Ordered a Milwaukee PEX expander tool, reconditioned. It came missing the 3/4" head plus none of the heads would screw on far. It was defective from the factory in the first place. I called the day I got it and they said they would issue me a return label. Not getting it, I emailed (3 times) did an online return request, called a few times (one time left it on hold for 1:06)... finally sent another email and got a reply -- they will not take it back. There is nothing on their web page or site about returns other than "30 day satisfaction." I've initiated a credit card dispute. I guess I get to keep it. Ordered another one from a different site.

I made a purchase from them obviously. And was very dissatisfied with their service. They didn't even ship until after the expected delivery date. And when I asked them why they said that they always have a long handling time but to top it off they are now refusing my business.
After reading their reviews I can see that my complaint is a common one. If you want it with good service and on time go someplace else
I gave them one Star because that's the minimum.

Also never sent snow cover that was paid for even after two phone calls, stay away from these clowns

No help at all when one of their piles of crap fail in less than a year, not answering back! Anybody there?

I have ordered from Factory Authorized Outlet about 5 times now. There has only been 1 issue and it was that a box was basically destroyed, but that was on OnTrac and not them. The product was fine because of all the packing inside the box. I will continue to use them.

Called up to cancel the order 5min after placing order since I noticed they added tax at the very end of process. After waiting for 30min, customer support rep said "ok, its cancelled now". Forgot confirmation number since I was in a hurry to next business after waiting for 30min. I also sent email to confirm cancellation via email just in case. I do not know if they forgot or intentionally forgot, they shipped the product by ignoring my cancellation. I still should be able to ship it back as a return process, but why should I pay for expensive shipping fee? Something very wrong with this company

I placed order thy took my money never answered 10 emails thy blocked phone calls Thy might be working with fedex because fedex put lost package I reported to bbb and thy said thy would refund me which never happen I am going attorney gen and Fed trade com. $199.99 is alot of money. I would not recommend this company thy will scam you.

So i placed my order on jan the 1st i ordered $3k worth of tools to be shipped to Ireland, some good deals and some free tools. God i was excited. I sold most of my old tools waiting on this order. On the 7th of jan i got a email saying my order will be cancelled in the next 24 to 48hrs that it was suspicious activity on my account. All my details were fine, the transaction went fine and money had been sent so i made the call. They started by saying that it was the transaction but i eventually got the true story or at least another story that they cant ship batteries to Ireland but they had just cancelled my order, i said would you try doing something with me for tool only no battery and they said no. Not to say i am fuming is an understatement i will now be contacting milwaukee directly to complain this seller

Item was good price and exactly what I was looking for (120v large tank compressor) so I bought. Delivery took awhile which may have been because of COVID-19, not really sure.
After arrival, while trying to hook it up, I realized that they had sent the wrong compressor/motor. I specifically needed the 120v model and they sent me a 220v model. I went back and forth with them over email for quite some time (they tried to tell me that I could run a 220v motor on a 120v circuit, it would just run slower) and they finally agreed to exchange the compressor for the proper one.
After 2+ months of dealing with this massive headache I finally received the new compressor and all is good.

UPDATE: After leaving reviews, the company has offered compensation for the mistake so thank you FAO.

Provided bogus tracking number with invoice. Refuses to reply to email or answer the phone. Check their online reviews before ordering - I wish I had.

We purchased a DeWalt Planer that was supposedly "NEW" When my husband tried to use it he noticed a strange noise. When he removed the cover he discovered that 3 screws were missing. Causing things to shift and one part to break. We tried to place a claim but they said the 30 days were up. This item took way longer than we expected to ship and it arrived after we had left on vacation for 12 days (our house-sitter brought it in)Then upon return my husband had surgery that left him unable to lift things until this week. A Friend came over to help him lift this yesterday and they tried it today only to find the fact it was obviously not "NEW" and they are not standing behind their product...
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

This was a gift item and the recipient is thoroughly thrilled about. I have nothing to say as regards durability cos I just got the product. With time I might know more about its durability.

I purchase a generator it came in a beat-up box. I opened it up a couple weeks later and notice the pool cord cage was completely caved in. I emailed them and they said oh it's just a pull cord assembly can you fix it yourself. We will send you a new one. Little did I know it took a couple weeks to get here which voided the warranty because I put the part on myself. Had to argue and hassle to get it fixed through eBay and it turned into a complete nightmare. Had to ship it back waited a month they shipped it back and it was the same unit replace with a cheap pull cord assembly. One person acted like they cared everyone else thought it was just a hassle. I went online and they refused to even offer me parks or deal with me because I guess the broken machine they sent me was my fault somehow. Never do business with this company unless you buy them in their showroom and then look at it while you're there. I would give them zero stars but you have to give them one. It also said good for camping in the description but it is so loud you couldn't run it in a campground. I guess they're talking about camping in the middle of nowhere with no one around for miles. Finally got the generator running let's just hope it lasts for a while

I ordered a 12 inch metal sheer that only cut 11 inches of product. When I called to return the item they told me that I would have to pay for my own shipping of the returned item, 40$ due to the items size and weight. They then failed to tell me that out of my return they would deduct the shipping of the item when they sent it! They deducted 57.90$ from the refund for shipping! Minus personal expenses on shipping I got back 42.10$ for a 140$ item that I never used due to a poor description! Very disappointed in the results of this transaction.

I ordered a Husqvarna 450 20" bar chain saw for 265$ off Factory Authorized Outlet's website. 5 days later I received an email that said my order was canceled and the model was discontinued. They have the 450 20" bar posted now on the website for 379$. I called customer service and they didn't offer to help me at all. I told them I could get the same sized stihl at a local dealer new for 400$. He told me to go buy that instead. I'm never shopping at this website ever again... what a waste of my time. -Andrew
