Ordered a Milwaukee PEX expander tool, reconditioned. It came missing the 3/4" head plus none of the heads would screw on far. It was defective from the factory in the first place. I called the day I got it and they said they would issue me a return label. Not getting it, I emailed (3 times) did an online return request, called a few times (one time left it on hold for 1:06)... finally sent another email and got a reply -- they will not take it back. There is nothing on their web page or site about returns other than "30 day satisfaction." I've initiated a credit card dispute. I guess I get to keep it. Ordered another one from a different site.
