I enjoy shopping at Fabletics online. The quality of the clothing is very durable, they always have what I want and their customer service is the best. Delivery and exchange are very fast and easy.
Absolutely horrible shipping, I will never buy from them again, my first order (mid summer) took over a month to get AFTER it shipped! My most recent order AGAIN took 23 days AFTER it shipped to get to me (2 states away) they just make excuses and say it's the holidays but that's false, it's year round!

Stores do not have outfits that you can get for the monthly 49 fee. Seems like there is really no benefit for being a member anymore. Sorry but I believe it has gone downhill.

I had ordered a sports bra, was too small and set up an exchange to have it a size larger. On 12/12/2021 I got a confirmation email that my order was in, and I had already sent back the sports bra that didn't fit. Today I get an email stating they have gotten the returned item, but also my exchange was cancelled. I am highly annoyed because I had bought this item when it was on sale, and now I can't buy another one for the same price because the sale is over. So no I just have $14 and some change sitting in my fabletics account, even though I have been waiting for the order to come in because I had gotten that confirmation email.

After having this account for about 6 months, I realized how much I have been overpaying for the same quality items that I could just go pick up at the neighborhood Target. I don't need a monthly membership to purchase a tank top regularly priced at $49.95 to be discounted to $6.30. I have been dupped into thinking that because a celebrity is wearing it that it must worth more... NOT! Great items, but not worth paying a $45.00 a month membership to get them.

Worst customer service!
I made the mistake of buying an electronic gift card. It never got delivered and trying to get it resolved has been a nightmare. To begin with the monthly credit system is a scam, the prices without membership are outrageous. Finally, customer servive is terrible.

I previously had a membership and was satisfied with the quality of their clothing. I discontinued but closer to Christmas this year, I decided to reinstate the membership so I could purchase some gifts. I ordered a batch of items the first time around with no issue. The second order I placed, I was very disappointed - every item in the order came in incorrect. I didn't receive a single thing I ordered, it seems the warehouse must have mixed up the order. I then call in and there is no resolution except that I must wait 48 hrs and they will investigate and call me. I don't hear from them in 48 hours so I call back, this time they say your account is on restriction. I ask what this means and they say, your closed account was registered to a different email than this new account so we can't help you with your order till that's resolved. We will call you in 25 hrs. I ask to file a complaint with really no recourse to do so - since again my problem is that they sent me totally incorrect items and that seemingly is still not getting resolved after my 2nd and 3rd call. After spending $250 USD on this order you would think they would care to correct it, but no of course not. Needless to say the call back in 24 hrs didn't happen. So I call again for the 4 th time and am told to hold as they look into the order and the notes from their "back office" - of course the phone gets disconnected. I call for the 5th time now and we are talking 5 calls within 6 days - to be told I need to ship the items back at my own expense. I was horrified and very angry by this point. I once again asked who can I escalate this to. I was given a number so I guess I will make a 6th call and see if I get anywhere. Needless to say I canceled my membership and will never give a business with this type of horrible disgusting customer service my money. I'm disappointed because I did like their clothing.

I used to get on and find so many cute things that I wanted and now I get on and I can pretty much only order black or solid colors no cute designs in my size and my last experience with my order was absolutely terrible! I waited for way too long for my order to ship I believe it was a month or longer then they cancelled part of my order which was the main item that I was wanting in my order and just added a couple extra things because I was ordering anyways. I called and cancelled my whole order I was extremely upset that they "sold out" of the item I purchased a month ago. They didn't offer me a replacement of something else just cancelled the one item.

I joined for the initial deal you get. Once receiving the leggings they were all that seamless fabric that I don't care for. It makes me feel like I'm wearing a diaper and sweat way more. Not breathable. The sports bra would have been good, but it was way too small. I wear a 34b so I thought a small would be good. It was suffocating. I couldn't exchange any of the items because they were sold out of all the bigger sizes. I could return the bra, and got stuck with the leggings so I'm just donating them. I will stick to paying the higher price at Lulu Lemon.
Twice now I have had orders marked "delivered" that I never received. I reached out to customer service and was essentially told it was my fault for not "tracking my package" closely enough. I work from home in a private residence; it would be impossible for me to pay less attention to who's at my front door. I was treated very dismissively by customer service before I was finally offered a reshipment - they wanted to ship it to a different address, but I assured them my address wasn't the problem. I was also offered store credit, but... ahem... why would I pay for more products that I never receive? I was also told that the reshipment was "a one time courtesy." So receiving the products I paid for is a courtesy? Nice.

My leggings arrived with black & white mould spots covering the legs & the waistband. Not sure how this has happened & how the product has been able to be shipped like this without a quality check but the customer service has been appalling these past few days. I've tried various ways to contact Fabletics, to just go round in circles asking for information I've already provided or just claim my order doesn't exist all together. The only thing they've been able to do quickly is remove the pictures from their Facebook when I tried to contact them through that platform, even though I tried to go through various 'private' communications first and got stuck with all the Chat Bots/useless responses.
I genuinely wouldn't have felt the need to show these pictures everywhere if I'd have managed to get a half-decent response to a solution or apology, as I understand mistakes do happen but the customer care has been a joke.

The website is horrible. It lets you put something in your cart even if it is out of stock but then doesn't tell you which item isn't available. ZERO customer service. Rude when you call. Shipping - forget about it. It's like a surprise when it actually arrives because "we have no control over when the shipping company comes to pick things up". For example, I never received an order confirmation via email. The only way to see that it went through was from my credit card statement. Here it is three weeks later, I received an email saying my package would arrive five days ago. Still no package, Customer service has no idea where it is and told me to check back in 48 hours.

I've been a Fabletics subscriber for about 1.5yrs now. I must say, after trying everything out there, they make THE BEST activewear. Completely life proof, hike proof, squat proof. I like that I can skip a month when I want to. My only gripe is that sometimes they will do a great drop before I have my member credit for the month, and I will miss out because it sells out quickly. Or I will use my member credit and then a week later something new drops that I want. It would be cool to be able to manually purchase a member credit anytime during the month.

Materials are AMAZING - soft, stretchy in the right places. First order in a long time, still trying to figure out sizing based on style of each piece available. Thankfully what doesn't fit me can go to my kids - ha! I have been a paying member since the VERY early years of Fabletics... I've seen a lot of transformation (i. E. men's wear to no men's wear to men's wear again)... but the most stressful for me is that fact that I've been paying $50/month for a LONG time and now am worried about my member credits (used to be a monetary balance) disappearing. Please ease the stress!

I don't really see any costumer advantage with the restructuring of the products. Now almost everything is priced individually, very few complete outfits fall into the member credit category. I basically skip every month and I think about quitting all the time, but every once in awhile there is something great that I really love so I stay in it, but my purchases are very few and far between lately. I also like the sales.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
