!
The purses on this site were not designer like promised and they were not even made well. Some of them were over &100.00 and they were made very cheap with stitching that was ready to fall out when they arrived. If you want a designer purse you will not get one on this site. Stay away from this site if you dont want to waste your money.
I Placed my order on 9/2/2020. A battery for my laptop. As of today 9/14/2020 the order has not shipped. I have called on 9/4/20,9/9/2020, 9/10/2020 and today 9/14/2020. Each time I was told it was in the warehouse and would ship within the next 24 hours. I was not allowed to cancel the order because it had already been send to shipping. I have finally ask where they were located. The warehouse is in New York but Customer Service is in India! At this point I have ask for a manager or supervisor to call me. It will take a couple of hours for this to happen. Warning: Do Not Order from This Company!
