I ordered a 20 volt cordless hognose. I got free shipping, I also ended up getting $10 off the price of the hog-nose saw. Shipping was a little slow, but it was free and it did show up in 8 days.The item showed up in good condition packed in the factory box. They also have competitive pricing. I have yet to deal with them on return items, which is a good thing in my book.
I ordered a metal shear called JobFox from them at ebay when I got it I let it sit in my living room untill I was ready to open the wooden box it weight is 120 LB so I left it there untill I was ready well 3 months went by and I got someone to take it to the garage and when I opened it up I found it to be damaged badly so I contacted them and they wouldnt help me in any way I sent pictures many of them and even showed that the front of the machine was not bolted down just the back side they still would not help. Then I contacted Woodstock international who makes this product I have a two year warrantee and they said my warrantee was void because it was shiped damaged so now what is a disabled Vet to do I cant afford to replace it I saved money for over a year to buy this and all I got is crap! So beware!
