I've been a subscriber since at least 2016. The last few times I've ordered the quality was not good. The athletic underwear unglued at the seams within three months with minimal wear. This happened to the multiple pairs I bought. Now this particular order looks like it is stretched out at the seams as well. I'm not buying small sizes, they just aren't holding up

Hard to get a hold of a person. I returned an item and never received a refund. I want to quit but there is no option on the website and I have credits I have to use up because I keep forgetting to skip a month.

I love all the merchandise I've purchased. I'm very pleased. The only thing I would have done would go up a size in the sports bra because I ordered quite a few of them and they are all pretty small and tight. Besides that I love the products I've received

I have never had a bad experience with Fabletics. I've ordered from them multiple times, and their products are always cute, high quality, and fit true to size. They also have great customer service!

The customer service sucks. They will charge you $49.95 for being a "VIP" member, but you can skip. However, I forgot to skip one month and now I was forced to spend this credit. I just wanted to buy a pair of shorts and socks. They would only apply the credit to the shorts which were priced at less than $40 so I am forced to overpay for a pair of shorts. They don't care and even gave me the example that they will allow you to spend these $49.95 member credits on a $5 item and there is no recourse... that is a scam. Shipping takes forever as an added bonus...

They split my purchase into two shipments - 1 item in the first, 4 in the second. The second one wasn't delivered. I called and they promised the repeat shipment but didn't do anything about it. I called again, they said the items were out of stock. I asked for a refund, they agreed only to store credit. I'm working through my bank now to get the money back.
Also, I was subscribed to VIP, they said to wait for an email with which you can "skip" the VIP payment. The email never arrived (it's supposed to be in your inbox from 1st of the month to 5th) I just cancelled on the 4th to make sure there are no additional payments.
The item that I received (the first shipment consisting of one item) isn't that good either

This company is sneaky and although they aren't a "con" they miss guide you easily into become a "member" where they then charge you £49 out of your account monthly. A charge that wasn't clearly outlined to you therefore is plain sneaky and borderline theft. I do not agree with these morals of a company and would recommend putting your money elsewhere. Immoral marketing!

I tried to cancel my membership last May (May of 2021) now as of January 2022 I was still receiving emails telling me to skip. When I called in May I was told they couldn't find my account and the lady got an attitude with me so I told her I would be cancelling my debit card if there was no way she could help me. So I did just that and cancelled the card they had on file IN ORDER TO AVOID the charges after ALREADY cancelling once. Do not sign up for VIP they will take your money and do not give you an "easy" way out.

I ordered to pair of leggings from this company post pardon and was not able to fit them so I returned them to switch sizes and they did not have the ones I ordered previously so I had to get new ones. When the new ones came in it too me a while to try them on as I just had a baby, when I finally got the chance to I noticed one of them did not fit so I tried to return them and they said it had been out of the return window and they were not able to do anything even thought they were never worn still with the tag and then they told me to hold on and hung up on me. Some time later I called again to return them assuming maybe it was just the representative so I explained my whole situation to this representative and again THEY HUNG UP IN MY FACE. This place is a joke now I still have the leggings and I can't do anything a with them and have lost my money

I received a gift card for my birthday from a friend. Fabletics stated they would send a notice via email to me with my gift card information. I never received the information My friend had to call them to see how I will obtain my gift. After obtaining my information, I then proceeded to register with the web site. I did not want to become a VIP member. I found the items were extremely expensive. I just wanted to get my gift and be done with this site. However, after putting my information in the system, I still could not check out w/o giving my credit card information. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do for me, unless I give my credit card info. Very disappointed with company.

I ordered some items during Thanksgiving as Christmas gifts and had been checking the shipping status frequently. There was no update after Dec 7th. A week before Christmas, the status was suddenly changed to "delivered"; and the delivery date was Dec 9th. Interestingly, from "preparing" to "out for delivery" to "delivered", it took only two minutes. Clearly, that status was not real-time. Since I did not receive the package, I called Fabletics customer service and was asked to wait till after Christmas. Then they added an update on the status and said it was delivered on Dec 19th. I called them again after Christmas and was asked to contact LaserShip. LaserShip insisted that the package was delivered and sent me back to Fabletics. Neither of them would take the responsibility of the missing package. I really don't understand if there is any chance that I should be responsible for it. Maybe I just shouldn't order anything from a bad business.

I was a VIP member for a month. Of course like every one else, I found it too hard to remember to skip in the five day time window and got charged again after intending to make one purchase.
My first order was stolen by the delivery people and customer service was excellent about reshipping my items, even letting me make last minute changes to the orders and promising to do price adjustments later on for everything that was sold out when it came time to reshipping. Was very pleased with that.
What I'm not pleased with is the predatory pricing strategies and business practices. Everything is "imported" meaning probably 0 supply chain transparency or guarantees for human labor laws. The VIP pricing is clearly meant to get more money from people who forget to cancel. On top of this, I noticed today when I went to review all of my items (some were seriously sub par) that they actually don't allow you to give a star rating? They ask you numerous questions and then poof somehow all of the items have reviews with star ratings. I thought this was very suspicious so I went to look at the reviews of products I had ordered and noticed all of the reviews were 4-5 stars, even ones where the review is absolutely roasting the product on quality, fit, etc. I don't know how they get the star ratings, but I know they don't ask us when we write the reviews. Very deceitful and I will never order again for those reasons.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
